Fabulous tasty varied breakfast served with a smile. This lovely, friendly bookshop cafe is a fabulous idea. Welcoming to everyone. Whether just visiting for a bit of company and a chat or a full plate breakfast. Or maybe pop in and read a book or 2. Our breakfast was freshly cooked, well presented and delicious. The best we have had in some time. The lovely ladies running this shop are most kind and helpful. Our gsd Sadie Wag Wag was made most welcome too. We have already recommended this place to friends and will be dining there again very soon.

I checked when it should be open multiple times including before I set of from home. I got there over an hour after it should have opened to find it closed. And I can't find anything about a change of times or temporary closure

Waited 30 minutes for my food to arrive by which time my break had finished. The sandwich arrived £4.95 which was tuna inside thin white pappy bread. The waitress also "forgot" the salad and crisps- I reminded her. I then received three crisps and a light dusting of salad. I will never return. They had a good repore with the locals- perhaps they charge them a discount?... They need it.

It’s like a TARIS inside, quite big. Stocks thousands of books. During Lockdown they are doing click and collect on books, delivery on books and food. Even Covid aware delivery for people who are shielding. Valentine blind date with a book with scones. Mother’s Day blind date with a book with scones, or afternoon tea and due to popular demand will be doing Easter blind date with a book. The blind date is a mystery book wrapped with your name on and a quote. Can either be collected from the shop or delivered to your home

Lovely little shop. Nick, Ali and Darcy are lovely and Nicks brand of humour is not to be missed. Excellent Chilli or Curry (depending on the week) served with rice, chips, half of each or a jacket potato on a Thursday. There is a good offering of scones and cakes (all homemade) definitely recommend

Having passed this cafe/bookshop frequently we decided, due to inclement weather, to take the opportunity to visit. Although the shop is narrow, it is very long. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced, I could quite happily spend hours here browsing through the 100000 books although most are not available for public access. A well deserved 5 from me

This is a lovely large bookshop, it may look small from the outside but it’s long inside. They have a wide variety of books, if you can’t see what you want feel free to ask as they probably have it somewhere, they are also a lovely coffee shop. Though I don’t recommend you visits on market day as it can be quite busy. It also had the added bonus of taking card payments

Chapter Two is perfect for every book lover. You're left in peace to browse the books and there's plenty to choose from and at good prices too! The cafe is reasonably priced and the owner is lovely. My kids were getting bored so she found a game for them to play to keep them occupied. Loved it!

While in Fleetwood we called in here for breakfast. The owner was very friendly and when I asked if I could have poached egg on toasted he said not a problem. My partner had a full English breakfast which was freshly made and very hot. The service was excellent and I would definitely call here again.

Went with a friend for their festive afternoon tea. What a treat, the food was fab, pigs in blankets, brie wedges with cranberry dip, turkey and stuffing sandwiches were my favourite savoury's. The christmas tree shaped chocolate cake was delicious, plenty more sweet delights with cute reindeer and snowman fancies too. It was very busy, but we didn't feel rushed. The food was very freshly made. the service was great, and the atmosphere was friendly. Couldn't quite eat it all, so I brought home a doggy bag. Would definitely recommend it, but please be warned to book in advance, Light Ash Farm is very popular.

Friday night takeaway. I had:- Original Munch Box £14 Burgers served in a toasted brioche bun Homemade 4.5 oz smashed burgers American cheese, lettuce, crispy onions, chef’s burger sauce Salt & Pepper Chips Breaded Mozzarella Sticks (V) Beer Battered Onions Rings (V) Sweet Chilli Dipping Pot All beautifully cooked & tasted amazing, good size portion too. My wife had New Yorker burger & she said it was lovely. If you want a Friday night takeaway, you’ll need to book in advance as it’s busy! Best cafe / takeaway in Garstang!
