Nice small services . Clean inside.

Good quality KFC, exactly as it says on the tin.

Came at lunch and there were alot of orders and it wasn't speedy but wasn't exclusively slow either (better to be cooked fresher I guess) Got the snack box but the portion was crap, the snack box (which has already halved in size since it was introduced) was only half full ...disappointing

Chicken was extremely greasy and fries soggy. Not up to the standard of other KFC. Very disappointed

The fries were not as good as other places

Stopped off here to use the Services on way to start our Cruise from Southampton. Really nice Services.

Can you please tell me why you don't open until 11 a.m. We are regular coach travellers, the coaches use these services for the changeover for our onward journey. KFC is not open for travellers to buy refreshments before our onward journey. Coaches start arriving around 10 a.m. and have left by 11 a.m. KFC are losing a tremendous amount of money by not being open for us travellers.

Superf fast and fries were fresh!

Although there were plenty of empty tables, we struggled to find one that was clean! We were also not happy with the price. The prices are much more than at other restaurants. Wouldn't mind so much if the food served and the quality of service, matched the premium charged for dining at a service station. This is the second time we have stopped here on our way home and the tables are always dirty. The first time, I asked a nice friendly server to clean a table for us. On this last visit however, my food was thrust at me by a server who was neither helpful nor friendly and gave me no time to ask about cleaning a table or for a cloth so I could clean one myself, before she had disappeared. KFC is generally my choice of fast food. Although I don't usually eat at this one. It's just that we had a long drive home and the children were hungry, so despite our reservations, we decided to stop at this service station for food. To our disappointment, the restaurant has not improved, it has got worse. I won't be eating there again and I can't recommend it

Food was fresh and actually filled up us. One of the better kfcs in the area.

Fast delivery , unfortunately there was a missing item , no popcorn chicken in the box .

Definitely the worst of all the takeaway food services. Not sure if it's down to poor training and bad upper management. But every single kfc has the same problems. Poor value, food thrown all over in a bag and biggest of all.. Orders are constantly wrong. Take a look at any kfc review and it's the same problems. Attached picture is definitely not what you would call, large fries!

Driver went to greggs with my order and stood in shop for 10mins with my order

Maybe I was just too hungry to care. The only KFC wrap I've had that was juicy and not dried when 'toasting' or not storing them to maintain their freshness.

Understaffed, sad looking place, food isn't as good as it could be, I've seen reddish meat inside chicken drumsticks, chips are soft ...from the good things, salads they make and sell are really nice and tasty. I am referring to rice and extra chicken fillet one for instance.

Spent £22 on 2 empty boxes, shocking We played hunt the chicken, not what it used to be, everything is in a box making it look full , sorry KFC 😐 never again !!!!

Used as was waiting for coach. Could do with expanding seating areas as it gets very crowded.

Great delivery, driver was early, friendly and food delivered as ordered. The food just didn’t taste that great, tasted cold and dry, but can’t fault the delivery.

This time two years back was a whole different story for this store, now they really seem to have turned things around, meals have consistently been prepared quickly and with quality on point

Once order was placed and food getting ready witnessed staff holding the assembled box up to their face and talking into it at point blank , had to be told to replace the box ,also to put it into the bin instead of just setting it aside for another unfortunate customer, wouldn't rate hygiene at all , food order was supposed to be a bonless fillet box with one piece and instead got two coated sinew grease fat and bone pieces. Staff then proceed to have a good giggle about their actions. Senior staff would be better setting an example instead of joining in with such behaviour , more hospitality training required throughout.

Long wait for my KFC and the place needs a bit of a clean. KFC Chicken was hot though hence 3 stars .

Usual motorway services, bit awkward to get too as entrance to slip road easily missed as you come from the roundabout.

It was indeed a Welcome Break. Has a KFC, Starbucks and WH Smith. Nice and clean and plenty of places to sit outside.

Only visited to pick up a coach and nip to the loo.

Was told due to it being a franchise it would not accept mobile rewards or the ability to order via the app but using the machine to Order they then can increase the prices as they feel fit not a good choice avoid unless you want it be ripped off

Stopped on a work journey and change of driver. Very busy as its a motorway services but was clean and food was good! Plenty of seating, and loads of parking! Again as this was a motorway services. May visit again if I stopped here but would make a special visit!

Ordered a 4 piece boneless meal and a flamin wrap. I received a piece of chicken that was cut into 4 and 1 of those pieces was put in the wrap. And what makes it worse it WASN’T KFC CHICKEN. Food was cold. Took pictures and was straight in the bin.

No popcorn chicken, no gravy, no beans, no rice. Basically half a meal. Not happy.

The concept of "Value for money" is sadly ignored/unknown by many UK eateries, especially when they are motorway based. And this place is no exception. Hugely expensive with woeful portion sizes, I'd avoid this place if at all possible. What you do get is unimpressive, unappealing and dry. Bearing only a vague and fleeting resemblance to what the advertising and menus promise (nothing new there I know!). Staff are generally helpful and friendly. If you're on the motorway and need to eat, look elsewhere or even better, plan ahead and pack something yourself!
