Domino's Pizza in Liverpool

Ordered via the app, as usual. I then travelled to the store to ensure that the pizzas are straight from the oven and hot when arriving back home. I entered the store shortly after placing my order and stood not being acknowledged in any way at all, no eye contact or greeting, for approximately 10 minutes. The staff seemed more preoccupied with sorting out the sticker printer which had ran out of stickers. My order was showing on the screen as “Ready” stayed in that status until it just dropped off the screen. A further wait and, eventually, two boxes were placed in front of me and I was then asked my name. This I can only assume was to confirm that the right person was picking up that order! One pizza was lukewarm and the other was actually hot when I got home, couldn’t bother with returning to the store to ask for two hot pizzas, so we made do! Rather disappointing as usually it’s a pleasant experience in store with hot food when arriving home.

Abysmal delivery the other night. The whole thing with Dominoes is supposed to be you know you are getting shafted for the price of the mediocre pizza, but it will arrive fast, hot and consistent. They seem to have binned that off now - it's exactly the same as ordering from Uber Eats. Pizza arrived 50 minutes later, stone cold, and had a weird chemical aftertaste (clearly not rinsing the equipment properly after cleaning it). They are not using exclusively dominoes employed delivery drivers anymore that will deliver direct to you - which completely undermines what they purport to offer. They are using uber/just eat drivers to deliver your pizza now. With how expensive things are these days for very small pleasures - It's just not worth it anymore. Vote with your wallet.

Our waitress was so miserable and took ages to get served. People didn't seem happy to work there, if they don't like tourists they shouldn't work in the industry

Pizzas have changed, much smaller in size and this week they where paper thin! Prices are going up but quality is going down.

Paid £20 for a pizza & garlic bread. The pizza came un cut (which takes 2 seconds for them to do) and the garlic bread had garlic and cheese on one slice…. The rest was literally just bread.

Domino's chicken wings are to die for... Always, always always taste exactly the same. You never get a bad Domino's. Ever... It's expensive, but well worth it.

Had to pick up, don't actually mind doing this as the staff are very helpful and always polite and courteous, makes for a pleasant experience, the carpark behind has recently been resurfaced which is a bonus, highly recommend,

Ordered x2 thin crust vegan pizzas, neither of them were thin but I wasn’t bothered. The one that was supposed to have vegan sausage and pepperoni had real meat in it, it looked nothing like the pictures. I rang and they sent me a replacement which took one hour. The pizzas were ok, but not great. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Worst pizza we've ever seen..23 quid for soggy carpet..rude delivery person too..absolutely disgusting, total rip off ,avoid atoll outs.

We left a pizza off the online order by mistake so they kindly prioritised our additional pizza so that we were not waiting too long. The cookies 🍪 are awesome.

Ordered two pizzas, waited an hour and a half. One of the pizzas dough was raw. Called to get another and get told ‘it will prob be over an hour coz we’re busy’ end of.

Best Pizza Shop in the manner nothing beats Domino's try BBQ base with Onion, Green Peppers, Tandoori Chicken, Pineapple with stuffed crust. It will be one of the best Pizza's you ever eaten.

Went in today18th june at 12 48 ordered two pizzas at £21.68. Never in my life have I ever come across a person who was so rude.No manners what so ever. Grunted and banged things round the whole time making my order .Not a pleasant experience. Spoilt my day.Asked him twice was he okay. No reply.shocking service

Is the most horrible pizza I have ever, send me pizza with out cheese and a lot off tomato sauce, basically you can make 3 pizzas with that sauce , I call them back and I explained i can’t eat because is not pizza ,is tomato sauce with pizza🧐and just said we can’t do anything sorry 🙁 never order again just put on the bin 18£

Cold , tasteless , was offered replacement but didn't want to wait another 20- 40 mins , Attitude of staff wasn't great asking me " well what you want me to do" how about listen and not be rude for 1 , second cook the pizza properly. delivery drivers always nice

I've ordered from this branch quite a few times, and I am always very pleased with the service and the food. Always delivered super quick and their staff are always smart, polite and efficient. Great service and great food!

