The best restaurants in North West

Been a number of times always fun did mocktails last time. Thanks to Sam the bar staff , lovely person

We went today, we were just passing. Had the nicest breakfast, very welcoming place and food was amazing! Would highly recommend giving it a try

What an extensive menu and a huge range of books - you can even get a cream tea! Fab place.

Came here expecting a bar/restaurant where I could sit in, but there isn't any! Whoops! Its just a sushi stall addition to a local grocery store manned by like six guys all talking over each other. The sushi is good though and they had a diverse selection for such a small stall! I did enjoy it even if I had to head back home to eat it.

Very friendly staff. Good service and excellent food and coffee. Well worth a visit. Their new, additional bar/ restaurant is opening in May. I’m sure it will be just as splendid!

Top chippy, had it a few times now and it's always bang on. It's so reasonably priced as well, can't fault it.

The Coffee was nice and the staff were friendly but that's all it's got going for it. The decor felt like a doctors waiting room, the menu is limited and expensive (although the food was nice when it arrived). The terrace overlooking the park, which was lovely in the summer as the kids played, is cordoned off with a sign saying "New Gym Coming"! Please God, no! It feels like the management are pushing their ideas from their gym cafes into the park whilst not caring what parkgoers want from a cafe. This was evidenced by the near-zero footfall during the "lunch rush". Not the cafe it once was and not one I'll be going out of my way to go back to for anything other than a coffee.

The beer was absolutely superb well worth a visit.

Food is amazing and tasty and freshly made chicken shwarma on hot naan bread is amazing. Value for money. Please do not order chips here because they serve the very thin cut fries which I hated. So, if you like proper chips then do not order them here. Concern about their customer services, the guy on the grill and preparing your food is polite and friendly. However, the one who prepares naan breads and stands in front of the shop, needs to polish his customer services skills and learn to speak to customers with little bit of respect. I would have given them 5 stars 🌟 but due to poor customer service from one staff member/owner, just giving them 3 stars. As a food reviewer you have to be objective and fair.

Fish and chips are £9.50 and coppice chippy is £5.80 I don't understand the prices are so big a difference of £3.70 is huge The only bonus is they have a cafe part
