One of the freshest and yummiest meals I’ve had in ages. Really reasonably priced. We all loved our meals. Lovely staff too. Perfect family night meal out

On a wet cold January evening this was a lovely treat. Food was hot, tasty and served promptly. Service was friendly and attentive whilst not intrusive.

Dinner before film at Cineworld. Intended to be a quick meal and had just a main dish. Fast friendly service. Real food, not processed. Excellent quality and good balance of flavours. Nothing bland. Fresh bread and salad. The marinated lamb kebab was very tender. Good value. Great taste.

This is our second visit to Piddes and hands down it's the best restaurant in the area. Lovely friendly staff, really kind to kids, great vegetarian options (I had 3 mezze dishes) and delicious food for all. Don't waste your money on overcooked chicken in Nandos, go to Piddes instead!

We’d promised our Grandchildren ice cream after an afternoon at the theatre, but no idea how to deliver and just by chance hit the jackpot. Great service and the manager made them feel super special. Food & service was excellent but possibly due to not being very busy. Staff very friendly. Pretty good value for money BUT I really don't like the way our restaurants have been Americanised by putting a mandatory service charge onto the bill as I personally would like to be more in control on whether they deserve a tip or not & by how much I tip. Apart form that I would definitely go again.

Don't be put off by the fact this is on a leisure park - this restaurant is attractively styled, spacious and excellent food. We visited mid-afternoon on a weekday, so place was a bit empty. Service was good, a wide choice of meals, and staff friendly. I always think you can tell a lot about a place from the state of their toilets! These were excellent: all individual 'rooms' with their own hand basin, very clean and smart. We paid £54 for two people, including 2 sodas each and no alcohol.

We had a pre cinema dinner, we absolutely recommend this lovely authentic restaurant. We shared the meat sharing kebab! It was immense! We will definitely be revisiting! Thank you.

I recently visited Piddes Restaurant, and I must say, their pides are exceptional! Each pide was freshly made, with a perfect balance of crispy crust and soft, savory filling. The flavors were incredibly authentic, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. My favorite was the beef cubes with the cheese oozing with flavor and baked to perfection. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. If you're a fan of Turkish cuisine or just looking for a great meal, I highly recommend trying Piddes Restaurant. You won't be disappointed!"

Flavour of the meat was really tasty but luke warm and the Pidde that I ordered was very expensive for what it was (just cheese) and arrived stone cold. Really expensive meal for some very mean portions

Tried Piddes for the first time tonight. The service, food and atmosphere were all quick and amazing. The man who was serving us was very informative, £5 well deserved. Me and my partner very much enjoyed our first child night free since baby was born and even better that we spent it at Piddes. Thanks guys, you're doing an amazing job! Almorzamos antes de ir por el canal de Chichester. La comida era genial y muy fresca. El gerente fue muy amable y servicial, explicando los diferentes platos. Las porciones fueron generosas y al final embolsaron las pijadas restantes para mi esposa. Estaba bastante tranquilo allí y, con 100 - ish cubiertas, espero que hagan suficiente negocio para que sea viable, ya que definitivamente volveríamos cuando vuelva en Chichester. Gracias.

Mientras nos alojábamos en un hotel cercano, estábamos planeando ir a la ciudad, pero la lluvia nos hizo mirar a este restaurante. Esta fue nuestra buena fortuna. Nos hicieron inmensamente bienvenidos, el servicio durante toda la noche fue puntual y la comida deliciosa y de amplia cantidad. Nos gustó tanto que volvimos un par de noches más tarde!

The Turkish people are proven to be kings when it comes to customer service. They proved it once again. We visited the restaurant on the occasion of my birthday. From the moment we crossed the threshold, the manager greeted us with a big smile. Give each of us the attention we need. Answered all our questions and recommended what to order. We were not deceived. The food was impeccably prepared and very tasty. Portions were large. We are touched by the attention to our family. Kind, polite with a good sense of humor! The end of the evening was the top of the mountain. I was served a traditional Turkish dessert (at the restaurant's expense) with a candle and everyone sang Happy birthday in my honor. 🥰 THANK YOU, GUYS!🔝 Keep it up the good service!🙌 We will come back soon! ☺️ Best regards, Lukanov family

Edit... Looking at the bill they charged us about £5 each for a pint of fizzy water from the tap typical Turkish behaviour, we will not eat here again. Food was nice and staff very friendly. I recommend this place for a large group and then share the dishes.

I wasn't going to write this review, but I felt I should because food is really tasty and fresh and service is fast and friendly, but when we ordered second drinks, me, my wife, and our guests were shocked because they let a young boy serve us our drinks; he was roughly 15–16 years old, and it was really disappointing and unacceptable really!By law, someone who serves alcohol should be 18 years old or older. Management should respect the rules!!! Thank you.

Si tuviéramos tiempo podríamos haber terminado con un buen café (a diferencia del lugar habitual) así que sin duda volveremos.

