Papa John's Pizza in Trafford

The cheeseburger pizza was actually great—surprisingly! No issues there. But the pepperoni? It was like someone thought, “Why use pizza sauce when we have this glorious can of tomato paste?” It literally tasted like I was just eating tomato paste straight up. I always order from Papa John’s and have never encountered this level of culinary creativity. Tomato paste. On a pizza. Bold move!

Can't say I'm impressed. £51 for basic, no flavour pizza. Toppings are contaminated with other toppings. There was onion on my pizza - definitely wasn't ordered. Pepperoni is wafer thin and tasteless. Halloumi is basic. Service was shocking, after 25 minutes, they said the order was wrong and expected us to make do with the other stuff whilst we waited for the fresh pizza. Quality seals were broken by staff double checking what was in the boxes. Shambles. Can't say we will be returning any time soon

I arrived to collect order they said it wasnt in the system so i ordered again whilst in the shop and paid again. Took the pizza home then half hour later get a message to say the pizza you ordered is ready so in total i paid nearly £30 for one pizza

Buy one get one free deal is Not true, when I order on that base upto the same value, he said it is apply only for margarita, only cheese one for any size. Why you advertising such lies??

We had a large party and ordered a variety of pizzas in advance. Hamza made the process so easy with his professional and can do approach. Wakas called me when he was nearby so we had a smooth delivery. He helped us organise the various different flavoured pizzas into piles of boxes to make it easy for our guests. I cannot recommend Papa Johns Timperley highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again. Our guests said that pizza delivery for the big party was ingenious and there was something for everyone, including gluten free.

Their just eat machine crashed and so they said they never received my order but I was charged £35 and now have to wait for a refund and also buy another takeaway!! So thanks for the customer service!!

Half hour late delivery, food was not great. Ordered a tuna pizza but hardly any on the pizza. Not great for the price paid!!

My go-to pizza place. A good, easy-to-use website with deals and a large selection of pizzas, including a make-your-own option with many toppings to choose from. Pizzas are very customisable, with options such as cheese type, base type and sauce. Overall a great pizza place.

Pizza was starting to go cold. My previous experience with this restaurant had been better. Not enough updates given.

Great pizza great prices always nice hot pizza staff are friendly and helpful plenty of choice and good dietary choice as well ,If you've not tried it, give it a go and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!!

First and last time I’ll be coming here I went in at 12:05pm picked a pizza asked him how long he says he ready in 15 minutes I come back at 12:25 and he only just started to put the toppings on in hindsight I should of asked for my money back 35 /40 minutes is not 15 minutes he won’t get chance to lie to me again also only 1 staff on sight which does not help him he did seem a nice person but to busy to deal with afternoons on his own £££ profit before service very disappointed wish I never bothered

Ordered from here a few times now. The food is always on time, if not, a little early which is great. Delivery drivers are always happy and smiling. Food is always hot and always get the correct order.

Cold pizza, not very tasty even when reheated. Potato side and cheese poppers tasteless and stone cold. Should have bought frozen from Iceland. for nearly £40 I should expect some kind of quality. Poor generic junk food.

Timperley's Papa Johns is lovely in many ways! First to mention, the pizza's are lovely and fresh, the quality was outstanding and sizes are huge! Definitely would recommend for a treat night!

Customer service is a priority with this store. The delivery was on time as well as the pizza was steaming hot. The pizza was delicious I would highly recommend coming here. The delivery driver showed nothing but respect even closed the gate on his way out which is something rare these days.
