As a birthday treat we had breakfast at Brick Kiln restaurant, there were 7 of us. There were a lot of people eating there, which is a good sign. All the good arrived together, and was a ample portion, well cooked and very enjoyable. We will certainty be visiting again.

Simply one of the nicest Sunday lunch's had in a while. Evrything was fresh and well cooked, the meat slices were really thick and the portions just right. Great customer service and overall environment too.

Our first visit to this Garden Centre and definitely not our last! The team is super informative and helped us through all the questions that we had. (We're very new to gardening) and obviously needed help with what we needed, and the team wasn't there just shoving unnecessary products at us to over sell! Which was really great to see. I would definitely recommend this garden centre, it has everything and more... you can watch the video I added... and if it plays all the way to the end... you will see their huge Christmas collection 😍, which half of it I didn't even film... there's so much to do there... it's definitely the place you want to spend a whole day at, seeing that there's a restaurant to provide some snacks for when you get hangry😁. Good selection of items at reasonable prices

I have visited this restaurant a number of times for breakfast. The food is always nicely cooked and hot when served. My only complaint is that the breakfasts are set, and it seems that if you don't want an item or want to swap for something else, the computer says no. My partners son has special needs, and as such, he has his set breakfast, namely, 2x sausage 1 x fried egg and beans on a slice of toast all on the same plate. It's not a big ask, really. However, this request is challenging the staff. We even repeat the order just to confirm that it's right. We return to our seats and await the food. We've had beans on toast on one plate and a cooked breakfast on another on one occasion. We had toast on a separate plate and a cooked breakfast on another plate. Is it really that difficult to provide what the customer orders or is the computer forever going to say no 😉. We always end up having to pay extra as we are not offered the opportunity to swap items.

Visited their restaurant for lunch with my family. Food was amazing and well priced. The garden centre is really nice too, particularly the gift section. Will be back soon!

I attended the restaurant on Sunday 20/10/24 with two friends. The food was plentiful delicious and piping hot when it arrived. The service was friendly and warm . Whilst there, a visitor had a an accident dropping her crockery which smashed. The staff were immediately there to help and they warmly helped the elderly customer emabarrassed by her little accident. No fuss, no problem and staff warmly re assured her placing her at an alternate table while they cleared the mess. Excellent service and great food. Well done

Went to Brick Kiln today for lunch with friends. Ordered the Sunday roast with Gammon. Absolutely amazing! Service from the staff was spot on and the food was excellent. Lovely restaurant with a family friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be recommending and going again!

Unkind restaurant staff. Could’ve helped us feed our young children in the 11:30-12:00 gap we weren’t aware of. Decided to walk away while I talking. Unbeknown to them we are going through a tragedy as a family and are in high stress. A little kindness would’ve cost nothing.

Very good service and friendly people

Made a special trip today so I could enjoy their delicious roast dinner. Great value for money and lovely food with generous portions. I also had the Jaffa Chocolate Orange cake which is the perfect dessert!

I stopped here for a Roast Dinner last Sunday. Firstly, parking is plentiful and makes for a convenient visit. The cafe has been a long standing favourite of mine. Good selection and quality at reasonable prices. The turkey roast dinner did not disappoint. The turkey was tender and the roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Just as you'd like them. Another happy customer

Stopped in here for a spot of lunch! Great convenient location with lots of parking! Staff were super friendly and extremely quick service. Went for the all day breakfast which was cooked to perfection and loads of food! Dog friendly environment with seating inside and out! I would highly recommend stopping in!

Visited here whilst on holiday. Everything was great until the checkout. The staff in the restaurant and outside moving plants were helpful and knowledgeable when asked about plants. But the lady on the checkout needs to learn manners, no please no thank you just rude and grumpy, shame as would have given 5* upto then.

Alison and her team in the resturant were amazing listened to our wishes as a family to organise a funeral reception for my Grandfather. Professional and courteous throughout everyone was very happy with the food and drink served. I was very impressed how the screened the area off for us really giving us a private area within the restaurant. Highly recommend thankyou

Sunday lunch and browse the plants was the aim. Staff are really friendly with a good sense of humour. Very reasonable price for lunch. Now to look at the plants and other items on offer.

Very nice place, lots to offer and not as expensive as some nursery's. Cafe was good. Bonoffe pie, and lemon shandy. Very nice.

