This place is glorious. The new owner is amazing, Karen's with a capital S... funny as!!!! Food is always fantastic and Sunday dinners have just started so I'll be there way more often. Can't compliment this place enough. Proper little family orientated cafe with a hint of sarcasam. Don't miss it unless you have no sense of humour!!!! 😀😃🙂

Food cooked fresh to order. Quick service , always a cheerful welcome and great food - definitely the best breakfast ever, freshly cooked to order and delicious . Sandwiches and subs made to order with a wide variety of fresh salad and fillings. Highly recommended.

One of the typically dirty motorway services in this country—tables are sticky with dirt, the toilets are smelly and filthy, and on top of that, the staff is more interested in talking than serving customers.

Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I have written reviews about The Raj in the past about how good the food, the experience, the atmosphere and the overall package is. Tonight we went and I realised that the main thing that makes The Raj stand out is the customer service. When you enter as a customer for the first or as a regular, you get a warm welcome, you aren't just a customer Anhar, Zak, Safraaz and the team all want to get to know you , to them they want you to become part of The Raj family! You will feel special ( they dont think as kids as getting under their feet, they are welcomed as if they are a valued part of the party!). We went tonight for a family meal and although they had obviously been really busy over the Christmas period, were given the best customer service you could ask for from them, highly recommend and a pleasure to dine there.

Really enjoyed our meal! Service was spot on! Always enjoy the pleasant ambiance of this place. Great for kids as large play area. You can even play football as they have football nets. Zip wire to! We will be coming again in the warmer months.

The driver was really nice and helpful

Loved the salt and pepper box! The fish that came in it was soft and oily needed to be a bit more crispier and apart from that everything was spot on!
