Exceptional! Haven has just started sushi platter delivery service, we have just given it a try and it has really surprised us. The sushi platter was very fresh and authentic, portion was generous with very good value. It was carefully packaged for delivery and arrived on time.

Authentic Japanese sashimi set, incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!

A very "authentic" Japanese place, you get that both from the staff and the experience in general - you actually get a big jar of wasabi and ginger for example. The food was delicious, my favourite was the classic salmon bowl, delicious, with good quantities of sashimi and ikura. I tried the tuna (chu-toro) and beef bowls as well (one is plenty for a person of course, but I like sampling) and they were also great. I booked via FB and they had asked if we were celebrating something, so they had a "happy anniversary" dessert waiting for us! Definitely a great experience. Note the toilet was out of order when I visited (it was posted outside so you'd know going in). The only suggestion I have is that some small plates in addition would be nice (so you don't have to get another rice bowl if you want to try something additional).

The portion is generous, and the food is delicious. The owner is also very friendly. As it is prepared upon order, it takes a little time, but it is acceptable.

There are only 3 types of food to choose from on the menu. The sashimi rice is of good quality, but it costs £36. It has no sea urchin and no 𧎚. It is not worth the money. I will not patronize it again!

We tried their don-rice and the portion is larger than expected with generous sashimi. Definitely worth £18 during promotion period however doubtful to re-try in full price. Food was served too slow honestly it took 45mins for the bowl to arrive.

I went here with my partner for my birthday, we both loved it. We ordered quite a few dishes and just shared them all then as we were leaving they asked what the occasion was and asked if they could make a dessert as a treat! They catered to my dairy allergy with no issues. The seating area is small and seemed a bit cluttered but that didn't put us off and we will definitely be back! 😁

This is something you can't eat in Hong Kong XD We also ordered charcoal-grilled seafood, including scallops, oysters, prawns and crabs. The crab lids were specially served with quail eggs to make Koro-yaki for us! It was very Japanese-style. A very sincere Hong Kong shop. The food and service are first-rate. Anyone who orders chicken hot pot has all-you-can-drink soda. No other restaurant has this. Because it is a self-service charcoal grill (the store will help you start the stove), if the grill is good, you can taste that kind of outdoor BBQ flavor, and I ended up eating it. I like the method of cooking the crab lid with quail eggs. When the crab paste is mixed with the egg paste, when it is not yet cooked, and then put it into your mouth, it feels really creamy and full of salty flavor. It’s just right! Please note that charcoal grilled seafood can only be done when the weather is good, and must be ordered one day in advance. The finale is the chicken stew. Since there are two of us, we have asked the store’s helper to pack up the chicken stew dinner in advance. Since we were already so full at lunch, we asked two friends and a couple to help us eat the chicken stew together in the evening. The meal actually includes a whole chicken, two diced chickens, corns, bells, etc. Although it is a chicken pot for two people, I personally think it is enough to feed four people. At least we will have enough food that night. You can also drink as much soda as you want (the store owner asked us if we wanted to buy a few more cans of soda). The chicken was so slippery, and there were two cute bears in the pot that day. I put it in after eating. Put it into the pot and dissolve it. I don't know that the food quality in this shop is perfect, but it is definitely sincere and thoughtful in making the food, so the quality is guaranteed. What an amazing evening we have had at Haven, the food - we had wonton soup, surf and turf Ramen and Rib eye ramen -were absolutely gorgeous the best thing on a cold windy October night! Our 4 year old daughter ate most of my noodles and got spoilt with her own special sparkler dessert! Fantastic service, fantastic food! Can't wait to come back again! ❤
