Impeccable. The restaurant was very quiet but it should have been full with the quality of food and service. Would recommend.

Visited here for lunch. After reading many other excellent reviews we were not disappointed. The staff were great, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The food was amazing, lovely and fresh, hot and tasted like nothing else. The restaurant was well presented, super clean and modern. Will definitely visit here again in the future.

I came to eat here with a table of 4, we were sat quickly, served some meze on the house whilst we waited for our food to arrive, food took around 25 minutes to arrive but this was understandable as everything is cooked fresh and I must say it was definitely worth the wait - food was delicious and the service was amazing, very friendly staff we will definitely be back !! 😃

Myself and two friends ate here last night, we were so pleased with the food quality and customer service with smiles all around. There’s so many delicious options for all their customers variety of preference’s, and the portions were both well sized and priced. We would without a doubt eat here again!

Unfortunately we had an awful experience. Had the table booked for 6:30. Arrived on time and was shortly seated. We waited over 45 minutes to get a drink! Unfortunately they missed 2 drinks off the list and when questioned was told they are being made, only to have a waiter turn up 20 minutes later asking what drinks are missing... Half of the starters came out another 45 minutes later. 15 minutes later the rest of the starters starters came out along with half of the mains, followed by a 30 minute wait for the rest of our mains, of course by then our friends had finished what they could as it was either cold or very salty. We had to constantly ask for drinks to be refilled and was given a drink made incorrectly on no less than 4 occasions. This is the only restaurant I have been to and lost weight! Great place to go if you want to lose money and weight all in the same sitting! Extremely disappointed!!! We all left still hungry 😕

Food is great, service sadly, not so much. But don't let that put you off. Definitely worth a visit for food, just prepare for slow service now and again.

10/10. Welcoming atmosphere, fantastic service and reasonable prices. This is an incredibly underrated Turkish restaurant. I love Turkish food but the quality can be hit & miss and when it's good, it's normally this expensive. Piddes place subverted my expectations had the best of both worlds, good food and reasonable prices. Piddes has top quality food and just good vibes overall. I have visited a few times and Ali is always very accommodating. Looking forward to bringing more friends here.

Outstanding staff totally attentive keep to make everything perfect. Delicious, pizza breads baked in a traditional, Beautiful oven along side fresh crisp salads. All while having a beer. Perfect.

First time there this evening. Most impressed by the freshly cooked food, the salads, the service and the Turkish coffee. We'll be back. (Also great value).

This place is definitely worth a visit!! It ticks all the boxes when it comes to Great Quality Food, Friendly Service, Relaxed Atmosphere and Affordability. I had a meal a few weeks ago, after a recommendation from my friend, and I was really impressed, especially having never tried Turkish food, so this was totally new to me. We decided this would be the perfect venue to host our works Christmas party. We had younger children with us, so it was important that it was child friendly too. Massive thanks to everyone working on Tuesday 19th Dec, we will back very soon and wish Piddes every success.

The food was very delicious, the portions were generous, the staff friendly and attentive and quite authentic interior. It was a great experience, also trying different cuisine. We will definitely go back and warmly recommend the restaurant.

Visited Pidde's after I saw my friend post about it. Her hubby was very excited for the food. It was quiet when we went. We were sat right away. We waited about 30minutes for our order as they had to make it from scratch. It was a meal good for two. It was served hot. The meat contents would be good for 1 for my appetite. 😁 They have a loo. They accept credit cards. The crew were very lovely and nice. Gave us a jug of water haha and so much hot sauce which was very good. Perfect spice.

Fantastic lunch spot, hope made breads and authentic flavours. The wraps were all excellent as well as the halloumi and homemade chilli and garlic sauces.

This was our second visit to Piddes and we will definitely be coming back again ! Unfortunately we lack pics from the first time when we had wraps and a big grill which is a theatrical dish that pleases all senses ! Today we opted out to try the pizza and few sides. We’ve never had more astonishing hummus than the one from today, silky and cloudy like texture will tickle your mouth while a subtle hint of cumin gently uplifts the whole experience! Feta and sun-dried tomato wraps were crispy on the outside and bursted out in flavour once you take that first bite ! The mixed olives give your pallet a new hint of flavour which each bite. I can not express the love we have for the sauces ( not in the picture ) creamy garlic sauce with refreshing mint goes a long way with the soft lamb. However the true hero is the chilli sauce ! The right amount of heat, herbs and lemon will elevate any dish without overpowering it, such a faultless addition. The decor and atmosphere give a little Turkish glam which is a perfect introduction of what you can expect on your plate. A little astonishing Pearl finally hit Chichester, a magnificent place to dine for prices so so low ! Many healthy options open wide range to accommodate dietary restrictions which makes this a perfect cheat meal place. A very well recommended marvel !

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The price is so reasonable compared to other restaurants too. Although there is no vegetarian wrap option they were able to accommodate this. The food was so flavourful and great portion sizes! Will definitely be returning and recommending ❤️

I ended up at Piddes by chance and I was truly amazed. I rarely will give 5 stars but I was really impressed with the service I received, requests for personalising the menu and the food was amazing. Real authentic taste and freshly made. If anyone is driving past or at Chichester then this is a place you cannot miss. Thank you to everyone at Piddes for making my experience 5 star. Definitely will drop by if in the area again

After talking about this restaurant for ages we finally got round to going for our daughters birthday and wow the food was AMAZING! The staff were extremely friendly, lovely people! I cannot recommend this place enough. I can honestly say we have found our new favourite place to eat out!

