If you're looking for a good meal in a family friendly pub this place is perfect. Lot's of parking, good food, nice place. If you're on the M6 this is very easy to find and better than stopping at services.

Excellent food , meats very tender , drinks a little expensive and not much choice of ale's , would still highly recommend though.

Was served by a very pleasant Lexie who recommend the lasagne which was lovely. Looking forward to our next visit. Shame about the foul smell in the car park which was very off putting.

It's ok. Handy if there's a few of you and you need a larger table. The service is a little slow sometimes. When you go to order at the bar, there's no table service, you'll sometimes wait a while as the queue can be ten deep ordering food and drinks.

Cheap prices but it shows in what you get, both in terms of the food and service.

I got end of beef not nice I'm afraid just my luck also sewer very smelly outside needs looking into still gave hi marks because it's not staffs fault

We called in for desert only on the way home. Despite ordering on the app in a not so busy restaurant it still took 40 minutes for icecream and a slice of cake (which was bland despite looking good)

Eat here today, party of 7, staff were polite and hard working, most of us had turkey but I thought I’d chance the beef, I wish I hadn’t, very tough, at one stage I wanted to return it but being with 6 others who enjoyed their meal I didn’t want to cause a problem, will return but not having the beef, I was told that it is cooked for 14 hours but I have to say if it was it would be falling apart, no a great day and out of pocket by £100+, waiting staff were great and beer cold so all good,

Breakfast was spot on and my dog was looked after cheers

Loved our last minute carvery Blake was very helpful and talked us in to cake

We had a table for 10 people. Everyone said the food was cold and tasteless. I had the sticky toffee pudding which was like eating stodge and then they stopped serving drinks at 9.30pm Shocking food and even worse service

The food was brilliant,and Blake’s service was immaculate.

Was quiet when we went in, you order food and drink at the bar or through the app. Didn't see much of any staff, they just dropped food off at the table and that was it. We had a steak Pie and mixed grill. They were ok, but for pub food I wouldn't expect anything great. Decent place to stop if you're hungry.

Two young ladies behind the bar more interested in talking then serving and not great service. Whilst a couple smoke weed outside not the best for the kids

We were served by Blake a lovely young polite man who was very helpful And gave service with a smile Nothing was too much trouble for him

Blake was super helpful and lovely to my family, very accommodating to us and was making sure everything was clean and even accomodating to my new born whos pram had to be quite annoyingly in the way

Both the carvery and main menu offer great value and choices for all ages. The two courses for smaller appetites is just excellent but it is the friendly staff that really make it and the welcome they give my dog 🐶

Been out for the day . Visited here fantastic service food. Staff including elsa. Nothing was too much trouble. Water dish topped up for our dog. Would definitely come here again. Lovely staff. Well done.

Danielle was really helpful today and so polite. Making sure the dishes were moved away promptly. The children enjoyed the food. They approached our server Danielle for their ice cream and it was promptly brought to the table apart from a rock gard yorkshire pudding it was a nice visit to this pub as always

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. A selection of well cooked delicious vegetables on the carvery. Great value for money. Spacious restaurant/clean toilets/convenient location/large carpark. Will look forward to coming again.

Never disappointed when we come here. Only live down the road so it's very handy. The Fish and Chips are great as are the burgers, desserts and HUGE cakes which are amazing. Excellent and very pleasant service from Danielle. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

The staff here is nice and friendly. They serve with a smile. Alison is especially friendly. The atmosphere is good for spending a lazy afternoon. The carvery I tried is not particularly tasty, but good for the price.

Food was delicious but the bar staff were overwhelmed and therefore had to remake our hot drinks. There was only one lady called Jackie working her socks off that we saw! She was Brill, clearing and tidying etc but also doing anything she could. There were 2 to 3 staff at any time just stood waiting to greet people and chatting/laughing in between

Great as usual. We live closer to other Greene kings however always come here. The carvery today was absolutely brilliant, the carver was really friendly and accommodating. Our server Nicole was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

My wife has numerous food intolerances including dairy and gluten. We have seldom found an establishment as accommodating as this. They listened then catered accordingly. All of the staff went the extra mile to make our visit memorable.

Absolutely amazing service and amazing food, ordered mixed grill Steak was perfect melt in mouth still pink and oozing with Flavour chief did amazing!! staff were polite believe his name was Blake so professional with the way he worked Sam who delivered our Sundays was also very polite and do a great job round the restaurant, mazie also did a lovely job of showing us to our table overall very pleased and very pleasant experience would recommend for anyone looking for a change of secenory and nice food ❤️

Gone down hill. Food undercooked and cold. Mash burnt. Dirty carpet and sticky tables. Not what it used to be sadly. Oh, and a shot of cheap tasteless orange cordial in a glass of tap water £2.50!! Last time here for us

Had starters ok.but had to ask numerious times for mains. They arrived bit 2 out of 3 were cold. So had to ask to refresh. 1 was still not nice but we were hungry by then so ate it. Wint be going again. The young staff were not attentive at all!! 2 were on their phones most of our visit. Not happy!!

