Lovely place and friendly staff however, zero choice for vegetarians and when I asked them, they pointed me towards noodles and Broccoli and didn't seem to understand there were only sides, no main option at all. That was disappointing. That said, if you eat meat you're in luck. Really worth a visit.

It is great for a family gathering, I reserved a table in advance as there were 5 of us. You then order your drinks at the bar and go get your food from the buffet when ready, lots of choice and can go back for more of something different just keep your knife and fork. It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon so would suggest booking if more than 2/3 of you going.

I’ve been here several times over the past 10 years and food and drink has always been good. However my more recent the drinks tasted very funny and complained twice, the food wasn’t upto expectations. While the service has always been great and staff very attentive on my recent experience it’s a restaurant I won’t be going to again.

We have enjoyed a number of previous visits and have enjoyed the food very much. On paying the bill we were asked to pay cash - apparently the card reader was not working. This is the third time this has happened and we were asked for one of our group to find an ATM and return to pay with cash. We made it clear that we were not happy and after a while we were able to pay upstairs at the bar. Please let your customers know before they eat if cash payment is required.

Fantastic selection of food. Always being topped up with fresh food. Lots of desserts. Nice staff and decor.

Fairly reasonable n priced food not as much choice as some of the bigger places I’ve been to but overall for size n atmosphere was a nice experience and nice food

Went for my birthday meal and left after half hour , was made to feel uncomfortable swiping my plate before I’d even finished n had 3/4 staff just stood staring at us while eating , they started packing the food away half hour before the place even closed

Prawn fried rice was as fresh as a camels hump - nearly choked to death. Mondays rice freshly served on Saturday afternoon. Marvellous. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went for large family meal tonight. Having 3 people in the group with mobility issues we asked at booking how many steps. Was told 4/5 . Yeah that just the 1st lot of stairs They put us at the very top right at the back. Not a disabled or wheelchair friendly place. The waiter seeing to us seemed very rushed and annoyed at us for some reason The waitress we had was lovely. The food was hot and delicious and a huge variety to choose from They could maybe think about making it more disabled friendly

Went here for first time celebrating daughters birthday, amazing selection of food all delicious and hot, staff were always replenishing if anything got a bit low , cleared tables efficiently and were very polite and friendly.

** FOOD POISONING ** bad stomach ! Went here on Saturday with the mother for a treat . Haven’t been here in over a year . This place has hit rock bottom . Cold food ! Horrible chewy chicken . 20 minutes after being here I had to stop shopping and drive home, I was on the toilet for 45 minutes ! Mum the same - BE AWARE ! Ruined my evening and toilet .🤢🤮

Great selection of food, hot and fresh. Salt and pepper wings are delicious, as is the pork in soy and the pork in bbq sauce. Great satay chicken, they use Jimmy's satay sauce paste which is known to the best. Also, really nice banana fritter, super crispy batter and soft banana. Also, don't miss the whippy ice cream machine at the back!

I visited this place a couple of years ago with some friends and had a really good time I went again last night and was totally disappointed 😞 The food was cold, hard, chewy and all very much the same. We were sat up near the top in a freezing part of the restaurant when the temperature outside was minus two they had the air conditioning on, I had to sit in my coat also the floor was really greasy and I nearly slipped and there was no hot water in the toilets. I could barely eat 1 plate of food And at £21.50 was a total rip off. I will not go again and wouldn't recommend. Sorry no photos as my battery died.

Food was freezing tasted like it had been warmed up from last night.Staff coughing everywhere and the place is dirty! They make you reuse the same knife and fork!!! Avoid

Best Chinese restaurant Buffet iv been to, food great standard, service pleasant, Restaurant clean, go about 4 to 5 times a year, price is reasonable for the food they put out. I would recommend this Restaurant.

Catered for a party of around 40 and everything ran like clockwork. Superb service.

A very good buffet for all the family. Can do take away plates. The duck for shredded duck pancakes is some of the best you can get. I think I've been before and consumed nothing but duck pancakes. An amazing meal if you ask me. Facilities are great and usually very quick to get seated.

