Never gave what I asked for ,veg in everything I asked for plain rice no spring onions in the won ton soup came with and cabbage quite greasy fish

I was trying to order my meal with a foreign girl just then. She put the phone down on me when I was telling her my address because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Very rude indeed she is. I was getting fed up with repeating myself because she was constantly asking me to.

Under new management, really good food , highly recommended, enjoy all food I ordered

The food here is amazing, ordered online and countdown was 30mins. My partner went to collect and was still another 30 minutes. Rime orderd 18.57 Now it is 8.15. My partner just arrived home. We live 5 mins drive away. 3 weeks earlier. I was told be done in 30 minutes, arrive at chippy and not even made. I get it is very busy and the food is brilliant but service is poor. Gutred we will have to find new chippy.

Orderd from here before over the years an never had special freind rice with chowmain sauce on it ended up giving it to me dog even me dog turned her noise up on it normal chipys do proper special freind rice ,if wanted chowmain sauce on my meal I would of order chicken chowmain apparently theres is special they told me only 2 chipys in liverpool do it like that very strange wasnt after a refund just now lost my custom also chips were under cooked an greasy no taste must of ran out of salt , only thing that was ok was prawn crackers 18quid wasted .

love it! sui mai is freshly made, meals was lovely an flavourful, salt n pepper was great!

I love the food from here, but waiting 2hrs is a joke. Order from here a lot, spend 20/30 evertime never once have they evn given free praw crackers !! Even after waiting 1hr over delivery time!! Always late

Found this little gem a few months ago, spring rolls are the best around, nice hot food, only problem is not even a free drink or crackers when spending over £45-£50 Staff are lovley though

We have been going to The Beijing since 2000 and will always go the meals are fab ribs and Sui Mai the best.

Never answer phone. Even when in shop the woman laughs and says we're too busy so I'm not answering (despite wondering around doing nothing). Need to get a grip

Top scran this place hard to get through at times but well worth the wait , the food is a cut above any takeaway around especially the salt and pepper ribs 👌

Why are they taking orders if they can’t deliver within an hour.

Forgot prawn crackers so took it off bill on delivery. Chips not even cooked. Can’t even ring the chippy coz they blank ya. It’s fine if they’re busy, shouldn’t give a time if ya can’t meet it. Swerve it!

We Always get a meal from here it's really good food

Expected delivery time was 35 minutes until I paid for the meal and then it went to 80 minutes! If I knew it would be that long I’d have ordered else where or gone and picked one up from my local. Food was cold, tiny portions, wrong drinks. Not happy with the service, won’t be ordering again

Ordered the food at 7:20pm and the delivery time was 8:45pm. 8:45 passed and still no food. Went on the just eat app and it said my order is delayed as the shop was busy so won’t get delivered until 9:15. It gets to 9:15 and it says the food has been delivered and it hasn’t been. I was looking outside to see if the delivery was at a neighbours and nothing. I ended up driving down to the shop at 9:40 and collected the food myself. Absolute terrible services. Waited 2 hours for food and by the time I got it, it was cold. Don’t go on a food delivery app if you can’t cope with the demand. Will never order from here again.

We ordered two cans of cherry coke with are order that wasnt in the bag when it was delivered. Said they would bring them back... still waiting.

Usually spot on from here but tonight the food was 35 mins late (so 1 hour 35 from ordering) and obviously cold. No apology from the driver on arrival or the restaurant when I rang to ask where it was. Disappointing because it’s usually on time or early and piping hot

Ordered at 7.20 came at 9.15, that’s the only thing I could fault but the food was the best I’ve tasted in a long time.the salt and pepper chicken box!

Wrong food sent because they have two products (Salt & Pepper box for 2/Salt & Pepper Donner box for 2) with the same name. Sent Vermicelli instead of Chow Mein. Sent wrong drinks because what I ordered wasn't in stock. Food quality is excellent, just mostly not what I ordered.

Ordered at 8.00 pm rang at 9.30pm to be told drivers left with the order rang back at 10.30 to be told again the driver had left the driver turned up 10.40 with a cold greasy uncooked order and a portion of greasy batter claiming to be salt and pepper pork chops discusting service only decent thing about it was the driver couldnt be more sorry food is awful never order from there again vileeeeee

The service here is absolutely terrible. Not once have they ever got my order right and when I phone up and tell them that they have got my order wrong and if they could bring me the item that I ordered I'm waiting like 30-45 minutes, by time the food has come that I have ordered the rest of my meal is cold. Will not be ordering from here again absolutely disgusting service. Also don't get the fish from here my dad got it and it was under cooked and was just batter.

Ordered food almost 2 hours ago, said it would be with me by 18.05 now 18.50 still no sign of it.... Called the takeaway 12 times before they answered, said it's left but can't tell me how long just said it will be with you soon... We have been getting takeaways from here for over 15 years, not anymore waste of time and now nearly to late to eat

Worst service ever never go here never consider this place food order wrong then took hours of calling back and complaining to even get my refund for food that I never received if I could I would rate this zero stars

DON’T order from here delivery was an hour plus !!! 25 mins for collection then a further 20 mins !!! to wait half the food is warm as it’s been sat there you will be lucky and get one hot item but I will guarantee that something is missing absolutely no idea what their doing in there give this a miss surviving on an old reputation this place is a joke for the price of the food and the quality and quantity you get just a joke.

