Is it open or not to guests who are not staying in the hostel? Got a taxi to go there because it's open 24 hours. The guy said it's not.

Ordered a take out from kick ass burrito in Ellesmere Port , couldn’t be more disappointed if I tried, if I could give a minus zero star I would . Ordered a meal deal without beans , turned up with beans, dips was terrible , pudding was terrible . But that wasn’t the worst thing , my burrito bowl didn’t even turn up ( got a refund for the burrito bowl but doesn’t help when the other half has the have beans one toast . Such a waste of money and ruined date night. Will NEVER be ordering from them again worst food ever

Rubbish , more rubbish, order messed up and we were given even more rubbish. Made an excuse about breaking down on way. They arrived on bicycle. Pure rubbish!!!!!!!

Placed a lunchtime order with Just Eat, and on the tracker i saw the delivery driver pass my building twice before "losing signal" in a nearby industrial estate. I contacted just eat who did refund me but the absolute trash driver had marked my delivery as complete. Seriously? So chucking my order away in an industrial estate now constitutes "delivered" apparently. Wouldn't bother again.

Totalmente inaceptable, se entregó un burrito de carne en una caja vegana. Se presentó una queja con Uber Eats, se procesó un reembolso por la mitad del monto del pedido sin disculpas. Terrible servicio y pésimo servicio al cliente teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias.

Coffee is at £2.20 which is the normal price. Friendly staff, however NOT a good place if you are a student and want to study as the TV is on with sound.

Ordered via the app, as usual. I then travelled to the store to ensure that the pizzas are straight from the oven and hot when arriving back home. I entered the store shortly after placing my order and stood not being acknowledged in any way at all, no eye contact or greeting, for approximately 10 minutes. The staff seemed more preoccupied with sorting out the sticker printer which had ran out of stickers. My order was showing on the screen as “Ready” stayed in that status until it just dropped off the screen. A further wait and, eventually, two boxes were placed in front of me and I was then asked my name. This I can only assume was to confirm that the right person was picking up that order! One pizza was lukewarm and the other was actually hot when I got home, couldn’t bother with returning to the store to ask for two hot pizzas, so we made do! Rather disappointing as usually it’s a pleasant experience in store with hot food when arriving home.

20 Hardman StOwner is horrific and abusive, stole food from the customers and shouted swear words and my friends and I. Disgusting place, so dirty I’m not even sure what you get is real meat. If you’re after scran on a night out, go anywhere but here.
