The best restaurants in North West

Called in this afternoon with my daughter for food. Ordered the mince and onion pie and lasagne with a portion of salt and pepper chips to share. Staff at the bar and serving food were lovely and really welcoming. The food was delicious and piping hot. Really good portion sizes. The prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely be returning again soon. Great friendly atmosphere in the pub. The drink prices were also very reasonable. It felt good to support a local business. Thanks Stockpot Team, keep up the great work 👍🏻 PS - CASH ONLY FOR FOOD !!!

The spicy egg omelette with chapatti absolutely hits the spot. I reckon I could eat four. Friendly service and made fresh. Highly recommend

Truly great food every time I go here. From the breakfasts to the Caribbean dishes, all great. Whilst hard to choose a single dish, I think the peppered steak has to be high on the list! Give it a visit, you won't be disappointed

Just been down today popped in for some soft white batches an spotted all the handmade cakes. Great variety taste amazing. Always greeted with a friendly smile from the lovely staff there.

Clarion Sunday . Super weather, crackin' t'flags. Lots of Clarion Cycling clubs in attendance. 100 mile round trip on the bike .

Popped in for a sandwich, served very quickly and with a smile. Sandwich was lovely. Good variety of salads, sandwiches.

The best fish and chips shop in Stockpot. the fish is very good, value for money and friendly staff. This is much better than Grand Dad fish and chips. Not easy to find but worth it if you find this little gem

Highly recommend Lal Quila , Churchtown, Southport. Best curry I have ever had tonight. I had Chicken Saag and hubby had Chicken Jalfrezi which was superb - succulent chicken and tasty sauces. I have been ordering food from them for 37 years and they have never disappointed - tonight though was extra special - many thanks to the chef that was on tonight.

Amazing food and service, have tried everything on the menu but the Mexican salad and nachos are by far my favourite. Look forward to it every weekend!

With an established ice cream place on the edge of Nantwich, opening a small independent ice cream shop in town is a brave move, but the ice cream/gelato if you’d prefer is fantastic. I’ve not had a flavour that was anything less than awesome. There are about 10/12 flavours, but with a good selection there seems to be something for everyone. Milkshakes made to order while you wait, using any of the ice creams available, are the best ive had. I’ve not tried the coffee but the machine looks impressive. The staff are friendly and very patient, when you’re standing looking at ice cream wondering what to have. It’s my first and only choice for ice cream in Nantwich.

I have to tell you that the kebabs and lentil soup are absolutely beautiful. So authentic all made fresh in Arabic Bread. I have never tasted a kebab like this and would now not go elsewhere. We went once and go back weekly. Lovely man and wife, very welcoming and take great pride in what they do. Please visit you won't be sorry. Lentil soup is to die for x

Christina could not have been more helpful when we were aranging our wedding reception. The whole event went without a hitch at Raiford URC Church hall and here team liased with caretaking staff on the premises. All dietary requirements were met , including the last minute changes. The charge of about £30 / person was very reasonable for a quality meal - Thanks Ninian & lesley.