Lovely place to eat! One of my top choices when going out for a meal. The staff are always lovely, food is always on point, the decorations are amazing and overall I recommend!

Excellent choice of Chinese food the place was packed on a Wednesday evening that tells you a lot great value for money came out very full to bursting for just under £40 plus two drinks would definitely go again and recommend my wife and I loved it

At lunchtime, it is not too crowded. The service is excellent. The food was the right temperature, and there was a decent selection. The serving tongs were all a bit greasy so you may want to bring hand wipes. Very good value for money.

Well for what you to pay it certainly doesn't reflect of what you get..definitely not value for money anymore, they’re definitely getting greedy now. Was in yesterday with my 2 grandchildren, their choice not mine, but thought it might be better on the weekend. It’s terrible Don’t bother. The Selection now is next to non. They Even took the fish off now. Half of the buffet is shut down , but the prices went up. No pancake options, and what kind of Chinese place don’t offer chopsticks as an option? The toilets are a disgrace, cubicle doesn’t lock, no hot water, hand dryer is broken. Not even a thank you kiss my ass or nothing at the till.

Well the most expensive slop I've tasted in a LONG time! spoons and plates still with the last person left overs on, the flooring around the buffet is like a slip and slide, spring rolls ... with just the roll nothing inside 🤮. I am pretty disappointed that we gave it another chance after the last visit where there where hairs and again food on the cutlery.

If I could give it no stars then I would the staff are extremely rude! Hygiene is an extreme issue! Foods cold meat is chewy! Spent a fortune here for a birthday meal and extremely disappointed! Staff argued with me about paying an adult price for a child! Barely ate a thing! And they charged us extra! As they said there prices has changed but hasn’t been updated online Do not recommend don’t waste your money! Order from your local Chinese! Cheaper and better quality food!

Very busy, but the food is nice so that is to be expected. Pricing is spot on not cheap but not extortionate.

Very pleased with the food and options available. Although one of our party felt that one of the waiters smelt a but funny. Really friendly service and we all enjoyed our experience. I would recommend and will likely come back again.

Food is always quality, and a good choice. Condiments such as mayonnaise and ketchup are available! It's always clean, and the food is always fresh. Certainly never less than a 5 star experience.

Book first as it gets busy at a weekend especially.Nice grub and service is good.The staff are nice but they don't understand a word so you will need to use your hands if you need something for example I needed the loo but couldnt find it so i smiled and held my hand over my nob and then they pointed me over to it. Love this all you can eat, I got through phases of going quite a lot to this place, lots of choice, always fresh, better to go a little bit later when they have the sushi and duck out.

I have used this restaurant for years and have always been happy. However, after todays experience I must admit my view has changed. The starters were bland, the choice of food was very limited (both main courses and desserts) and the price for what you get is not longer good. I will go again, because everyone can have a bad day, but if things don't improve I won't use after that

Brilliant food, plenty to chose from including deserts. Never a tray empty as chefs kept it topped up, no meat was over cooked. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends

Way to hottt no air con uncomfortable to eat

My son and I visited today for the first time. The place looked clean and tidy, and it was really quite busy at 1.30. We were seated immediately which was good and our drink order was taken. We had a coke and a water which seemed to take quite a while. We were not then asked if we wanted anymore drinks, and it took a while to get the attention of staff to request more drinks, which again seemed to take a while to arrive. There was plenty of options for food. The food was hot, tasty and well presented. Good variety of dishes including chips, chicken nuggets, sausages etc for fussy eaters. Good selection of fruit, ice cream and apple crumble for dessert. We enjoyed, and will visit again. Thank you 😊

Do not ever go to this restaurant I had the worst experience very rude staff and not very good hygiene..

I visited for a buffet lunch. 3pm deadline which they enforce rigidly. Food was very tired at 2.40 pm but hey how, give it a go. I hadn't eaten anything else that day and an hour after the meal my stomach was turning somersaults. I suffered a very dramatic ejection of my lunch. I will not be going back, but I recommend an inspection by the Environmental Health Department.