Never a bad experience here out of the many times me and my family come here! Food always delicious and fresh, service is always excellent. 4 star for atmosphere, but this is personal preference due to the many unruly kids running around at any one time - not the fault of the restaurant, of course - and bearing in mind it is a family friendly establishment with a childrens play area... Another point for the deduction on atmosphere is it was uncomfortably hot on our visit today. The air con was on, but either it wasn't cold enough or there just weren't enough units throughout the venue, because unless you were directly underneath an A/C unit, it was stiflingly hot! In closing, it's always visibly clean and of course it's very good value!

Carvery is great here. Sometimes, the queues to order can be long, so we always use the app and get a discount through the AA.

Been for a visit to Juniper Farm today and enjoyed a late breakfast. As frequent visitors we always find the staff friendly and efficient - however one person stands out for us and that is Jackie. Her lovely friendly manner and helpfulness is amazing and she does a marvellous job. Well done Jackie, we just wanted to acknowlege how hard you work x Thank you kerry & tony

I would just like to say thankyou very much to the team at juniper farm for making my birthday lunch extra special. The food was amazing, the team were friendly. 5* service all round. They brought me a lovely slice of cake with a candle in it. Thankyou so much.

A nice weekday carvery. It was great to have different veg from my local place. The layout is slightly different due to the shape of the pub with some nice alcoves etc. I would recommend taking a drive out to this restaurant.

Jackie provided great service, and always remembers us when we go in. She has worked there for many years, and always makes the effort to say hi and have a quick chat.

Not very nice,ordered 2 carvery with different 3 meat on both what we got was rubbish, one meal had loads of stuffing and the other had none no Yorkshire puds on both,one had all veg the other just had carrots and mash and new potatoes only one roast spud on each one.

We found Juniper Farm in passing after a day at Oulton Park and found it quiet, and spacious. We had carvery and with lovely meats and loads of veggies for a very reasonable price, followed by a monumental piece of lemon cheesecake! All the staff we met were friendly and professional, spoke to each other in a nice way and kept on top of everything very well.

Recently called by to have Carvery. I was delighted to see the food was excellent. The staff most helpful. This is most definitely my favourite Carvery at present. It's located near to the national motor - ways, perfect before or after your journey. The food was fresh and delightful. Staff most plesent, and accommodation. So me and family now use in the week, play room for my gran childre, plenty of dining space. Love it.

Our Table was 7adults, 3kids & baby, we was seated near the play area so the children could play near us. The staff was brilliant couldn't fault them, Lewis was amazing anything we needed wasn't to much trouble. Would definitely recommend

Carvery and breakfast were as expected but there was a horrible whiff outside on both visits. No staff around for the evening visit.

Had a lovely meal tonight. Not been for nearly a year, because we didn't enjoy it the last time we went in. But we had the steak and the mixed grill it was really nice. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff Will definitely return.

Just arrived home with my cakeaway, well nothing like the examples shown, not cooked property and no frosting. Dissapointing to say the least. Won't bothered next time

I am updating my previous review, in line with the standard of today's visit for lunch which we paid around £18 for two standard Carvery's, we arrived at 12pm midday, we paid for our meals and made our way to the counter to collect our Carvery, there was a choice of Ham, Beef, a new joint and a piece of dried up beef from some time before and turkey, the new beef looked good, so I requested beef from the new joint and the Chef picked up the remainder of the dried up beef and threw it into a waste container, he seemed a little angry, however we proceeded to help ourselves to the vegetables and it did look very impressive, mash, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrot and parsnips, cauliflower cheese, a choice of sauces and gravy. We returned to our table with our food. Although the meat was lovely, unfortunately the rest of the meal was cold and when I say cold, it wasn't even luke warm, the mash and all the veg, were cold, the plates were cold and we were extremely disappointed, especially as we were second in the queue at 5 past 12pm! When a staff member came to ask us if everything was okay with our meals, I felt inclined to tell her the truth, as our food was cold and we were not enjoying it, she said "I'll feed it back to the chef, would you like me to warm it up in the microwave for you?" Honestly, this is just completely unacceptable and unprofessional, it's time to get a grip of the situation and to say we are disappointed with the service, value for money and lack if hot food, would be an understatement!

We were greeted at the door by a bossy woman who didn't want us to select our own seat, i ordered fish and chips and only received half of a fish, it seemed it had been cut in half.

Had a really lovely meal this evening at the Juniper Farm. We had the carvery and cake. Delicious! Good portion of meats and choice of potatoes and vegetables. Very tasty, thick gravy which I really like. We were so full after the carvery we asked if we could take our cakes home. They were boxed up nicely for us. Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. You are made very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back. Large car park, great food and service. Well done and thank you!

We booked a table for 2pm as had never visited Juniper Farm before and didn't know what to expect. We all thoroughly enjoyed the carvery which was hot, plentiful and cooked to perfection. It was a very clean and relaxed environment with really good service. Hopefully we will return again for Fathers day.

Came here for a family birthday meal as it’s a midway point between us all. Carvery was delicious, food was hot, service was impeccable.

food was amazing can’t fault it always really good, however the only let down was one of the staff members are bar lady long dark brown hair very rude had no manners or respect when speaking to customers unfortunately will not be returning due to the rudeness from this young lady
