Customer service is absolutely amazing such a lovely group of staff

Location is heavily understaffed resulting in queues that go out the shop at peak times every morning and lunch, never seen as many people try and push infront as I have here due to how long they get. Most of the staff here seem miserable, not that they're required to be happy but it just makes me think how Greggs obviously aren't treating them well if low attitude is as widespread as it is. Despite the long queues the staff go about as if they have one person in the shop and seem to have no sense of urgency. If you order click + collect at peak times don't expect it to be ready as they'll just ignore it, which I suppose is fair due to how understaffed and busy it gets but then why is it a feature? Food is fairly consistent but never really goes above the standard you would expect from the chain, albiet it being a good standard. It's not an absolute requirement for the food to be hot but it seems to be a higher chance of it being stone cold & hard here than most branchs if bought outside of peak times. Branch 100% needs improvement and more attention. They have a steady flow of customers and have been open for years, surely it would cover the flow of hiring extra staff and improving the morale of the ones already there? All you need to do is look a few doors down at pound bakery where the staff are infinitely more friendly and don't look like they want to stick their head in one of the ovens.

Vegan sausage rolls are to die for! The good news is no animals died for these vegan sausage rolls.

Greedily overpriced now. Greggs used to be good value but the prices are now based on nothing but pure greed.

The new staff don't know how to serve customers that have ordered through the app so they're left standing there waiting(they order and have places to be), the sausagedrolls are cold and sometimes more than often burnt, though I'd happily give this place 5 star if the old staff worked there they were tight af best ever

Mmm spectacular as always, as I visit here most often with my client as he likes the Savoury and a cuppa, as for me I like the pizza bread and a coffee mmm coffee my go juice. The staff are always very happy and helpful

Great place busy but really fast service

It's ok here, but they need to be more prepared for lunch as they always run out if they have a que.

Came in here to buy few pastries and a sandwich. Young small woman served me. No good morning or smile. She did not hear me asking for more pasties and said what instead of sorry. Found her rude and not fit to be serving customers with this attitude.

Clean and tidy and well stocked. Although a queue it was kept moving. Staff welcoming and hard working. Products varied and restocked as fast as they could. Brilliant service.

Usual Greg's, all good stuff. Amazing value. Bacon 🥓 sausage and egg 🥚 barm with coffee £2.50 can't go wrong. Not the best quality breakfast barm but £2.50 these days your doing alright to get a coffee for that price.

The woman serving me sneezed and didn't cover it. Like at all. Twice. No mask, no elbow sneeze. Just...sneeze, right over the food. Aaand again. Also pretty sure the morning sausage rolls are yesterday sausage rolls cause they're always cold and stiff

The pasties are nice when they're warm but if you go mid to late afternoon this is very rarely the case. I get come 4pm they've been sat there for a while but they rarely should have a way to keep them warm.

Rude staff. Very slow serving people. Asked for something on their menu which they argued they don't do. Why advertise it then?

Great bakery, all food from here has always been just right. Prices are reasonable and suit all budgets. Staff are friendly. Hope to get back in store after lockdown for the Christmas range.

There is a massive queue and there is only one person working. Some products are not baked properly. The vanilla slice is out of stock at noon time. Unacceptable.

Good variety of pastries , salads ,sandwiches and cakes . Slightly more expensive than pound bakery but you do get what you pay for . Only criticism is when its busy and you are a wheelchair user it's not ideal at the tills when paying .

The veggie steak bake is amazing, so plant based amazingness.

The queue is always really long, which is bad when your in a rush. However the food is great, I highly recommend it as it is a reasonable price!

I call in now again for a bacon butty and coffee £2.50, all freshly made and yummy 😋. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and efficient, I sat in, this morning and enjoyed my breakfast. I could not help overhearing how the two ladies serving, greet each customer, they are so happy and cheerful, it makes such a difference. It can get quite busy, but nothing phases them, they just get on with it in such an efficient manner. Highly recommended.

Greggs don't do.pies why u don't know I'm sure they used to but the chicken bake is the nicest ive found but each to your own n clean n ok for a quick bite to eat if pasties N sausage rolls are your thing also offer drinks hot and cold and cold sandwiches and snacks like crisp n fruit also do meal deals and sometimes two for meals e.g. 1pou d for a pasty or two for 1.50

Typical Greggs. Good quality drinks and savouries. Usually visit in the late afternoon. Noticed flies buzzing around. Staff were not impolite, looked tired, but did their job well. Maybe a smile would have helped with making the experience better.

Bought a flat white at this branch of Greggs today. A little overpriced considering it came in a small cup but a lovely coffee nonetheless. Greggs also has a very good selections of biscuits, sandwiches and pastry which was great to see. The queue was small (not always typical of this Greggs store though) and the lady serving was nice and friendly!

It was a Saturday and as expected queues to the door. It was our first time in this Greggs and it was just the same as at home (Wolverhampton). Professional staff and good,fresh food. KEEP IT UP GREGG'S.

You can buy the pies sausage rolls pasties from icland nice to have in . The two for one deals are no longer available, but it is still one off the nicest bakery.

This is not a regular place I would visit but the smell of the cooked food coming from the shop made me stop and remind myself I was hungry. I bought a sandwich and sausage roll, both of which were good. They had a good selection of of hot and cold food. There are also a few places to sit and eat inside. A popular bakery!

Well let's just say I think I should have shares in the place, My daughter who is turning 2 next week will only eat greggs sandwiches and only out of greggs packets. It's the only place she will eat lunch from!!! She might be young but has great taste. The pasties here are definitely the best. Always lots of filling and very fresh. I always do enjoy all the sandwiches and there is a good choice. The staff have always smiled and been very pleasant.

The pasties are very tasty, fresh, good choise all ways available - you can not help popping in to sample one or two when in the area! Pity they don't do pies - I'm sure they would be great too :-(

absolutely adore this greggs they make the best tuna sandwiches that i have had from various bakeries. the desserts are amazing and the pasties and pies are divine. my favourable is the meat and potato pasty due to its delicious flavour and well made . pastry.
