Food arrived lukewarm to cold and the seal on the cookie dough was broken. Halloumi fries were tiny and only got 5 for the high price.

Forgot the Pepsi from the order and the food was bland

Good food and atmosphere, prices not bad but was told its online order only we struggled for 15 mins to do when few others had.order taken at the table

Come here with my family as a treat once a month and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and make sure to give my daughter her crayons and activity sheet. They are super quick and we never have dirty plates on the table for long and never feel rushed.

ordered cheesy fries but only received regular fries that were lukewarm

food later than advised and was stone cold. there is also practically no cheese or toppings on the pizzas. for the price it's very poor

Why they don't let you have vegan cheese on a vegetarian pizza is beyond me

Pizza's 🍕 were just okay but wasn't tasty and delicious and delivery time was very poor and delivered at 19:12 instead of 18:30.

Worst food I've ever had and the staff had a bad vibe. The donuts were burned, the chicken was undercooked and the onion rings could've been in longer. The sharer was 50 quid and tbh I wouldn't have paid 35. Honestly just spend your money somewhere better.

Plenty of choice of pizza and salad, pasta was naff. Good service All in all good experience would go again.

While the ice cream from the ice cream factory first made and melted in 10 second and everything came really late but the pizza did taste great.

Our pizzas look like they’ve been kicked around the street then put in the box. Absolutely shocking! There isn’t even any toppings on them there that much of a mess

Ease of ordering from my phone, good variety of food on menu, quality of the food was excellent, arrived hot after a short wait time, lovely fresh ingredients, would like them to bring back bread sticks and pineapple to the salad bar

The staff were polite and clearly happy to help. As we went in for the buffet we knew what we were having and were able to get served very quickly.

Midweek buffet. Food was lovely and fresh. Good service in replenishing the pizzas, which was done regularly and quickly. Salad bar and ice cream area all well stocked. Maked down on atmosphere as the in-store music was really loud. Other than that, no problems. The buffet is of course good value, would recommend to any pizza lovers! The Fajita Chicken Pizza was my favourite! Ample free parking on site for up to a 4 hour stay.

We had a fantastic relaxing time at Pizza Hut Winnick Warrington. The food was great. We were served by Leo, who did a brilliant job he made us feel very welcome because of his excellent manner and friendly chat.

Just unbelievable why take boxes of hot food out of the delivery bags when it’s atrocious weather food was saturated already paid for

Had the buffet however nothing was filled up 20pp and left hungry

Waited for 2 hours for my food then ended up driving to the restaurant myself to collect after the delivery time just kept getting later and later. Picked up my food which must of been sat waiting for a driver for a long time as it was cold and stale

Parking, easily seated, not busy, staff attentive, service was quick.... No tip as we had to do everything but cook the pizza itself

Arrived 45 minutes late, and pizzas were on wronge base , submit a complaint and was asked for photo. Who takes a photo when one is hungry and been waiting ages for it to arrive. It was for our Daughter's Birthday, so we were very disappointed.

Food and service were nice,just the kids running up and down the seats next to us that spoilt it.

Ordered a family deal for four, only cost £49.99. Good service and good food. Came for the salad bar, and just found the dessert was great too. Would come back again.

Having crayons with the activity book. This isn't always the case as other places. The decor worked well to locate the ice-cream factory.

Wouldn't have entertained this if we'd known it was cashless . Expensive for what it was at over £100 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Tired looking decor and the ladies loos were in need of a clean. Wont be back in a hurry

Staff are very friendly but could do with being a little more professional in the back near takeaway. I heard some choice words 👀 sometimes a little wait for food but overall it's a good place. The salad bar is lovely and fresh and pizzas are always tasty 👌🏻 - I do think the markings in the carpark need to be redone, can barely see it's disabled parking.

Just a little cold in the Restaurant, the pizzas were nice as usual, just scrimped a little on the toppings but understand the cost of the products. Overall a nice meal with the family

Amazing friendly service. After a busy day at dance comps we were all tired and hungry. A nearby restaurant by our hotel stopped serving at 8.50pm so we needed to get the kids food. Called and a lovely lady said they were open. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young gentleman I can’t remember his name. But he got us seated and drinks sorted. He was so friendly and very helpful. Food came quickly and was amazing. Just what we needed. Thank you.

Absolutely abismal. This place must be on its way to closure. When you go in you are forced to scan a QR code, set up an account just to place your order. Then we discovered it's £40 for 2 individual pizzas. They accept card only that has to be paid through a QR code once you have sent 10 minutes logging in setting up an online account. Everything you don't want when you are trying to relax having a meal out.

Consistent with what you would expect from a Pizza Hut. Very polite and child friendly staff here.

Order was never delivered and could not get another delivery even though I paid for it

Everything went very nicely, the service was nice and decently quick, the person that was our servicer was very nice and helpful, so I'll say that everything worked quite well.

Went quite late with some friends so potentially the reasoning behind some of the issues. It’s a Pizza Hut so you know what you’re getting. Even though it was dead it seemed a bit strange that the staff made us use the QR codes to order. Food was as you’d expect , the soda mixer was a game of “this drink tastes like 3 flavours”. We all seemed to have bad stomachs the next day too - the salad bar (lettuce) had definitely seen better days!

Unfortunately the two portions of chicken wings were inedible due to a heavy coating of I assume chilli seeds. So they went in the bin. Also the same chilli seeds were found on both pizzas. But these to some degree were not too bad. Now we always have the same order but tonight the order differed due to the chilli seed situation. Pizza night is a treat for us and tonight it was not such a treat.

Now, everyone is using the app. There is limited interaction with staff. So service is beginning to suffer. Food still good value for money

Tasty pizza and the salad was fresh. Customer service was friendly and never walked by without checking on us. Made sure our area was clean when we were seated. Children screaming uncontrollably and running a muc was the only downside but not a lot they could of done... More crayons and books? Idk but us 4 enjoyed it.

Super clean, excellent service, good food and served quickly, really enjoyable vist. Only went down hill a bit when parents came in with thier noisy kids :-).

This is restaurant is clean and lots of space in to sit down. The salad bar can be a bit 'hit and miss' in terms of freshness but the staff try their best to freshnen it up when it's looking a bit tired.

HAIR IN FOOD! I came here with my partner on a Thursday early evening 5PM. Only 1 table that was occupied and the staff gave us a choice of seating. We ordered our food from the app, the glasses came over and 1 of them was rotten, so I took it back over to the bar area and asked for a replacement to which the lady said “just help yourself to some behind the bar” So I reached over to grab another, that was dirty and another. That was dirty too. I found one which was clean and sat back down. I got some Nacho crisps, jalapeños and potato salad from the salad bar. I was half way ish through eating it and was met with a hair (see pictures) Our pizza came out and there was some sort of bubbling looked like dish soap around both pizzas, not to sure what it was or why food would look like that but it was alright. The chips were bland and I could taste the oil they’d been cooked in really strongly. A bit of a let down really Just for clarity this is a dark hair, me and my partner both have light blonde hair.

The delivery time kept getting later and later. Rang the restaurant and they said it’s the driver who is late, food had been waiting 15mins… when the food finally arrived it was Cold.

The food was really nice and so was the overall experience. It was really clean, the staff were friendly and we had no issues. We would definitely go back.

very busy on a Saturday afternoon as a special Pizza buffet deal till 3pm,which is good value,you order from your mobile from the table,which lucky enough my daughter knew how to do,as I wouldn't have,but you help yourself to all you can eat from the buffet,and from how busy it was,it's very popular,and pizza's where tasty,and didn't have to wait long to be seated.
