Restaurant attached to premier Inn central Preston. Friendly and helpful staff. The food is reasonably priced and Cooked to a good standard. Had garlic bread and surf & turf. The steak was cooked perfectly. The garlic bread was fantastic but huge, definitely one to share!

Great breakfast (I opted for continental) with a lovely selection. The best asset of the restaurant are by far the staff. The chef said hello with a beaming smile and Sue, the waitress was exceptionally warm and friendly - such a welcome change to some places. Thank you all for a very pleasant breakfast experience - I’ll be back when I’m next in the area!

We ate at this resturant last Saturday and Sunday.The service was excellent and meals are of good quality.good selection of food on their menu.

The restaurant in the Premier Inn has a dinner menu with a very good choice of dishes to suit every taste and prices are reasonable. There is a good range of starters, grills and sweets. The service is good and the food comes quickly, well cooked and presented. The breakfast menu is equally good and, again, their is a wide choice of dishes - all freshly cooked.

This restaurant attached to the Premier Inn has great staff, especially Kevin and Stephen who are extremely friendly, helpful and hard-working. In fact all the staff are great, but these two stand out. Food is typical pub fayre but well-presented - range is a little limited but they don't pretend to be anything other than a pub restaurant.

Had the use of the restaurant for breakfast purposes and this was spot on and easily laid out for use. We also had an evening meal in here as we had had a late lunch and then did not want to bother going back out as we had wandered around the whole day and been to a few different places for drinks and food. There was a decent choice of food (all courses) and the staff were friendly, polite and explained the meal deal that we could have chosed. The food was hot and quite a large portion compared to in other Premier Inn restaurants. It was also nice and quiet which was just as we preferred it on that occasion. Will use the restaurant again on any future visit for easiness and to be able to relax.

Very enjoyable meal - relaxed and friendly service. Not a wide choice of food - especially when the same menu is offered the next night at another location, but good nonetheless. Great staff

We dined in the thyme restaurant last night with our grandson, and all three of us had different choices, and we're all delighted with quality and quantity. Service also very good. Happy hour drinks were a pleasant surprise. Excellent value

Booked the breakfast package during our recent stay at the Premier Inn. We were warned on arrival that breakfast can be busy so to try and avoid peak times. Nit sure what peak times are at breakfast but we went on the first morning at around 8am and it was very busy but the staff were very good. Food was ok but with so many guests the hot buffett emptied as soon as it was restocked. Toaster was very slow so caused a bottle neck. Plus side was the porridge was really good as were the poached eggs (special order)

Food was fine, but would have a liked a bit more choice. Good service and didn't have to wait too long.

Ate here on 17th October and had a really good experience. Well cooked food and a great price with 2 for 1 drinks from 6pm until 8pm. All staff we met were happy to see us and could not have done more to make our dining experience better.

All or most Premier Inns have a restaurant so the menu is standard throughout the UK. It offers a fairly limited range but on a good day if you want burger, steak or salads the food is fine, though not stunning.

Good food for my business travels, staff is fantastic and really look after their clients. I often eat at this restaurant as I stay at the hotel and the food is consistent and the staff is really fantastic. Cannot thank them enough for how well they look after me!!

Ate here on the meal deal as part of being a hotel guest. The staff were beyond good, and the food was delicious, lots of choice - 3 of us ate different things and all enjoyed it. Really couldn't ask for more.

Very good food and drink at a very good price. Look out for meal deals and 2 for 1 drinks. We did have a little longer to wait than we normally expect but that didnt spoil the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Set inside the Premier Inn, this is exactly what you get at every other one which has a bit in restaurant. The meal deal's good value, the food is OK, it's convenient and the staff are friendly.

Came here with friends and had a really good evening all the food was cooked just right as per our order by Stephen and Mido the chefs. Bar staff were equally attentive with Emma and Paulo giving of their best as always.
