Crusty Pizza in Chichester

Oh boy! These chips are something else! My on going quest to find the towns best chippy has a top contender here. Really nice service too from the owner. Top stuff. Keep Up the good work !

Fue una sorpresa inesperada pero muy agradable. Nos alojamos en el lugar que salió para un bocado rápido y encontramos este restaurante familiar muy amable. Excelente comida y gran servicio, no podía pedir nada más.

Popped in for lunch the other day and had a lovely meal. Alice who was our waitress was so helpful and such a lovely young lady. She was on the ball and very competent and was running the place fantastically! Pizza was brilliant, will be definitely be coming back.

We booked a table for Sunday evening, leaving our contact details as normal. We parked in a fairly pricey car park nearby and headed for the restaurant. On arrival we were told that there was an hour wait due to the number of delivery orders. I suppose we should be grateful that we were told this, rather than having to wait a long time for any food to arrive (as one other reviewer experienced, so it does look as though the staff are reading the online reviews and are now advising people as to the wait). Even so, given that they had our details, it would have been better to have told us this in advance, so we didn’t have a wasted journey. Not great.

Terrible customer service. Ordered kickers didn’t get them with my delivery, when I rang up said I would get a refund which I never got, then they said would give a £10 voucher when I next ring for delivery. When I next ring up to order they said there’s no voucher against my number. Appalling customer service.
