Driver was was really friendly; food amazing

So disappointed overall. Delivery was out for half an hour before we received it then we found that a portion of chips were missing and all our food was cold, we had to reheat everything. Tried ringing numerous times to be sent to voicemail each time, eventually left a message which went unanswered, I also emailed twice about the order and they’ve not had the decency to reply. I won’t be ordering from here again, terrible customer service and awful food

fish was just delicious 😋 perfect spam fritters and hulumi bites

Normally the fish is cooked to perfection but today needed to be cooked longer as batter was very doughy on the bottom

the fish was swimming in grease the carton was full of it xx but before I have had it here it's was fine not too grease xx

Chips were fine, but the Spam fritter was very poor, I wish I could put a photo up! It’s barely 2mm thick and loads of batter. I thought for the price it would be at least 10mm. Very DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Everything was amazing except the Haddock, hardly any meat in the fish at all, fish was very small.. not sure if this was influenced by the 40% off offer? All other items spot on though and never had issues previously from here 😀👍🏽

I ordered jumbo sausage and chips and it was really tasty and I got loads of chips. Well worth the money.

the fish was over cooked and cold as were the chips and steak pudding. this is the third time now we will not be buying from here again we will try elsewhere.

Chips were a little light in colour but that is a personal preference. Very clean and spacious inside with a little area to sit and eat. The staff are very polite and welcoming

Ordered at 5pm for 6pm but wasn't delivered until 6.20

Ordered with 2 hours notice, got to 5 past the delivery time got a text it had been delivered? Just eat says be here in 5 minutes. Tried ringing the restaurant and they wouldn’t answer.. been here so many times so it’s alittle disappointing when they can’t answer the phone or they tell just eat you have your order for it not be there for another 10 minutes…

My last order was late and had curry sauce instead of gravy, I didn't complain as it was a one off. But today's order was very late again. Have used you a few times but may have to try else where...

Was freezing cold when it arrived and waited ages for it. Isn't help that the driver went to the wrong address which is what probably caused the food to get so cold, we had to re-heat in the microwave., will be sticking to Atkinson next time.

Easy to order. Great delivery and food. Would recommend.

Bought Double Burger and Chips both were Very good

I ordered 2 fish 1 chips 1 peas and 1 curry sauce the fish both came soggy/watery like under cooked and every thing was cold I paid £27 odd and complained got a refund of £6 odd. That is a joke for every thing went in the bin as not edible. I wouldn’t mind but I ordered before shop was open so thought it might come nice a fresh and at least a bit warm!

My delivery should have been between 7.05 - 7.25, it was delivered to the completely wrong address and it was only because the person from that property brought it round that I got it.

Pie was tiny and hard/ over cooked I took the batter of the fish and that was ok chips, mushy peas and gravey was ok but everyone has a bad day from time to time

Paid for regular chips which was not the case very small portions. Food was barely warm. Was my favourite chippy around here but very disappointed lately

Food excellent as always , unfortunately it was showing as a 40% discount with a £25 spend . At checkout it changed to 10% . I called westgate fish n chips and they said it was down to just eat and not them, so I’m hoping this can be sorted

Wouldn't know. Just moved to the area, we fancied chippy. Went to the door tried to push and pull, was locked. Just some staff talking inside ignoring me at the door so I walked of. Edited: I did end up getting a delivery from here a year later and it was terrible, the curry wasnt the normal chippy kind, tasted terrible and the chips were uncooked.

Not great. Ordered online for delivery. Expected delivery time was put back by half an hour. Barely even knew that it had arrived as the driver knocked so quietly, left the bag in front of the door and almost ran away. Tucking in we found the chips to be undercooked and the fish to be overcooked. Would rather go to Packet Bridge than use Westgate again.

Chip bun was ok, could of been better in my opinon but the bun never dissapoints, Brownie 10000/10 so yummy drink is normal , loved it! keep it up

I order chips cheese gravy sausage, the sausage was nice the chips was hard wasn't nice ,got fish and chips for wife fish nice but chips the same

Placed order for fish and chips plus 2 fish the fish looked like battered sausage long very thin for wot they charge for fish I should of got two for the price how they can charge me for a sliver of fish is distcusting won't be going there again very disappointed looks like we will be going to Kenny's aleast from Kenny's you get a good size fish

Very disappointed, overcooked chips and fish, thought everything was being cooked fresh, didn't taste that way. Won't be going back.

Unfortunately my favourite chippy has become far to inconsistent. Tonight for the 3rd time in a row. The chips have turned up undercooked giving that chewy/ unpleasant feel. Hopefully this review is taken as a turning point to get back on track.

Wouldn’t bother worst food over cooked the pie was harder than a priest after seeing choir boy Chips soggier than an old lady’s breast and from yesterday and the bun u could knock someone out with it best part was the warm cans avoid!!!

I thought I’d give this place another go after first order not good. Well this was worse, fish & chips cold. Fish hardly any inside and chewy, had to leave the batter. My friend was disappointed as I’d ordered for supper and ravenous. Tried calling but the number provided on justeat for this place is not in service. Terrible

I have had fish and chips before from here, I enjoyed it so much I ordered again tonight.I couldn’t enjoy it this time as lemon slices were put on fish,I absolutely abhor lemon.It wasn’t on the time before, so didn’t realise it would be this time.Disappointed but will still go back as the chips and gravy are great.

I ordered a brownie from here with my meal, and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had! Definitely recommend! The fish & Chips were perfect, as was my kiddies

The food was not up to their usual standard. The batter was soft in places. The delivery driver knocked, did not give me time to get to the door before he left it on the doorstep and honked his horn while driving away.

Without doubt it's the best chippy in town. Beautifully cooked fish. Batter is fantastic and the chips are well above average too. Super fast delivery and the meals arrive piping hot.

Everything was great 👍 Delivered within 15mins👍What more can you ask for👏👏😃. The only problem is when ordering they require an answer to options...Salt....vinegar.....or both...... NO OPTION TO SAY NONE OF THE ABOVE. Other was everything was perfect

the chips were cold and the fish was either warmed up from lunch time or over cooked as it was dry and the batter was full of grease. usually we have had fantastic meals but the one last week was not so good and this weeks was even worse. such a shame it seems as if its slipping its good standards .

Good overall but I asked for extra ketchup and got no ketchup ‘at all’ 😂

They definitely have the best fish and chips in Morecambe I only have one thing i feel needs addressing and thats the option to say no salt and vinegar on the menu at the moment you only have a choice of salt,vinegar or salt & vinegar .other than that perfect

You have to go here for your fish and chips, totally gorgeous fluffy thick well battered fish, and perfectly cooked chips. Would not go anywhere else. Just called them, placed the order and collected, food still pipping hot when i got home, as well packaged. Battered sausage is to die for also. Highly recommend ❤️

Keep moving the delivery time does not mean that when it is finally delivered it is on time... all it does is annoy the customer..

Well usually we order from Westgate chippy but today it was absolutely awful 3 large portions of chips they all look horrible and taste disgusting unlike Westgate chippy it's usually really nice but this has ruined tea and for the price we paid I expect much better
