Love this place and the people are so kind

Might just of been one of the worst kebabs I’ve had there was no salad and the Donner meat was very dry ;-((

food didn't turn up when I rang the restaurant they said the driver didn't get out the car to knock on my door and I never answered my phone no missed calls of no one food said delivered on the app as well

Was a little late this evening but generally very prompt delivery even to Heysham. Food is always hot and as requested. my son's favourite takeaway by far

Definitely not as good as I remember, had pizzas and onion rings pizza sauce was bland and tasteless and base of pizza was black

I ordered chicken kebab and chicken from this restaurant, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. It was not the usual standard I receive; instead, it seemed like leftover chicken, and worse, it was rotten. This was unacceptable and far below expectations.

Most of this went in the bin was cold looked like it was just thrown together and the garlic bread was burnt. Normally meals from Marmaris are good but not this one. Won’t be using them again

food quality was poor, chips chese and gravy were squashed like they'd had several other orders on top, asked for a refund and they turn up ten minutes later, saying they gave me something free off the menu (maybe air?) because of the over hour wait past deliver time. won't be ordering from there anytime soon.

Ordered food some things was missing but when we rang the takeaway was shut.. the man had another takeaway bring the missing things writhing 5 mins.. food was bloody lovely too.. a few months later….. For some weird and strange reason every time the food came there is still always missing items. For what reason I don’t know they feel the need to always put cheese pretty much everything when we tell them every time dairy intolerant. Tonight for the final time the man very rude about the complaints not taking accountability for the orders being constantly wrong. 😑

Brilliant staff, good food. Always worth dropping by. Unfairly rated them badly on Just Eat without understanding circumstances. Owner understanding and helpful with getting order refunded. Good shop, always worth a drop by!

Special kebab //- kofta was dry and over cooked ,lamb was well over cooked apart from one bit that was of decent size , chicken was ok was clearly hit with a open flame and the Donna was fine , nan was thin which went hard fast needs to be thicker , ……GBC //was real good ——-has potential to be really good but was a rushed in cooking with temperatures set to high

I was missing an item from my order

not good 20 pounds for flat pezzer

After waiting an hour and ten minutes for food to be delivered it was sent wrapped in naan breads instead of pitta as per my request on ordering. I was advised by driver to ring them and demand correct order which I did then waited another hour and ten minutes for 2 nd delivery and this time it was barely warm . Very disappointed with service usually very good but definitely not up to standard tonight .

The kebab was mainly lettuce. Hardly any meat in it. Not good value for money!

very disappointed considering we normally love food from here! food arrived cold, chicken is severely undercooked slimey textured and so we have decided its not safe enough to risk eating and the delivery driver made my auntie feel slightly uncomfortable regarding her disability. not a driver we have had before :( typically very nice food, good timed delivery service, and good customer service so was quite surprised to see such a huge change to that

Wrong order was delivered food cold

Disgrace, attitude disgusting when I rung to complain, ordered the special kebab and it came in a 9” box, usually a 14” box, tried to tell me it’s never been in a box that size, absolute rubbish, told them I have ordered enough special kebabs to know they don’t come in a 9” box and I paid £12.99 for it, absolutely disgusting attitude told me basically they are going up next week, and in a 5” smaller box!!!!! And if I wasn’t happy not to order again!!!!!!!

Meat portions were mostly the processed carvery meat, the chicken was dry and had no taste. The chips were the same. Will not order from here again

The staff at Marmaris went above and beyond last night, due to a miss print on their website of closing hours. Shaun stayed on and made me my pizza 🍕 Amazing. He Also works next door at Bodrums and listened to why we had stopped going and said he would speak with his staff. Couldn’t fault the service

Substandard kebab, for a double it was very small and not allot of salad

We were on a day trip to morecambe and wanted some food and after seeing a number of takeaway shops we stumbled across Marmaris Kebab House. We are so happy we did while we was sat waiting for our food the gentleman behind the counter had slightly over cooked the pizza on crust edge and gave it for free as he cooked another for us now that's good customer service. All the food we ordered was hot and incredibly tasty. The next time we are in town we will definitely be back. Thanks 👍

Excellent pizzas as always from Marmaris. I can highly recommend that they are not salty like some pizzas are. They have nice soft cheese that is not greasy. They arrive hot too. Nice friendly driver.

Child’s meal was tiny and not worth £5 at all. Donner wrap was awful, cold, and if I’d wanted donner and loads of onion I would have ordered that. But my order was donner and salad and I’ve got about three token pieces of lettuce. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Waste of money

Arrived early, free garlic bread n cheese can't complain

Ordered lamb sish with chilli sauce, was told forty minutes for delivery, took over an hour and the nan was tough as old boots and no chilli sauce. AVOID!

Ordered a chicken wrap and had no wrap

When first ordered it said 735 for delivery then changed to 8-820 arrived at 830 chips and cheese missing, kebabs not as good as normal one was tiny, hardly any kebab meat and only 2 pieces of chicken which was well done and dry not as good as usual

I was waiting outside for 50 minutes to make sure I got my order they tried to phone but couldn't get through so instead of getting out and coming to the Hotel reception they took the food back. I am not happy with this approach to something that is purely a delivery service the point is to deliver the item if their only approach is to phone and if no answer go back this is falling way below the standard of anything I have experienced before, not good enough, not happy

Food was extremely late and showed up on the app as delivered at the time given so they have obviously pressed they delivered in to show its not late but it was received it at 21.15 ordered at 19.20! Ridiculous food was also rubbish

I ordered 2 kebabs as this is usually the best place to go but last night was absolutely shocking it was hard and I got chips which were under cooked I'm not sure if I will order again incase it's the same

Very late, nearly 2 hours for 2 kebabs, called the restaurant, and the manager was rude and just said order from somewhere else next time. Food came ice cold even though wrapped in foil. Probably what happens when it's out for delivery for over an hour.
