Ordered through uber eats. Order was supposed to arrive by 2pm at the latest. Delivery time was then changed to arrive by 2.25pm with no explanation as to why. Waited for delivery for ages so tried calling multiple times with no answer. The delivery finally came at gone 3pm and was cold and greasy. It went straight in the bin!! Won't ever order from here again!!

Adam cooked us a meal for 10 in our home for a dinner party recently. The food was amazing and Adam was so accommodating to exactly what we wanted. He supplied all the cutlery and crockery and left the kitchen spotless. It was the first time we had used a private chef but it definitely won’t be the last, I highly recommend Adam and FatChef catering.

Awesome food every time, we're out in the sticks but yet food is always hot.. used to order locally but more than happy to pay the extra 70p for a meal that tastes so much better. Can actually get a burger that tastes of restaurant quality on demand without leaving the house Bloody awesome! Bad points.... hmmmm at a push my wife would like a plain and not seasoned chicken burger to choose from.. Awesome work guys thank you!

Great food, perfectly cooked butchers meat and all fresh ingredients. Would definitely go again especially for the bacon burger! Would be 5 stars however its a bit expensive for what you get.

I used to order from that place nearly everyday months ago and I was so pleased, I wrote a very positive review on just eat about the service and food. After that things went downhills really quickly, my orders started being delayed for an hour, even tho at the time I got the message that my order is delayed I was waiting for over an hour already, my orders started coming incomplete or messed up, with items I didn’t order and without the ones I paid for. After last time my order was delayed 1.5 hours and they brought me an incomplete order with some replaced items, some missing I stopped ordering from them. Yesterday was the first time in months I decided to come back and see if things improved. My order was late, good 1+ hour of waiting and order was placed 1.5 hours before closing. I asked them to not put cheese on the spicy potato wedges and instead they put just cheese on bland potato wedges and there was no sauce, so complete opposite of what I asked for, unfortunately I ended up throwing them out, as without the sauce and with cheese on them they didn’t taste of nothing. I also ended up throwing out mozzarella sticks as they were pretty much hard and not cooked through and ketchup doesn’t give it the same flavour profile as marinara sauce. Brownie was really dry, which is so different from what I remember, I remember it being really moist and drizzled in sauce, but that was not the case this time… Chicken burger and raspberry Blondie were nice. I phoned them up about not fulfilling my request and sending me complete opposite of what I asked for and they told me it’ll be 10 minutes for someone to come and fix it, but it was 9.30 pm, I was at work 12 hours and I waited for this meal 1.5 hours for it to come like that and I said I don’t want them to fix it, the guy just said “ okay, I apologise “ and hung up on me, which I find quite rude, especially after not being happy with my order. I don’t think I’ll come back and I don’t recommend, unfortunately… such a shame, cause it used to be a really good place I never said this order was delayed, I said before I stopped ordering my orders were delayed and I’m sorry it’s so hard for you to actually understand there are customers who are not satisfied by your service anymore. I’m not having a shot on anyone, I just described my genuine experience and apparently just because it’s not positive this time my opinion can’t be genuine and I am being guilt tripped into believing I’m causing harm? And excuse me?! I laughed at someone? I was never offered a refund to begin with and I was not the one who hung up, which I already stated first time I was writing this review. Right now I really regret leaving you any positive reviews to begin with, because once there’s issues like that you not only blame the customer, but you’re passive aggressive accusing people of taking a shot at your small family business?? I used to make £30+ orders every time I was ordering and very often it was once a week, when I was happy with the service and food, later on it started going downhill and so it happened it was after I decided to write a very positive review on just eat, which I mentioned here too. The review you responded to btw. And my order was delivered later than the estimated delivery time I was given, I did not laugh and hung up on anyone, I was not offered a refund and it’s really low to accuse me of all those things especially when you’re trying to lie in your response making me look bad for simply updating my experience with your restaurant. I did not expect that at all. And how to fix issues when you don’t know where issues are ? On the phone I stated what was my issue. Anyway, good luck with running your small family business that way, really. 2 of my friends were right next to me when I was making that call and they’re as shocked as me with your response to this situation, but we all agree on one, we won’t order from you again and we’ll definitely share our experience with our friends and on social media, we won’t recommend this place. Thank you very much, have a nice day.

An amazing night with an amazing 6 course selection from Adam. Truly inspiring and thank you for letting my son Ashley, (who is 14 and wants to be a chef), help you in the kitchen. We were so impressed that we've booked you again for 2 weeks time and my guests have also asked for your details. Thank you again Adam, amazing stuff!
