Been going for 8+ years and loved food. Recently orders missing key ingredients such as veg or sauce so mainly ordered online so no misunderstanding. 5th time happened in last 3 months I'd ordered Tofu & Broccoli with salt & pepper. It was a swap from oyster to salt pepper which done for me for many years & is cheaperfor them. The box consisted of half normal size tofu, no Broccoli, no salt pepper & 3 tiny pieces of onion. On return lad apologised and said he'd sort it, then woman same over and said if I wanted salt pepper or Broccoli I'd needed to pay more. Queried low portion of Broccoli and she just stared at me. Refused and asked for refund as tored of just letting mistakes ride - still not arrived and no response to emails. Sadly won't be returning any time soon. You can only put up with so much and the food isn't cheap so you expect what you order.

Awful place, service and staff are shocking. Went to collect my order 40 mins after being told the wait would be 30-35 mins, when I arrived I was told it was not ever cooked or started. I questioned this to be spoken to rudely and told it’s not my fault, I asked why they didn’t just ring and let me know and the young girl just laughed at me I can not believe how rude the staff are here and the place is not cheap awful service and staff would not recommend better places to eat.

We could not fault this take away! We have been ordering for few years now and we won’t be changing that! We always have the same things and they are always happy to make the same changes to the food for us🙏 Food is always piping hot and just simply and absolutely delicious!🤤 Thank you for the best Chinese♥️

Pad Thai chicken noodle box was so bland and disappointing, I would have given a 1 star for this, however i also ordered the Cantonese spring rolls and these were quite good. Probably won't be ordering from here again.

First time I’ve used Woks2Go. Easy to order. Food ready on arrival. Generous portions very well packaged We all agreed it was one of the best takeaway meals we have had. Highly recommended.

How disappointing! Ordered sweet & sour chicken with fried rice. There was no sauce with this dish, just a thin coating on the chicken, but no pouring sauce, as previously given on past orders! The fried rice had little egg in it, what is going on with this take-away - always had great meals in the past, but doubt I will shop there again….

Roasted duck fried rice was unreal Long wait but definitely worth it

Called to check the ingredients of a dish due to a food allergy to be told the information couldn’t be given over the phone. It clearly states on the menu to contact for allergy advice. Poor staff training and legally they have to give this information. So so disappointed by this poor service.

The last two times I have bought a satay noodle box (which isn't cheap) they have been so dry and barely able to taste any sauce at all. Its like I've ordered plain noodles and chicken. Really annoying and disappointing

I had a meal cooked by chef Lukas, beef in a black bean sauce, it was absolutely amazing, all the staff are warm and friendly, the best Chinese in Warrington!

I ordered boxing day at 4 pm. Didn't turn up. Not picking up the phone for days. I am going to have to contact my bank to get a refund. AVOID!!!!!!

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews, but our takeout was delicious! The food was very tasty and fresh. Delivery was quick a well. Definitely our go to Chinese in Warrington! Thank you!

Enjoyed pad Thai noodles from the Chester branch through Just eat delivery. Although I enjoyed them, I felt that there were too many noodles packed into the box, and not enough of anything else, I found 1 piece of broccoli at the bottom. It would be nice if less noodles were in the box and more vegetables or other veg items. Thank you

This was honestly the worst salt n pepper chicken I have ever tasted. It was tasteless and you could get better frozen option from a supermarket. I will not be returning.

Ordered from here tonight. First time as we're staying local and the food was shocking. Duck chow mein instead of pork so had to wait an extra 10 mins for correct order.. Crispy chilli beef that was soggy and sour. Egg fried rice that was cooked days ago. And duck and pancakes that was just plain disappointing. Service wasn't the best when ordering/ collecting and then cost £38 for food that was un appetising. Ended up eating the children's fish and chips and throwing this away. Avoid this place. Wish I had of checked reviews before ordering.

