An excellent Pizza Hut. Good choice of food and drink and really good service.

food was nice but found a random hard piece of plastic on my pizza which was disappointing to say the least.

No surprises, you know what you are getting, but the staff often makes a place and they really are great here

Went in for a quick lunch. Had the buffet, it was pretty good. Very efficient service with online ordering.

Staff are superb , again another business not accepting cash ( card only ) reflected on place being empty .used to love going here. Shame

The buffet was great for a quick meal with our 2 year old. The welcome was good and staff very nice. We will come back.

Ease of ordering from my phone, good variety of food on menu, quality of the food was excellent, arrived hot after a short wait time, lovely fresh ingredients, would like them to bring back bread sticks and pineapple to the salad bar

The staff were polite and clearly happy to help. As we went in for the buffet we knew what we were having and were able to get served very quickly.

Midweek buffet. Food was lovely and fresh. Good service in replenishing the pizzas, which was done regularly and quickly. Salad bar and ice cream area all well stocked. Maked down on atmosphere as the in-store music was really loud. Other than that, no problems. The buffet is of course good value, would recommend to any pizza lovers! The Fajita Chicken Pizza was my favourite! Ample free parking on site for up to a 4 hour stay.

New pizza base is awful made pizza soggy

We had a fantastic relaxing time at Pizza Hut Winnick Warrington. The food was great. We were served by Leo, who did a brilliant job he made us feel very welcome because of his excellent manner and friendly chat.

Had the buffet however nothing was filled up 20pp and left hungry

Parking, easily seated, not busy, staff attentive, service was quick.... No tip as we had to do everything but cook the pizza itself

Would give it a 0/10 if I could. Ordered a takeaway and it was inedible.

There's not much wrong with this place at all. Lovely staff, good pizza, GF options that I don't have to go out of my way and ask for a special menu for! Fast service too.

Food and service were nice,just the kids running up and down the seats next to us that spoilt it.

Salad bar was dry and disgusting pizza was OK garlic bread was way to greasy definitely not worth the price we paid 15.99 each and we ate 4 slices of pizza and had 2 drinks staff are super friendly and attentive just the food is not worth the price at all won't be returning

Took my granddaughter and 7 of her friends for her birthday. Food was good staff were great . All had a really good time .

Ordered a family deal for four, only cost £49.99. Good service and good food. Came for the salad bar, and just found the dessert was great too. Would come back again.

Having crayons with the activity book. This isn't always the case as other places. The decor worked well to locate the ice-cream factory.

Wouldn't have entertained this if we'd known it was cashless . Expensive for what it was at over £100 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Tired looking decor and the ladies loos were in need of a clean. Wont be back in a hurry

Staff are very friendly but could do with being a little more professional in the back near takeaway. I heard some choice words 👀 sometimes a little wait for food but overall it's a good place. The salad bar is lovely and fresh and pizzas are always tasty 👌🏻 - I do think the markings in the carpark need to be redone, can barely see it's disabled parking.

Just a little cold in the Restaurant, the pizzas were nice as usual, just scrimped a little on the toppings but understand the cost of the products. Overall a nice meal with the family

Amazing friendly service. After a busy day at dance comps we were all tired and hungry. A nearby restaurant by our hotel stopped serving at 8.50pm so we needed to get the kids food. Called and a lovely lady said they were open. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young gentleman I can’t remember his name. But he got us seated and drinks sorted. He was so friendly and very helpful. Food came quickly and was amazing. Just what we needed. Thank you.

Absolutely abismal. This place must be on its way to closure. When you go in you are forced to scan a QR code, set up an account just to place your order. Then we discovered it's £40 for 2 individual pizzas. They accept card only that has to be paid through a QR code once you have sent 10 minutes logging in setting up an online account. Everything you don't want when you are trying to relax having a meal out.

Consistent with what you would expect from a Pizza Hut. Very polite and child friendly staff here.

Order was never delivered and could not get another delivery even though I paid for it

Everything went very nicely, the service was nice and decently quick, the person that was our servicer was very nice and helpful, so I'll say that everything worked quite well.

Went quite late with some friends so potentially the reasoning behind some of the issues. It’s a Pizza Hut so you know what you’re getting. Even though it was dead it seemed a bit strange that the staff made us use the QR codes to order. Food was as you’d expect , the soda mixer was a game of “this drink tastes like 3 flavours”. We all seemed to have bad stomachs the next day too - the salad bar (lettuce) had definitely seen better days!