Unreal order from here near enough every weekend, salt and pepper boxes are something else 😏, deffo reccomend only fault is its a long wait for delivery but trust us its worth that long wait !

Wanted over 2 hours for delivery which is an absolute joke for a Monday phoned up twice and was told it was the next one out, chips where horrible and dry I was also given the wrongs cans with my order, food was just about warm, the man on the phone was a complete joke doesn’t even sound like he knows what’s goin on the muppet and he said he was the boss haha the young delivery driver apologised for the delay and explained why the food took so long but no excuses ( I know it’s not his fault) will be sticking with k tams from now on deffo

Best curry sauce! Food was delicious, staff very friendly and will be coming back again. New favourite chippy 👍🏼

Staff were friendly, food turned up after about 40 mins of being ordered. Food was really nice

to start the shop added 15 minutes to the order . order never arrived until 20 minutes after the given time. the food was cold. my order contained 2 pies which were cold and soggy the chips fish sausage and curry sauce where all cold too. I have never ordered from this shop before and I don't intend too again. to make matters worse this is my local chip shop about 3-4 minutes in a car from where I live .

Food arrived 45 minutes late after estimated delivery time. We had to phone to ask where the order was and when it did arrive the food was cold and so much of the order was missing. So bad.

Absolutely disgusting service if your hungry dont order from here you will be waiting 2hrs minimum

If you fancy a quick fix forget it, delivery is over an hour and a half at a minimum and never ever arrives when stated. My advice is order when your not hungry because you will be starving by the time it arrives. Only plus side it is pretty good food but service lets it down really badly and isn't the first time hence the review from a very hungry customer still waiting after 1hr 45 minutes!!!!!

Food took 2 hours to arrive when estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. Half of the food was missing and the food that did arrive was cold and unedible. After trying over 150 times to get through to the restaurant they still have not answered the phone. Left hungry, frustrated and still missing the other half of my order!!!!

absolutely disgusted with the food and service! spent just under £20 for it all to go in the bin! The order was wrong with items missing! when I called the shop to resolve it they did send the missing item 20 mins after original delivery which meant the other half of the meal was cold! part of my order was changed without informing me or asking if we would like a alternative as they didn't have what I'd ordered!!! would never order again from here and will be reporting

Our delivery was over an hr late. 1 meal was missing which they knew but left it to the delivery driver to tell us. Not on at all as i had 8 adults to feed and it was a £50 order. Why not send a replacement meal ???

When I finally got through to them girl attitude said over me every one has been waiting over an hour it be there soon with an attitude no apology man got phone ignore time just eat give will never be ready then turns up at 8pm ordered at 6.10pm chips were vile crispy spring rolls all soft and greasy everythink just greasy never again! Food was very good . I had sea bass fish tika ..Never had it before i would recomend it. It came with rice and some sort of soup or sauce in a bowl, it was very tasty

my food came two hours from ordering, they changed the delivery time by adding another half an hour on after I placed my order and it was late by another 20 minutes, tried phoning and the line was constantly engaged. When the food got here it was cold.

Our food took over an hour despite it being a Tuesday night, when you wouldn't expect it to be busy. The food wasn't very nice: way too much white pepper had been put into the soups and sauces, making them almost inedible, the spring rolls were limp and soggy and even the chips had a strange texture and taste. Wouldn't ever order again.

Shortly after ordering 25 mins was added on to the delivery time. I can live with that, but another 30 mins after that revised time the food hadn't arrived.

This was one of the best take always in liverpool. What's happened? Portions were small as in chips and Singapore vemachelli was dry and no content. I couldn't find a prawn, some char Sui the rest just noodles and flavouring. Chicken curry was nice, stedded beef in chilli too. The rest was ok but not of a standard from a few years ago. I was in the area with family and suggested this place as the food was always exceptional. I'll keep my mouth shut from now on.

Amazing! Everything i've had from here is lovely! Sometimes you can wait abit longer than usual but it is well worth the wait! Salt and pepper ribs, chicken wings, curry, satay the list is endless all amazing! Best takeaway around!

Food is lovely from the Beijing, delivery takes a good while but food is fab when it does arrive

Arrived just a couple of minutes late, however, the food was cold and the sauce was flavourless and watery the duck was rubbery and basically inedible. However, I do appreciate that it would have been a very busy time for the restaurant with the Grand National being on locally.

Nearly an hour late, so cold when it turned up.

App said food was delivered 30 mins before it arrived. When we unpacked it there was no hoi sin sauce for the duck and pancakes. My husband ended up going out to get some. Love the food but every order I have made has had something missing. It's not round the corner for me to go so have to rely on delivery.
