Extortionate amount of time to wait, poor service, no apologies! Won't be using again.... Staff taking far too long making drinks, new staff? Inexperienced staff? What a shambles

If you taste Waterfields bread, you won’t want any other bread. They make the most delicious celebration cakes.

The food was lovely. The atmosphere was lacking a bit. The staff were friendly, but initially we felt like we were being rushed to order. However, we enjoyed our meal and I would return.

My waiter, only been working 3 days apparently, seemed to be a natural at his job. I was greeted kindly with open arms to the bar and seated to my table. I highly recommend

Worst food ever !!went for an evening meal with my husband .only people in the resturant but had to go the bar fir are drinks .waited over an hour fir are food then wen we complained bout it being cold was offered the option of having it warmed up.bad service.bad food wich is such a shame cos we only live local

Food is lovely, staff are attentive, prices are fair and it has a very welcoming cozy atmosphere! You do wait slightly for your food but that’s because it’s freshly prepared and not frozen rubbish most restaurants make on the cheap so well worth the wait. Nothing is too much trouble and my little boy loves the meatballs there!

Hit and miss. Chips can be great next time rubbish. Same with the fish.. meals are good.

Placed a pre order for 7 pizzas. All were ready at pickup time and nice and hot. Friendly staff.

It was negative and the scran was more moldy than ye nans toes. When I received my 2 sausage roll for 1 deal i noticed that one of them was stale as frozen bread and the other was as mushy as playdough. Overall my experience was pony and I'm deeply disappointed

Really lovely place - we thought we would try once when out shopping as we live in Huyton and the Coffee House is excellent. Such lovely staff as well we will certainly maker a point of calling in again whenever in the village,
