Staff are very good, rooms clean and tidy . We were a group of golfers staying overnight, this morning we had a medical emergency the lady on reception was excellent her assistance was second to none I can't praise her high enough she is a credit to the hotel .

Rooms are starting to look a little dated but they are clean and comfortable. Staff are super helpful and the location is accessible.

The room we're very basic and cold. We booked an accessible room however it had a very low bed which made getting in and out really difficult. Also the bathroom still had bath so as I have joint issues I was unable to shower having to wash at the sink instead. We will not be returning which is a shame as we like Premier Inns.

Room as expected clean and tidy, but I must say the food I had at the Swan pub is probably the best I have had away this year. It was a pleasure to eat it it was the lamb on house special. 100% would return wow

The rooms are just what you need, no thrill's so nothing to complain about. Breakfast on the other hand Absolutely Shocking ! On our second morning we had to send it back because it was cold, came back out after been in the microwave. Still only Luke warm, fried egg yolks like bullets, bacon couldn't be chewed by a crocodile. We won't be returning just because of the standard of breakfast !

Slightly dated hotel but has great old fashion service. Staff were very good and young lady serving breakfast was one of the best. Well done Premier Inn 👍

This is a very tired hotel attached to an equally tired pub. Breakfast was poor and, whilst dinner was passable, it was expensive. Staff were very friendly and helpful but even that wouldn’t make me want to come back here.

No frills Premier Inn off the beaten track but the Swan pub attached is really good.

Delicious burger. I had a chicken burger and it was probably the best I have had. All the ingredients were very fresh and tasty. The portion of french fries was huge and very tasty (I had the cajun version). The house sauce (brothers sauce) is sooooo tasty! I wish I knew how to make it or they sold it in store. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It is mostly a delivery place but you can sit there and enjoy your food.

Very pleased with the food and options available. Although one of our party felt that one of the waiters smelt a but funny. Really friendly service and we all enjoyed our experience. I would recommend and will likely come back again.

By far, the poorest portion of chips I've ever had! Plus, the place stinks! They use old oil, and it stinks the whole area out. Complaints put in to the council. Addition: Popped in for some chips after not using it for years due to the issue above. Well, safe to say, it's still an absolute disgrace! The chips were rock hard and stone cold! I just binned them and made a sandwich instead. It astounds me that anyone uses it when the one in greenwood is only a couple of mins away and is far better. Even the Callands chip shop is only 5 mins away and substantially better.