Always make an effort to go once a month from Manchester. Top food and friendly staff and the prices are brilliant.

The place has gone down hill several light fittings flashing which give me a headache have mentioned it but nothing done and noticed mound over the windows If this is the front off house what’s the kitchen like not going back

Some items weren't quite as hot as I'd have liked, but overall it was a great experience. 5 adults and 1 child Inc drinks was £107 which was a fair price for the quality, quantity and variety of food on offer. As it was Sunday we parked in the nearby Shopping Centre car park for free.

I will never eat here again. Thought we'd give it a go after the refurbishment and after the ratings went up. I've not been this ill for a long time. The food was tasteless and swimming in grease. I've got to go the doctors because I've been quite ill for 3 days since I ate there. I know it's from there as I haven't eaten since. Absolutely disgusting.

We went as a family of 4. My daughter is over 10yrs so counted as an adult. Sunday buffet is 18.95 and kid is 10.95. i should say the food was good we loved every single item, Food counters were maintained tidy. Need a little help with deserts as guests made the apple crumble a minced one. Drawback: cutlery seemed very old be it plates, soup cups, spoons etc.,

Visit here regularly. Always welcoming and friendly. There is a good variety of Asian food in this buffet restaurant, however I feel there could be more of a selection of foods to choose from at times. No complaints with the food.

Walked in, had a table within minutes and went to select our food minutes later. No waiting for your food to cooked, just help yourself till you burst. The food was amazing. You can try everything by selecting tiny amounts to see what you like then go back for what tickled your tastbuds. Lots of fruit, icecream and whippy icream with marshmellows and sauces tocomokete your dish. There was a hot choice of apple crumble and custard too? Or get a bowl of grapes, kiwi, melon etc. Ile definitely be going back. Food was very much average. We noticed hair in one of the food trays. The floor for some reason was incredibly slippery. Got our drinks order wrong, and it was not only us, the table next to us also got the wrong drinks. Service was poor and ugly interior.

Myself and my daughter visited here last night and was hoping this would be our go to place to spend quality time considering the one in our town had closed. However after the service in here last night I will not be returning. The man at the entrance was extremely welcoming which made us at ease as we were apprehensive about trying out a new place however after that is where the hospitality went downhill. The two staff members, a youngish man and a lady with glasses that were up the stairs "waiting on tables" (I use that term losely) were absolutely rude and were not at all helpful. I make allowances for being busy however being ignored after asking for a drink and trying to get their attention, leaving plates and glasses on the table, despite visiting neighbouring tables for over 45 minutes left us feeling very deflated and peeved to say the least. The food was good but coupled with the dining experience it was overshadowed. After an hour and a an half in this place we were leaving and only then did this warrant some kind of attention. disappointed to say the least.

Over priced all you can eat buffet. We ordered drinks at the bar, 3 pepsi's and 2 waters they insisted on bringing the drinks over. We got 2 pepsi's and 2 tangos and after 3 different waiters kept trying to pass them over when we had a receipt to prove they was not what we ordered. After 20 mins back and forth with the same conversation they finally got our drinks right. The food is average, expected more choice, for £19,95. Drinks cost £3.90 for a pepsi. Desserts was a let down, cheese cakes did not take like cheesecakes and had a funny smell. Won't be back in a hurry.

Food was poor no seasoning, bland lukewarm, service was ok. You could smell the grease in the air and feel it on the floor it was so slick. For the price for 6 of us we could have ordered a Chinese three times over and still had change. I will not be recommending this to any of my friends

It's typical Chinese food that you would expect from a takeaway. Prices seem reasonable and the choice of food is diverse. Dessert is not bad with Banana fritter balls, ice creams with marshmallows, sauces and fruit and jelly.

Treat yourself. Always great service and food.

The food was lovely but the staff are very rude. I have a new born and the toilets/ baby changing are extremely dirty I tried to explain this to the staff as I had to change my new born on this and when I wiped it the wipe turned black all the staff could do is laugh in my face very bad experience and I am not happy and did nothing with my feedback/ complaint. As well they have no ramp for a wheelchair or a baby buggy have to take up the stairs.