Very disappointed normally dont have a problem when order from here but on this occasion we ordered pizza was overdone more pasta than topping, plus pizza was hard an cold did phone up an complain wasnt offered a refund or replacement as I'd throw the pizza in bin outside couldnt eat wast of £25 pound wont be ordering from here again .

Ordered online which apparently never went through yet my card was charged and when I called up just got told the money would go back on my card in the next 48 hours or so depending on who I bank with and I would need to re order and pay again No that’s just not acceptable I have already paid once !!! sort it on your end I wasn’t prepared to do it all again for my order not to go through on there system and be charged again fuming won’t be ordering online with them again then again I doubt I will ever get anything from them again !!! Shocking customer service

The pizzas are nice but the price is well over the odds. Very rarely go here simply because of the expense. You can literally eat out for the price of a pizza here

Quick delivery. Nice pizzas. Not too sound dramatic but this review has been a long time coming. Been a long time customer and it’s safe to say the portions of the potato wedges are a laughing stock each and every time. Pay £35+ for a takeaway for two people and each time these portion sizes are almost infuriating to look at - seeing this in writing makes me sound like a bit of a child. Hate to be rude but that’s the exact kind of person I’d imagine counjures up these portions. Hopefully next time I’m not paying an extortionate price for a pinch of potatoes I’d rather cook myself.

Ordered multiple times in the past, tried tonight and took over 45 minutes with the website at the end saying “order unsuccesful”. Called the bank, who said there were no issues and was Dominos problem, not mine. Telephoned West Derby Dominos and got put through to the manager, who was completley unhelpful, rude and said “there is nothing I can do, if any money was taken then you shall get it back in 5 days”. Tried ordering over the phone and manager was completely ignorant, said that I couldn’t apply codes over the phone and when I questioned her she said that “she couldn’t hear me”. Will definitely not be ordering again anytime soon...

So ordered a pizza ... You would think working in a pizza place it would be that easy but no.... first pizza came it was wrong rung up (sorry I did, got some guy who sounded like he couldn't even be arsed working there) 2nd pizza came (not in the time frame he said it would) it was disgusting by this time I wasn't even hungry anymore. I understand this company is a big part of the food industry therefore my negative review probably will not have an impact however just please note for the prices they charge and for the reception and quality you get you would expect a little more! Note to self --- stick to local small companies! Or don't order pizza and save the calories!!

Tried to order offer on line came into store and the order was more than online !!. Told sorry nothing they could do that's the price after showing them the online price

Picked up the pizza & it had parts missing & was horrible!

Ordered late and app told me it was on way and then delivered but they didn't bother turning up. Disgusted and never ordering from them again.

Terrible - regularly missing food Multiple times I've ordered and have something missing from my order like a drink or dip, which I'm then forced to wait an extra half hour for Recently I ordered and not only was part of my order missing, but completely forgotten about and not fixed Final straw. Will not be ordering from here again

I don't even do one star literally £31 for burnt food . Pizza that wasn't even cut properly and was just threw into the box it was delivered to Ronald McDonald house you would think some care would be taking in the food preparation so parents of very sick children could have something decent to eat and specially at them prices absolute disgraceful think management need to sort there staff situation out and the guy on the phone sounded like he needed more experience on communicating skills ..would not recommend this please at all .

My 'Domino's experience' ruined my date and we broke up because of your filthy, horrendous, date-ruining slop you call food. If you ask me all Domino's should bee burnt to the ground!

Always get poor service, 9/10 get the wrong food given and food cold whenever ordering for delivery. Gave up on this dominos and now have to drive all the way to Huyton instead.

This place is scam! First they tried to charge me £10 more and than as revenge they delivered wrong pizza! I will never order from them. Lets go to Papa Johns!!!
