items missing from one breakfast bun. one breakfast bun was ordered with no butter for allergies but came with butter on

the food was lovely and the coffee was needed this morning! my son thoroughly enjoyed his breakfast too 😋

drinks spilled all over the food food is all soggy

The delivery guy was friendly it was nice

1 star for delivery that i didnt want to give. But wouldnt summit without a star Took 1hr 10minutes to arrive. Absolutely shocking

Took forever to arrive & got 2 burnt, inedible pizzas! Bin!

it said it be with us in half hour took almost a hour and arrived stone cold

Most of the order was missing. Spent £20+ received about £3 worth of food. That plus the delivery fee being about £5 on top. I have ordered before and had the order cancelled without notice in the past but never something this bad. Can't get in touch with them either so have to use justeats refund process and hope they follow through.

Ordered pizza and drink meal deal, got the pizza slice but no drink. (Lucozade sport.)

Quick delivery. Products were really warm and fresh. Highly recommended.

Did not read the instructions on the delivery note and tried to deliver to wrong address. Had to call them up. Old when arrived and sandwich was absolutely flattened by my bottle of pop.

Food is always good here, but for some reason it took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive!

Excellent food delivered on time by a really courteous and friendly delivery driver. The chicken bake was nice and hot..and freshly baked. The food was well packed in good strong bags. Excellent!

There were wedges missing from the order.

You get no stars I’ve just come off a 12 hour night shift working in dementia care absolutely starving and needing sleep it’s now been over two hours and nothing app saying its been delivered, shop saying it’s still there waiting for a driver absolute joke ! Maybe message if you’re having problems to give your customers a heads up so they can choose to cancel and in my case get some sleep before another 12 hour shift tonight!!!!

Sadly all arrived cold, which made it almost inedible.

Food order was wrong there was sauce on the sausage baguette and the baguette and sausage roll tasted of smoke, like they had be prepared by a smoker who hadn’t washed their hands 😷 won’t be ordering again.

Excellent food as always from Greggs. Sandwiches are made fresh. Really efficient and quick to deliver. Friendly and helpful delivery driver. Excellent from start to finish. A great service. Highly recommend Greggs...consistently excellent.

Placed the order at 1.03pm and was advised it would be 20-40 minute delivery however I waited over an hour. When the food has arrived it is cold, I am very disappointed with the service.

Ordered bacon buns and pastie and 2 drinks took hour and a half to arrive and when I poured the drink in the cups it hadn’t even been mixed was full of powder at the bottom!!! Food was freezing cold

Even thou he almost delivered to wrong house luckily I was outside. Good delivery none the less

Orderd it for 9.45 and came at 10.50 the driver was at mcdonalds for a good 25 minutes and driven around morecambe for about 10 minutes the food was somewhat luke warm to cold for the sandwiches.

One of the best Greggs in the area. Shelfs are stocked with fresh food. Customers served quickly/politey and accurately. Iv seen greggs with 4 members of staff struggle but the lad and lass in this branch are a credit ti greggs. Thank you for you service.

Didn't receive my order at all and greggs was no help at all they were blaming other people their a pile of 💩

Ordered a egg breakfast roll with extra bacon. My order was delivered early however the roll was missing the egg 🤷🏼‍♂️
