The best restaurants in Westgate Lancaster North West

Had a choice of breakfast items for the price of a small breakfast of £4.25. large or a pittstopper breakfast also available plus a wide variety menu

Had fish & chips with curry sauce was delicious & will definitely be going again 👍

The staff were absolutely fantastic, a young crew who were friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely come again so thank you to all the staff as they are a credit to your establishment ☺️

I don't know if you're under new management or have a new fryer... but the last few meals have been horrible... the chips never taste fresh, the muchrooms were overcooked and you forgot the garlic mayo... think I'll have a break from you

Like a lot of food outlets these days, the emphasis seems to be very much on orders received online, to the detriment of customers who actually take the time to turn up in person. The 'service' that I received was basic at best i.e make your selection, pay your money then prepare to be totally ignored for the next 15 minutes. Just a thought ... how different would it be if you were to only pay for your order when you actually received it? The food (when it finally arrived), was mediocre with the fish portion being on the small side for the price tag. Chips were ok but nothing to write home about. Fanciful packaging, which I'm sure adds significantly to the price, doesn't make up for poor value and impersonal service. This outlet could be so much better but it really needs to look hard at its front of house customer service in order to lift that experience.

Ordered through their website. Went to go collect my food and the security shutters were down and locked. Place closed. Went in the following day to ask for a new meal I paid for the day previous, said they couldn’t make me another one nor offer me a refund. ‘Manager’ apologised that the store was closed but there’s was nothing they could do and I needed to contact “orderYOYO” to get my refund. OrderYOYO said it’s nothing to do with them as I suspected. ‘Manager’ then decides to stick with the story that they were open, made the food and I just never collected. So I’ve been robbed £10 😂 Strange people
