food arrived soggy and warm, you could tell it had been wrapped hot and left in its packaging for a considerable time. I won't be so keen to order from here again. Very disspointing how late it arrived.

Wonderfully tasty food with generous portions and delivered early to boot with excellent service. Will be back soon :)

2 fish, chips and peas ‘deal’ for £19 but was literally 1 small chips, 1 peas and 2 fish so not good value at all

Food was awful. Ordered mini fish and chips. Fish was just hard batter and little fish. Chips were massively over cooked and as if they’d been left sitting in oil. Only decent part of the meal was the drink I ordered. Waste of money. Tried ringing to complain they wouldn’t answer their phone. Think I will go elsewhere next time.

Not nice at all sorry. Sausage was over cooked and obviously sat there for ages. I'd rather wait. Chips were horrible and there were no adults frying they were all kids.

Delivered late, food was cold, fish batter was greasy, chips were not good, curry sauce was like concrete, i dont understand why you keep sending out awful quality food, the Atkinson on albert road is much better

for the amount of money we spen this was awful. few chips lined the bottom of the box and burnt fish that had clearly been heated up for a long time as was hard and discoloured one side

Small chips and gravy and a small chips cheese and gravy £11.60. Use to love this chippy but if your gonna charge that much for a potato and abit of sauce at least don't be tight with the portion size...

Absolutely shocking.....fish greasy might as well drink the bottle and chips looking like they seen better days,brown looking. looks like the scraped the bottom of the tray and got more scaps than chips. The amount you pay for fish and chips you'd expect quality, these wasn't.

We have used this chippy loads over the last 10 years both the take aways and eating in. I went tonight and ordered fish and chips to take out. The more or less went straight in the bin. The chips were Luke warm and consisted in just scraps of potato. The fish was swimming in oil the bottom of the tray had a thick layer. This is the worst I have ever had from here . There was a female frying the fish that I have not seen before. Too expensive now to throw in the bin. It may take me a while to try again this is the one on Albert road.

Annual trip to Morecambe and been going here for years. Never fails to satisfy. Friendly staff, clean sit down restaurant and the fish and chips are the best for miles around. Is it next year yet?

Wasn’t as nice as normal, some of the chips were barely cooked and the chips under the fish were swimming in grease, making them inedible. Hopefully tonight was just a glitch and standards haven’t slipped in general

1 of the fish came with vinegar on after ordering with no vinegar. The chips were like crisp's and were uneatable they went straight into the bin

Not only wonderful food, but friendly bubbly staff. Even sorted me out with a jump start when my car wouldn't start outside.

Chips a little dry but otherwise ok

Nice fish and chip shop although they had no cod when I asked. Had haddock instead, very tasty. Staff were polite and helpful.

fish was cold and soggy and I put that down to the horrible polystyrene containers it's put in, they are appalling, and if that was supposed to be a large portion of chips I'd hate to see the regular, the large chips was supposed to feed 2 of us but it certainly didn't, sorry but no more orders from me

Delicious meal, freshly cooked. Very friendly staff too. I was later leaving work and really pleased to find they were still open and serving at 1.50pm. most round here close at 1.30.

READ THE ORDERS CORRECTLY STAFF!!! The last 2 orders have been incorrect. Both times the staff are not reading the online orders correctly. Ordered 4 Fish, 4 chips, curry and peas. Waited over an hour over the delivery time and only half the delivery was in the bag. £44 for 2 fish. If this was a one off I could understand but twice!! Now 8:30 pm which should have been 6:30pm. Said they would send the correct order as soon as they could. Sorry, not eating at 10:30pm.

Food was delivered quickly - all hot and delicious.

Went to Atkinsons fish and chip shop today at tea time. The fish was ok , but the chips were greasy, smelled of grease, almost like they had been double fried. I don't think we will visit again as it's quite expensive to then not enjoy part of the meal. Disappointed.

Batter on fish was soggy as never again

I only ordered chips large portion £3.90. I said to the young lad are they fresh as shop had just opened he replied yes. Got home and the chips were definitely lunch time chips. Absolutely disgusting. Small portion considering large never go again
