What a hidden gem, Had the Lamb Karahi, naan and seekh kebabs. The naans were huge and freshly made, The karahi portion was large, more than enough for 2 people. The meat was tender and soft and nicely spiced. Kebabs were outstanding. Good portion and quality stuff. Very reasonably priced. The uncle behind the counter was very welcoming and his service was 10/10. definitely would go back when I come to Nelson.

Probably the best place for a curry in Nelson. Reasonably priced, good portions and made to your requirements, especially when you eat your curries mild. All in all it ticks all the boxes, well worth a try.

First of all ignore the fake reviews, this is by far the best curry house around. Dont listen to the sharon who lives down the street and says my chicken jalfrezi was dry and cold. Ask any Pakistani that lives in nelson and they will tell you adams is best for currys. Thinking of it now l might order myself a lamb karahi and daal. 😋

Consistency is key. Guy has been doing this for decades. Retired and.came.back again. So many good places come and go in months, but you can always rely upon this place no matter when.

The food here is good, the curries have a very authentic taste. I believe the owner and chef have been in the business for many years, which adds to the authenticity of the dishes.

I love the curries but this time they let me down, too spicy and chicken tasted raw which has led to food poisoning. The chapatis were also really hard

I am not a regular customer but whenever I go I've had no problems with the food as its been nice but this time the karahi ghosht didn't taste fresh and the naan was thick and I'm feeling sick since I ate it. It took a few hours for me to get better. Sorry but I won't be going there again.

Sometimes it's those small places with no fancy stuff that beat the Michelin star restaurants. This is one of them. Best place to eat in Nelson for a curry. My favourite is the chicken jalfrezi. Cant beat their dishes. 10/10

Good, not bad, better takeaway food

Waited 40 minutes when they said it would take 20. Barely bothered to even make it in that time frame. Oil everywhere in the box because it spilled. Wasnt even that good. Popadoms were stale aswell.

The curries from most asuan shops are far too spicy and greasy.

Amazing naan and chicken karaji however the lamb karahi even though it had amazing spices and flavour the meat was cooked so much it became too chewy.

Have been going Adam's for years now and to its predecessor Al Niamat from where the current owners moved. Never been disappointed with the food or service.

Excellent quality food, the whole family enjoyed. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Ordered some food tonight. Would not order mixed starter again, it was dry infact it was dyer. It's the customer services that was ridiculous. Asked for my order and was then told to hurry up twice. I said "excuse me, are you talking to me?" the man said "yes, i'm in the middle of another order". Well sorry, not my problem. Get someone else with better manners to answer your calls so rude. At the end of the day, i'm helping to pay your wage. Will not order again.

Excellent quality good sized portions superb value tried the rest won't go anywhere else now.

We had two pizzas. Not very good. They have used the cooked base for pizza and not enough cheese on it. Very bad taste, I wont recommend to anyone for pizza. Waste of time and money.

This is the best curry takeaway in Pendle possibly in the whole of Lancashire, prices are amazing too, been going here maybe 3 times a month for the last year or so and I have never been disappointed. I've just had a Chicken Rogan Josh and it is the BEST I've ever had!

Best place around by far for curries always fresh never disappointed and the staff are very friendly, prices are also very reasonable definitely recommend to anyone wanting a decent curry.

Guys been going years, he retired then started again. Good food, reasonably priced - one of the few places that attracts English and Asians patrons.

Really tasty food and amazing value. We had chicken tikka naans, saag gosht and chicken biryani - everything was delicious. There was just the right amount of salad (onions, cucumber and tomatoes) in the chicken naans, some places put way too much in but this was perfect!