A group of us decided to try Piddes for lunch. It is quite a large restaurant, tables spread out with lots of space around them. The staff were friendly and efficient. We all ordered the flatbreads, a variety of meat and veggie. I had the Tavuklu kasarli pide, a chicken dish. Very tasty, but could have done with more chicken as it was sparse.

The food is amazing, great atmosphere and the best service I have recently had. We ordered the Iskender kebab and Chicken Güveç casserole, definitely recommend those and also their traditional bread. We will visit again when we are in the area.

I love Turkish food but the quality can be hit & miss and when it's good, it's normally expensive. Piddes place subverted my expectations had the best of both worlds, good food and reasonable prices. Piddes has top quality food and just good vibes overall. I have visited a few times and Ali is always very accommodating. Looking forward to bringing more friends here.

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful food, beautiful service. The management and staff were incredibly kind and offered a great service. They even brought out a surprise cake for my Mrs who was celebrating her birthday. Would definitely recommend!

If I could ten out of 5 for service, I would. We took our nephew and great nephew in here and wow. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our GN Sid was chatting to them and asking questions..he is 4.. and it was like he was the only person in the restaurant. So interactive and kind. Coffee was lush, baklava was some of the best I've eaten, and the place was spotlessly clean. I'd definitely go back. Thank you for a great afternoon 🙏

Poor service. Been there for lunch, after we ordered, we didn’t get everything that was offered in the meal and when I asked , they offered me a salad instead. Food wasn’t great, lots of oil and tomatoes sauce and just some cheese. Unfortunately not going to eat there again.

Very disappointed. Very expensive and did not match the quality. Flat bread missing from our large order so someone went hungry. Food was cold and rubbery. Certainly not worth the money and will not return.

Absolutely incredible Turkish pizza, been here 4-5 times. Really friendly service. Would recommend the Lahmacun and a pidde, then a Turkish Coffee and Baklava for a complete 10/10 experience. Great value for money too.

Just brilliant food and service - far better than the big chains

Visited Pidde's after I saw my friend post about it. Her hubby was very excited for the food. It was quiet when we went. We were sat right away. We waited about 30minutes for our order as they had to make it from scratch. It was a meal good for two. It was served hot. The meat contents would be good for 1 for my appetite. 😁 They have a loo. They accept credit cards. The crew were very lovely and nice. Gave us a jug of water haha and so much hot sauce which was very good. Perfect spice.

Visited here for lunch. After reading many other excellent reviews we were not disappointed. The staff were great, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The food was amazing, lovely and fresh, hot and tasted like nothing else. The restaurant was well presented, super clean and modern. Will definitely visit here again in the future.

I came to eat here with a table of 4, we were sat quickly, served some meze on the house whilst we waited for our food to arrive, food took around 25 minutes to arrive but this was understandable as everything is cooked fresh and I must say it was definitely worth the wait - food was delicious and the service was amazing, very friendly staff we will definitely be back !! 😃

Myself and two friends ate here last night, we were so pleased with the food quality and customer service with smiles all around. There’s so many delicious options for all their customers variety of preference’s, and the portions were both well sized and priced. We would without a doubt eat here again!

Unfortunately we had an awful experience. Had the table booked for 6:30. Arrived on time and was shortly seated. We waited over 45 minutes to get a drink! Unfortunately they missed 2 drinks off the list and when questioned was told they are being made, only to have a waiter turn up 20 minutes later asking what drinks are missing... Half of the starters came out another 45 minutes later. 15 minutes later the rest of the starters starters came out along with half of the mains, followed by a 30 minute wait for the rest of our mains, of course by then our friends had finished what they could as it was either cold or very salty. We had to constantly ask for drinks to be refilled and was given a drink made incorrectly on no less than 4 occasions. This is the only restaurant I have been to and lost weight! Great place to go if you want to lose money and weight all in the same sitting! Extremely disappointed!!! We all left still hungry 😕

Food is great, service sadly, not so much. But don't let that put you off. Definitely worth a visit for food, just prepare for slow service now and again.

Outstanding staff totally attentive keep to make everything perfect. Delicious, pizza breads baked in a traditional, Beautiful oven along side fresh crisp salads. All while having a beer. Perfect.

This place is definitely worth a visit!! It ticks all the boxes when it comes to Great Quality Food, Friendly Service, Relaxed Atmosphere and Affordability. I had a meal a few weeks ago, after a recommendation from my friend, and I was really impressed, especially having never tried Turkish food, so this was totally new to me. We decided this would be the perfect venue to host our works Christmas party. We had younger children with us, so it was important that it was child friendly too. Massive thanks to everyone working on Tuesday 19th Dec, we will back very soon and wish Piddes every success.

Fantastic lunch spot, hope made breads and authentic flavours. The wraps were all excellent as well as the halloumi and homemade chilli and garlic sauces.