Unfortunately the two portions of chicken wings were inedible due to a heavy coating of I assume chilli seeds. So they went in the bin. Also the same chilli seeds were found on both pizzas. But these to some degree were not too bad. Now we always have the same order but tonight the order differed due to the chilli seed situation. Pizza night is a treat for us and tonight it was not such a treat.

Now, everyone is using the app. There is limited interaction with staff. So service is beginning to suffer. Food still good value for money

Tasty pizza and the salad was fresh. Customer service was friendly and never walked by without checking on us. Made sure our area was clean when we were seated. Children screaming uncontrollably and running a muc was the only downside but not a lot they could of done... More crayons and books? Idk but us 4 enjoyed it.

Super clean, excellent service, good food and served quickly, really enjoyable vist. Only went down hill a bit when parents came in with thier noisy kids :-).

This is restaurant is clean and lots of space in to sit down. The salad bar can be a bit 'hit and miss' in terms of freshness but the staff try their best to freshnen it up when it's looking a bit tired.

HAIR IN FOOD! I came here with my partner on a Thursday early evening 5PM. Only 1 table that was occupied and the staff gave us a choice of seating. We ordered our food from the app, the glasses came over and 1 of them was rotten, so I took it back over to the bar area and asked for a replacement to which the lady said “just help yourself to some behind the bar” So I reached over to grab another, that was dirty and another. That was dirty too. I found one which was clean and sat back down. I got some Nacho crisps, jalapeños and potato salad from the salad bar. I was half way ish through eating it and was met with a hair (see pictures) Our pizza came out and there was some sort of bubbling looked like dish soap around both pizzas, not to sure what it was or why food would look like that but it was alright. The chips were bland and I could taste the oil they’d been cooked in really strongly. A bit of a let down really Just for clarity this is a dark hair, me and my partner both have light blonde hair.

The delivery time kept getting later and later. Rang the restaurant and they said it’s the driver who is late, food had been waiting 15mins… when the food finally arrived it was Cold.

The food was really nice and so was the overall experience. It was really clean, the staff were friendly and we had no issues. We would definitely go back.

The staff are great the food is great top tier pizza, however geared more towards families, would visit again

Very good lunch deal for flatbread, price and quality of flatbread. Included drink and salad. Staff very friendly made a difference to my solo visit.

very busy on a Saturday afternoon as a special Pizza buffet deal till 3pm,which is good value,you order from your mobile from the table,which lucky enough my daughter knew how to do,as I wouldn't have,but you help yourself to all you can eat from the buffet,and from how busy it was,it's very popular,and pizza's where tasty,and didn't have to wait long to be seated.

Was stood waiting a while to be seated, the “sharing” pizza was definitely not enough to share, good job we ordered sides too. Staff were mopping and cleaning around our table while we were eating. Staff seemed quite blunt, customer service could do with improving.

Tried to do a phone order for delivery, but they informed me they don't take cash at the door- so i was unable pay as my card is not currently working . Very disapointing when you cant pay with legal tender !

Pizzas were cold and hard to eat, it was almost stale like very chewy. Spent nearly £50 and very disappointed with the food.

everything is more self service feeling now and less personal. we were planning on getting the lunch time buffet but all the pizza looked like they had been there a long time.

I ordered through the app at 13:13. Delivery didn’t arrive until 14:36 which is ridiculous as estimated arrival was supposed to be 30 minutes and this could have been updated on the site before the order was out through. Food was freezing when it arrived and had to be reheated which made the everything taste terrible. £65 down the drain for what should have been a Christmas treat

Pizza tasted amazing here, I generally order hot and spicy veg. There is a combo of your choice which you can make with a drink and a or two side dishes. This always comes with some discounts and drink can opt for bottomless so that you can refill ( I’m sure most of the Pizza Hut locations had that offer). With pizza, free salads can be picked of your choice (make your own salad). Service was very nice and staffs were very polite.

Delivery driver was a great help I made a mistake of ordering to the wrong address and has delivered it to me at the correct address.

The afternoon buffet is well worth it !! And it runs until 3pm It’s £15.99 per person all in meaning unlimited salad bar , pizza , pasta , refillable drink and the ice cream factory Staff are great too!! To give you the heads up it’s all via a QR code and pay by card too

Completely wrong order received. Driver said contact store, store said contact just eat phone number, phone number automated and says do in the app. Staff member joe wasn’t bothered one bit. Shame as normally enjoy Pizza Hut as a treat.

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a pizza hut. Online ordering straight to table was quick and easy. Deep pan kids pizza was disappointingly small for a 7 year old who would normally polish off a 12" pizza on his own.
