The best restaurants in Whitefield Pendle North West

I came across Slaters when looking at a map of the area. I've never been to this part of Nelson before, but having looked at their Facebook page and seeing their ice creams my mind was easily made up. We went just after 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon and had a regular vanilla ice cream cone and a large cookies and cream and battenburg ice cream cone (2 flavours on one cone). The flavours were amazing and we would definitely return to try more.

Been here a number of times, The sevice is great and The staff,are great, went for my brunch and cakes are delicious a very good place a great atmosphere

Our second visit & great food, once again. Mushroom rice was fragrant, garlic naans huge, onion bhajis fresh, chicken balti & prawn dansak both very tasty. This is great value food & our goto curry when we visit Burnley.

Good food, friendly service. I recommend the homemade pie... my daughter reccomends the quich... food for all tastes. Ty

Food was cold / not properly warm. Jacket potato not cooked properly, hard pieces inside. Pizza just about ok

By far the best Chinese Takeaway in the area! Even the simple things like the prawn crackers are so much better than anywhere else, they don't just use the same ones you get in most other Chinese Takeaways. Highly Recommended

Burger was half cooked, bun was cold, I literally puked up after eating it, would rather starve then go there it’s nasty

I ordered of just eat, half of a missing order. Food scabby and cold. Phoned to explain rudley got the phone put down in my face....to the guy who eventually answered and sorted the situation thank-you.

Best battered haddock we have had anywhere ever! Have probably eaten close to 1000 portions of battered fish over 50+yrs, and I can honestly say todays fish from Mother Hubbards in Nelson was the best ever 👍 Chips are a bit pale for our taste, but cooked through properly and are tasty enough. In particular dipped in the spicy curry sauce 😋

Needed somewhere for lunch while car in perrys found this cafe easy access as wife has a very large wheelchair the place was very clean staff very polite and went out of there way to help my disabled wife the food was hot and came quickly it was outstanding well recommended will return soon 10****