We came over here to check out whether they were selling Hostas and to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea. We parked in the disabled persons space of the large gravel floored free car park. This gave us access to the disabled persons' entrance where they had a free to use wheelchair. Very thoughtful. In the whole garden centre we found two Hostas - "Purple Heart". I bought one for 10.99 pou dswhich I thought was quite a steep price. But OK. Our plan to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea on that Tuesday afternoon had to be abandoned. The restaurant was closed for a garden centre event. Oh well. After using the clean restrooms website for the Hosta and left.

Went for breakfast. Very good value for money ,then bought flowers from the nursery. Great selection and helpful staff 👏.

We have been going for breakfast here for several months and in the main the service is generally good. The restaurant is clean and staff are generally helpful. My complaint is the outrageous pricing of certain items. 80p for a shot of vanilla in a latte coffee. £1.99 for a pack of 2, yes 2 biscuits. I understand that a business has overheads and costs, but, really £1.99.

Tea for two. We chose a slice of lemon cake to go with it. Far too sweet and sickly was the icing on the top. Not sure who tries these cakes, but I would not have let that one go outbon sale.

Had delicious fish and chips in the café, bought a few plants aswell.

Nice garden centre. Free parking. Friendly staff. Disappointing wait (40mins) for disappointing breakfast. Mushrooms no taste, uncooked tomato. Sausage not nice, forgot to put bacon on the plate and when did arrive, bacon was rather anemic. Wouldn't have breakfast again.

I had the roast dinner one Sunday. It was ok, the gravy was very thin. I wouldn't have it again. I had the lasagne another time and that was very palatable. I would have that meal again. The food is very reasonable.

The smell of the flowers hits you as soon as you enter! Wonderfully aesthetically pleasing centre that looks fresh and un-commercial. Prices most agreeable too. There’s bargains to be had! Very helpful and jolly restaurant staff that serve food that tastes as good as it looks.

We’re regulars at the Brick Kiln Garden Centre and their restaurant. Great family run business with lots of well priced products on offer. The cafe is lovely, well priced with a diverse menu. The cakes are incredible. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Visited the on-site cafe for breakfast which we have been to before. Met by rude and unwelcoming member of staff at the till when placing order , drank our coffee s whilst waiting for our food Order. We could view previous orders waiting on the pass which were there when we arrived for 10 minutes, the chef rang the bell for service, which my wife asked the chef was it our order he said yes so we collected our food . Then a female worker came over to us and very rudely told us off in a busy cafe in front of other people for the collection of our food , this was totally unprofessional and not necessary and embarrassing. There is way and means to talk to customers . Will not visit again

Although many garden center around me, but I loved Brick Kiln the most because of following reasons: 1. Since I first visit this shop in Dec 2022, they keep improving their website and mobile app. 2. Many garden center’s not really good but seems brick Kiln keen to keep their restaurant in a great condition with great food, as well as they got a variety range of food on menu, especially I love their high tea set, the sandwiches are soft and tasty. 3. Their decoration is great which made me want to shopping longer. 4. They have different district for different kind of plant, enjoy walking around it. All the above points have lead me to give Brick Kiln a 5 stars reviews, wish they keep in the good job.

Lovely centre to visit. Garden supplies at reasonable prices and the restaurant had a great choice of food all served in their warm environment, even a cheeky wine or beer.

Brilliant, we had the nicest Sunday lunch and cake to follow. Service was excellent and it was clean and warm.

Garden centre has a wide variety of plants- particularly good for vegetable plants. Café continues to be excellent, including the entertainment, don't forget to get the Brick Kiln app for discounts/offers including in the café.

Booked Sunday lunch for 6 friends while we were staying at Bognor Butlins. Lovely restaurant, fab menu that covers just about anything you would want. We all opted for the Sunday roast, including one vegetarian diner and the food was delicious…choice of pork, turkey and gammon all served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, stuffing and selection of vegetables. Couldn’t fault it, all perfectly cooked. Had a wander around the garden centre and all managed to find something to buy. Excellent value, thank you Brick Kiln

Stopped and ate in restaurant nice food, good prices, nice people, quick service. Easy to park lots of space a garden centre well stocked

Just had food which was very nice. Really full of flavour and piping hot. Not keen on the tiny chips though but we enjoyed it and will probably go again when it's warmer and we can look at the plants without freezing.