I usually don't like kebabs because they tend to be too greasy. I was nicely surprised. The food was lovely. It was actual meat as well not processed. Turkish pizza was nice as well.

Swung in for a takeaway. Chicken Shish wrap and bulgur wheat. 10/10. Staff are very friendly and place looks very pleasant inside. Highly recommend.

Waited for over an hour for food in a quiet restaurant. Terrible service waiter only came over on our arrival and never again, not even to apologise for the wait. We ended up leaving as we had somewhere to be. Would not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at how my pizza really did taste like Turkey. It was delicious! I had no. 20 and my wife had 26 as she's veggie. The staff were so friendly and the food stayed hot. We had a potion of chips to share. They were amazingly tasty. My wife says this is now her favorite place to eat out. I guess I have got myself wifey points for choosing it. We will be coming back soon. The beer was good too!

We decided to try out Piddes before the cinema. So glad we did. The food is homemade fresh, healthy and delicious! We had two starters and shared a main of chicken shish. Great price and service. Will definitely return!

Good food, disappointing service. I was headed to a certain Portuguese chicken restaurant when I was allured in to Piddes by the look of the food on the menu. I wanted a chicken shish wrap. I requested extra chicken. The front of house staff were lovely and went to check with the kitchen about the extra chicken. I was told that the extra chicken would double the price (all bar £1) of the wrap! So I decided to go for a single portion. No biggie. I think this must have annoyed the chap in the kitchen though because I was told the wait time (takeaway) would be 5-10 minutes. I eventually got my food 25 minutes later. The restaurant wasn’t busy, it had 3 tables occupied at the time, 2 were already eating and one was yet to put in their order. To their credit, the front of house staff were lovely and I did get an apology for the length of time it took. I feel 3 stars is a fair and honest reflection of my experience because the food was actually great! I would happily go again, I would just hope that the service is much better next time.

We were very disappointed with our visit. Not a welcoming atmosphere and a very slow service. They only had 4-5 other tables and weren’t even half their capacity but slow and food took ages. The food was good but I don’t think it was anything special . As for portion size, it was not that big or filling. For the amount of food it was definitely overpriced. I know they are a new business but these are areas that need to be revisited and reviewed.

Absolutely amazing food! Didn’t know they were in my area so went to try them today. Best decision I made. Food was so full of flavour and filling. The staff were amazing and the restaurant atmosphere is calming and peaceful. 10/10 will go here again!!

Absolutely amazing. I personally am not the most adventurous people when it comes to eating out etc. I like what I like and that’s that. Coming here was well out of my comfort zone. I am shocked at how amazing it was. The food was perfect, so tasty, cooked perfectly. All home made. Not only will we be back, I can not wait to come back!!

Food was relatively good it took a long time for our food to arrive even though there was only three other tables in the restaurant. It wasn’t a really warming atmosphere I didn’t feel very welcome there wasn’t anyone to greet at the door and we had to seat ourselves which was weird. The two waitresses working weren’t very welcoming or friendly at all I felt like I couldn’t ask for anything. When our food did come it’s didn’t come at the same time and it was placed on the table very aggressively by one of the waitresses. Overall I would go again if the service was better because the food was nice just the service ruined the experience for me.

The best pizza in Chichester... Made with quality ingredients! While baking in their clay oven, the pizza dough had an irresistibly savory scent. It was a perfect balance of crust and toppings. Flavourful and pleasing to my palate. We tried their Kusbasili pide. Turkish pide bread topped with diced beef, tomato, pepper, parsley and seasoning. served with a side salad and their kofte wrap. Worth the wait and price 😋. Legit turkish pizza.

Nicely furbished, well made stone baked pizza with the twist that the pizza comes Turkish style (in a long boat shape) also has traditional Turkish food like baklava and hot Turkish tea. Great table service.

Popped in for an evening meal. Slightly complex menu, but great fresh tasting food. Really enjoyed the Turkish larger, called Efes. Drinks were reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Overall pleased and would return and recommend.

We ate here for dinner midweek. There was plenty of room but also enough business to give the place a pleasant buzz. The decor is fresh and the music is good so nice ambience. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. They made us feel welcome! We had a mixed starter with 5 different small portions on a plate. The sigara borek was amazing and the babaganoush was smoky and delicious. We share a turkish pizza (pidde) and a mixed grill. The pidde was so thin and crispy and utterly delicious. The mixed grill was really tasty and tender. Overall a great meal and our first pidde. We'll be back!

Just happened on this place, only been open a week but I predict a great future. Sharing pide kebab was absolutely great. So pleased we found it.

You are missing out if you don’t go here!! The flavours are incredible, unlike anything I’ve had before. The staff are super friendly, the girls are accommodating and the chef even checked to make sure your food was okay. More people need to go here!

Food was relatively good, I would argue maybe slightly under seasoned, though. The portion size for the pidde was very small for the price I was charged, something I beleive needs to be revisited. The drinks are also very small in size, yet expensive for the volume you receive. Service was polite and friendly, but extremely slow. We waited 40 minutes for our food to come out in a restaurant that wasn't busy at all, around 5 tables, not even half the capacity it could be. Would potentially visit again as they are a new business and there's always room for growth, but would like to see some improvements to make it worth my while.
