Food was vile, we thought we'd give this place a 2nd chance but food was worse than the last time! Ordered salt and pepper noodle box, a box of noodles arrived with cheap like frozen chicken strips in, (100% not fresh, all uniform in shape and size too) 1 spoon of soggy veg, probably frozen, none of it was fresh, would not order again!

Been wanting to try this place for a while and it did not disappoint, we got a banquet for two and it was amazing. The food and service here is deffo first class. The food is perfect and attention you get if amazing. I'd recommend this place always even work colleagues have been on my recommendation already..

Never gave what I asked for ,veg in everything I asked for plain rice no spring onions in the won ton soup came with and cabbage quite greasy fish

I don’t know if there is a new chef here but the food is getting worse. Just ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, fried rice and chips and I was absolutely shocked by it!! The chicken was so tough, completely inedible and the batter was soggy and not cooked on the inside. I used to love the crinkle cut chips that they have served for 30 years since they opened and now they have changed them, they were straight, greasy and cold. Fried rice was burnt. It all went in the bin and we had to order from somewhere else. The customer service matches the food, disgraceful. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star

Ordered via the app, as usual. I then travelled to the store to ensure that the pizzas are straight from the oven and hot when arriving back home. I entered the store shortly after placing my order and stood not being acknowledged in any way at all, no eye contact or greeting, for approximately 10 minutes. The staff seemed more preoccupied with sorting out the sticker printer which had ran out of stickers. My order was showing on the screen as “Ready” stayed in that status until it just dropped off the screen. A further wait and, eventually, two boxes were placed in front of me and I was then asked my name. This I can only assume was to confirm that the right person was picking up that order! One pizza was lukewarm and the other was actually hot when I got home, couldn’t bother with returning to the store to ask for two hot pizzas, so we made do! Rather disappointing as usually it’s a pleasant experience in store with hot food when arriving home.