Just been to brick kiln and the service was very good. Lady in garden centre knew a lot an about plants and was very helpful. Also got help getting large bag of bark in car. Very much appreciated.

Seemed very rushed , tables packed in, didn't enjoy this visit at all. Toasted tea cake was hard and crispy and the sausage roll looked very stodgy and was apparently quite tasteless. My coffee was weak and waterery.

I popped in to get some advice for my privett hedge , the staff were incredibly helpful and very well informed .

Didn't see much of the garden centre but it seem pretty comprehensive. The restaurant is large and has some very reasonable food for a reasonable price. Canteen/cafeteria set-up with trays as you collect items with hot food orders brought out to your table. Lasagne was very nice and came in a decent portion with a nice fresh and tasty salad.

Never really had the opportunity until now to visit here regularly. Over the years I've popped in here on the odd occasion mostly to get a few Xmas bits & taken my grandson once to visit Santa about 4 years ago, which he loved. More recently I've come with relatives to browse & eat in the cafe & attend events which take place in the cafe. I've come away with a new "pre lit twig tree" so far & seen 2 musical events in the cafe which had to be booked (I booked & paid online). Each musical event included a cream tea served at your table. Both events were very good as was the cream tea. (The cafe is closed to non attendees when the events are on). I also attended the festive lunch which again was booked & paid for online & food choices input before attending. My dad & son attended with me & woofed down the 2 courses with no problem. I now have the Brick kiln app, & I think I have a 50% discount to use on any plant as an introductory offer to use by end of Jan '24. I've also booked, by phone this time, a roast on new year's Day for us, which I'm sure will be delicious as usual. All staff in the garden centre are always pleasant & helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing what lovely things are for sale throughout the year. Well worth a visit. Lots of free on site parking.

Went mainly for the grotto, which wasn't the best for the price. In and out of the grotto within minutes, not offered any photo opportunities with father christmas for the children either. Went to the cafe after was ok, food came out promptly, the cafe itself is rather cramped.

It was my first time there, I'm ashamed to admit that I've been passing by this place regularly for several years... very well stocked, affordable prices, very nice Christmas items. Beautiful Christmas trees. I recommend visiting it to those who haven't done it yet and they will surely be pleasantly surprised

This used to be a Sunday roast buffet which was so much better. Shame they've now changed to table service

The entertainment was amazing . But as for cream tea, not a lot can be said apart from disappointed

The Bognor ride out group and definitely may be Scooter club 30+ of us had our Christmas dinner here today 9th dec so much for the staff to cope with we had first class service dinner was delicious along with the sweet like to thank all the staff for a fantastic job all the guy were very happy thank you so much for accommodating us all happy Christmas to you all at the brick kiln restaurant .

VERY VERY busy. Ordered 4 meals. 3 came out and unfortunately the 4th was over 5mins later but all meals were really nice.

Four of us (3 adults, 1 toddler) booked for Christmas lunch and were not disappointed. In fact we were amazed how they could do it for such a price! All 4 dinner plates were stacked high with 3 veg, Yorkies, roast pots and stuffing and I had the mushroom and brie Wellington which was lovely; my fellow diners had the roast turkey or gammon, followed by either the crumble or choc brownie - excellent value for money. I wouldn't be surprised if next year, the price is increased as they can't have made much profit on such delicious meals. Thank u so much and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Dropped in when passing to buy a Christmas tree. Had a good collection of trees and ornaments. Decided to have lunch and they had some lovely cakes and a good menu to choose from.

Excellent choice of cakes / sweet treats. Large restaurant with plenty of space made it easy to go with young children. We only had coffee and cake but the food looked nice too.

Unfortunately I did not have the proper chance to experience Brick Kiln as we were there to try and find Camping Gas because local competitor Dayfront Waterside has now closed down. From what I have seen, the Garden Centre looks that of good quality, with a great selection of items. Didn’t look too busy when we went - hopefully Brick Kiln doesn’t end up closed, but this may just have been a quiet time of day/week.

We went for some plants, but they were not of the best. They charge 60 pence extra for soya milk to go with a cuppa! Christmas stuff not a patch on Haskins.

Our favourite place to go and get lunch. Great food and the selection of cakes is amazing. Working our way through them all. Nice garden centre, lots of great stuff to choose from.

Lovely fish and chips, followed by a yummy cake. The food was quick, hot, and tasty.
