Waterfields in Knowsley

I ordered 2 dips but wasn't in with the order, also no drinking straws, but otherwise all OK

order was wrong again. some items missing completely and some where the wrong items

Tried to get me and my partner a couple of cheeseburgers before our bus was due. We had 8 minutes but they took too long. Had to leave without the burgers. Staff happy chatting away and not bothered about a quick service. No chance of getting a refund as the machines didn't print a receipt as usual. McDonald's has really gone downhill. They only seem to care about the home delivery side

Ordered cookie dough with white chocolate, strawberry banana crepe. £16, fine. Delivery guy came, had no change, so cost us £20. Not quite sure why you’d send a driver out without any change for an order which quite clearly and obviously would need change, or some sort of change at least. I told him I only had £13 in change or the £20, which he just shrugged at. Possibly not drivers fault, but Crepe was nice. Cookie dough was laughable, like there was literally nothing there, was the thinnest piece of cookie dough, if you can call it that, you could ever see, charging even a pound for that would be a rip off 🤣 you could just about see it in the try it came it was that thin. If the whole order itself was good and your portion sizes were actually worth the cost of what they’re charging, probably wouldn’t have minded having to tip £4.

Ordered at 6:18pm and still didn’t have food at 10:18pm. Had no option to cancel the order, couldn’t get through to the store and Just Eat just kept telling me to continue to wait. Order was cancelled by KFC at 10:18pm. Absolutely disgusting service. Don’t waste your time!
