Classic chippy excellent customer service very friendly staff. Mario in particular made me feel right at home. Strongly recommend this chippy to anyone staying in the area. 5 stars 🌟

🐟🍟 Just had the most amazing experience at this local chip shop! The **freshly cooked cod** was out of this world - crispy on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside. 🤤 And don't get me started on the gravy - it was simply divine! 😍 The service was top-notch too. The staff were so **friendly** and had a great sense of humor – they even thought I was a cockney! 😄 Definitely coming back for more of that authentic British chippy goodness. 1st time tonight, won’t be the last, the fish & chips were cooked fresh & lovely. Staff super friendly, my cousin over from Canada & wanted English fish & chips, which she also enjoyed.

Another dodgy cash only operation. No signs anywhere explaining this. Once I'd finally managed to pay the chips were generally soggy and of poor quality.

Been using this chippy since the mid /late 70's. It's always been of a Very high standard and excellent quality & value for money. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I can remember queuing for upto 45/50 minutes to be served. This is because of the quality of the fish and chips. The curry sauce is to Die for. This is a family run business & I remember the original owner and his son now runs it.