Extremely dry dishes, salt & pepper chips which hardly had any pepper in them and incompetent manager who was trying to explain the reason for the ‘dryness’ due to rice/noodles absorbing the sauce. £50 down the drain. Never again 👎🏼

No food but 8 days later still don't have my money back. Will not order here again. Previous deliveries a nightmare.

An absolute disaster part of the order missing ! waited ages for it to finally arrive but by then all the other food was cold ! so its an expensive night in with cold food. The manager could not give us a refund he told us we had to email them for a refund ! Dont bother going there

Thoroughly unpleasant!!! Dried up chicken and prawns in my noodles and a hair in some grubby spring rolls.... Yuk!! Wok n Go you’re not!!!!

Ordered at 6.55 and food didn’t turn up until 10.00. Staff not very apologetic and had to ask about a refund/discount before it was offered. Delivery driver also knocked loudly (we have 2 children under 3 in bed) and was already getting in the car when we answered the door. Food was lukewarm. Shame as food is really tasty.

My first order from Wok2Go Stockton Heath. All the family gave the food a big thumbs up. Looking forward to ordering again.

I will never use this Chinese takeaway again - they kept us waiting 2.5hrs over our estimated delivery slot on New Year’s Eve - & crucially DID NOT answer the phone for us to enquire about the progress and cancel - they heve still charged my bank even though we had to eat our own food bcause my 8 yr old was too hungry to wait till 10.30 for cold takeaway & needed to go to bed😡

Food arrived an hour late and the chips were soggy. Request a refund for the soggy meal but they refused unless we brought it back ourselves.

Had really good takeaway from here especially the duck noodles. Speedy delivery and good prices. Would recommend

Ordered for 4 people, when I called up with the order the young girl sounded like she wasnt sure of the order. We ran through it again and it sounded correct. delivery was late and when it came it was missing a meal, for the person whose birthday we were celebrating. Rang back and was told firstly the order was right, then that they had made a mistake with how they put the order through. Finally agreed to send a second meal. Then another call back to say they hadn't charged us for the meal and we would need to pay for it. They said although it was entirely their fault, they still needed us to pay. I've no proof if we paid the first time, so to make sure the birthday guest actually ate, I had to pay again. We spent over £50 the first time... Food was good but over shadowed by poor customer service and management. Wouldn't use again.

We have used the Stockton Heath Branch for as long it's been here and ordered from them at least once/twice a month over these many years. However the last 2 orders have been wrong....first mistake referred to manager (no response ever received.) Livid tonight that they got a dish wrong we'd plated it up before we realised (beef with chiles rather than beef green pepper) and were asked to put it back in the container for them to collect when they delivered the correct dish!!! Unbelievable, obviously no customer trust, delayed our meal, and consequently have now lost our custom! I'm thinking there's been a change of management. Hope they read this review.

Prices are high, but the quality is excellent.

I've ordered regularly, their food is decent but they dont respond to any complaints or problems with orders ever. I'm a fool for going back. I'd suggest Emerald it's much cheaper and they actually try. They think you are privileged to be able to order from them like they are a Michelin Star restaurant but you don't matter.

Not ordered for a while food great if a little expensive, ordered for it to arrive between 6 and 6:30 when my wife gets in from work. It came early at 5:30, driver is going to tell them when he gets back, I'm sure it will get sorted, not, lol

Slow delivery but was warned they were busy. More expensive than most chinese ,the food is generally fresh and tasty but today the portion crispy seaweed which is my daughters favourite was completely inedible! It was massivly overseasoned, i tried it too it was way too salty , I don't mind paying a bit extra if it's perfect ,but it was not !

Best Chinese takeaway in the area and probably Warrington and surrounding areas. The food is exactly what you're expecting. No play on the traditional ways. Its healthy. Great staff and service.

Ordered £50 of food which basically went in the bin. Took over an hour to arrive. When it did it was soggy, lukewarm and basically horrible. Contacted the store to be told as we had eaten some of it there is nothing they could do. Manager wouldn't speak to me!! Nice way to run a local business. We have been good customers as we like to support local businesses but I have to say their food is very hit n miss. Definitely will not order ever again. It's expensive too. You could get a much nicer meal for half the price. Avoid!!!!

