Always good value with options for two pies, pasties or sausage rolls for a quid, and just as tasty as the more expensive fodder at Greggs. Staff however seem to expect you to know what you want to order as you get to the till without giving you time to see the choices available. There are often too many other customers between you and the goods on offer, with many pies and pasties right in front of the service area so you don't see them until you are right in the payment area. Very impatient tone.
Came in 5 mins before close, after walking down from the hospital as I was meeting my wife there and was unaware what time they closed. Zane served me with a professional attitude and a smile on his face like it was the middle of the day and he wasn’t about to close. Great worker you have there, value him!

Stopped by as we were shopping today with our young son and cannot rate the quality of the food highly enough. We lived in South East Asia for a number of years and this food certainly lived up to what we were missing. The beef rendang had so much flavour and the banana balls were a lovely way to finish it off (think deep fried banana bread for those new to Malay food). Absolutely recommend
I had never heard of this place before, but decided I wanted a change so gave it a go.
Me and my partner both ordered pizza, chips and some other bits.
The food came really fast and the delivery driver was excellent enough to not call me (before they have even arrived) and instead parked, got out of their car, rang my flat door and delivered to me then and there. MASSIVE plus, because waiting outside in the rain not knowing which car I'm supposed to be waving down is insanity.
The pizza was a good change from the usual pizza available in Preston and we both really enjoyed it. It's similar to standard Italian style pizza honestly.
Have to credit the pricing too, way cheaper than most places, especially as the food was great. Highly recommend, will be ordering again soon!
I ordered a buffet for 17 people to be delivered to my place of work, they arrived on time and the food was plentiful and delicious and a t a very reasonable price.
Very happy with service and taste.
Thank you.
So to start I have to say the customer service at this place is beyond a joke. The employees are rude, unhelpful, arrogant and lack any sort of pride in their work or customer satisfaction.
These people carry your brand, are subway not ashamed to have staff like this representing them?
It's even more disappointing as a majority of your customers like myself are relatives of people at the hospital and could probably do with some compassionate service at the time.
I visited today 24.05.25 at around 1.30pm. I entered the restaurant and asked what deals and offers they had today. A blonde haired girl replied "none" I said you don't have any deals at all she looked at me as though I had farted and said "NO!" so I looked at the board and there in full view was a subway saver deal. I asked "isn't that a deal" and she replied "oh" scowled and turned away.
I said "forget it" and left.
So clearly the customer service as u can imagine was lacking to say the least but upon curiously looking over your reviews it seems this girl is mentioned in a few and has been upsetting people for a while.
Although not in a position to tell you but maybe as a suggestion this girl needs some fast customer service retraining as a matter of urgency.
Usually I would say I won't return as I bet many have, but I'm going to. Just to see if she has been reprimanded and her representation of subway staff and business as a whole has improved or not.

Absolutely belting food. All vegetarian in case that appeals or bothers you! Great value. It was busy when we went but we managed to get a table without much fuss.
My dosa was a bit limp which made me sad, but the flavours were all very good! My partner had the king thali and that was mega. Great variety!
Mango lassis were delicious.
An absolute hit 🤌🏻
Food was delicious, service was great, just the right timing on everything. We will be back for more, menu was very refreshing. Quite fancy trying the tapas night so can taste much more. Thank you.
This is the best Indian restaurant that I have eaten in. I have lived all over the UK and abroad (London, Leicester, Manchester, Oxford, Cambridge, Canterbury, Amsterdam, Utrecht etc etc) and this curry house here, hidden away in a suburb of Preston called Fulwood goes well beyond any Indian that I visited. I've been coming here for around 6 weeks while my mum has been in the Royal Preston hospital across the road, and it has always been wonderful. The food is always fresh, hot and bursting with flavour and depth. Service is always friendly and the atmosphere nice and chilled out. The pricing is just about on par with other places that I have eaten at. I would make a special journey to eat at this place any time. They also do take outs if you prefer to eat at home. 1000% recommended. The chefs here must be exemplary. Thank you for making my visits to the hospital so much better.