The best freshly cooked food available for delivery in our area. My first thoughts when putting a internet order together were EXPENSIVE. When the food arrived on time, hot & TOTAL QUALITY...My thoughts are now ..You get what you pay for at wok2go..

Poor management and communication. Dont order if you want your take away delivered anywhere near the time you ask. Expect to have to chase the delivery up and get told its on its way to find out it isnt! Would be quicker to go to china to get the food !

One star is generous , I went to collect food , had to wait 45 mins even though I had pre ordered , whilst there I overheard 2 of the owners racially abusing a young lady who was working for them , their language was disgusting , the young lady was crying they continued to bully and racially abuse her for no apparent reason! To top it off the food was awful , lack of veg , meat , noodles were hard , rice was hard AVOID

I ordered delivery to my home in cronton. The order was accepted and paid for which was £42 To then receive a phone call to say they could not deliver to my address I asked to speak to a manager to be put on hold and then to be told the manager was unavailable I was told it would take 48 hours for a refund I am now still waiting after 3 days If this take away could not deliver to my address why was my order accepted and my money taken from my bank Poor management and communication

Ordered for pickup. Was ready and still hot within 15 mins. Good service and food as well

Placed an online order at 6pm for a 7.05 delivery. Called at 7:15 asking where it was, order still not processed. Told it would be within the hour. Can’t review the food as still waiting for it.

Been ordering from this takeaway for couple of months now. Food is the best ive ever tasted always fresh and hot and great choice. Delivery has always been within expected time. Wok2go you have my vote.

I've used this Chinese for 7 years and unfortunately the food has gradually got worse. Greasy, fatty and with no flavour! It's very expensive which I don't mind paying for good food! Don't think I'll continue to order from there.

Pad Thai is the usual favorite. Always fresh tasting. Consistently good.

Delivery very quick. Unfortunately food not so good . Noodles were Overcooked and not enjoyable. Shame as used to really like the food. Sweet and sour was also not good and not eaten. Drink missing from order. Hope they can sort it out as used to be very good.

It's OK but it's expensive for what it is, ordered 'mixed veg' but it was couple of pieces of thin carrot, 2 pieces of green pepper, then just beansprouts, onion and water chestnut. In the past I've complained about the veg but they clearly aren't bothered as next time you order it's back to bulking it out with beansprouts.

Ordered takeaway came back twenty minutes later to a sealed bag . Once home clear the order was wrong . Having ordered a Special 'I' on their menu with chill and garlic sauce we were given a mixed starter with fried rice ! They don't know their own menu. We called them and after much pressure they agreed to deliver the correct food for an extra 30p and delivery charge !!!! Their mistake yet they want to charge ! Also they said they want the food back ! Just a warning to all you out there we touched it !!!!! Why do they want it back ? Frankly we don't want it it doesn't look very appealing. This fiasco will have cost £25 + for not very much food and appalling customer service. The young woman who made the mistake was shouted at by the woman in charge who we were told didn't speak English. Enough to say she wants the food back and an extra 30 p and £2 charge !!! It will be a long time before I even consider using this place and I would warn people you may be eating reused food . I in particular have a bad cold !! Avoid this place

Food is quite tasty but I ordered the veg noodle box...expecting..veg! Maybe some mange touts, peppers etc..but nope! Just a few bits of broccoli and mushrooms...not worth the money!

Placed an order online and received completely wrong order. Rang up and told them and they said it would be sorted and sent out asap. The order was wrong on the second time as well. Rang up and explained, woman who I spoke to rudely said it was not her problem as it was someone else that took the order and did not tell her. I was told I wouldn't receive a refund until a manager is in store and that I have to return the food for the second time to the driver when her returns.

The special fried rice is my favourite. A bit pricey but the quality is really good
