Multiple occasions the food has been freezing! The waiting time kept on going up every 3 minutes! Paying £25+ to receive ice cold food and milkshakes all melted to like water. REALLY NOT HAPPY! 0/10

Visited on a Friday afternoon with partner and our newly born in his pram. The cafe was relatively quiet, although almost every table was either dirty or not cleared or previous customers plates, cups and food. When at the counter attempting to order and having to interrupt 6 members of staff for attention I was told I cannot order at the counter and was advised whilst he was pointing at them “that’s what the self ordering electronic service screens are there for” Not suitable for prams, dirty, untidy, rude staff. We left and didn’t use the cafe, my partner didn’t buy the clothes she had intended on nor did we do our food shop in the food hall for the week ahead. Disappointing for M&S.

Así que me fui con un grupo de 3 para la tercera vez ya que está muy cerca de nuestra casa y nos pareció que era bastante agradable la última vez que fuimos, y para ser sincero me gusta probar y apoyar a las empresas locales. Todavía no había conseguido una licencia de alcohol que me pareció bastante ridículo, ya que han sido abiertos durante un tiempo y me dijeron que iban a obtener una licencia de alcohol cuando abrió sus puertas por primera vez así que por ahora es que no lo creo que está sucediendo. Así, que fue la primera molestia. La segunda con las bebidas pedimos. Una Fanta que yo pedí específicamente si en realidad fue Fanta no era Fanta y sabor naranjada barata. 2 Coca-Colas, que eran sencillamente planas. Ninguna de las bebidas eran muy fríos. En realidad, yo pensaba que ya nos habían sido derramado de una botella grande en vez de latas individuales o botellas. Dejé mi bebida y nos dieron un poco de agua. La tercera y última cuestión es la comida. Mis cordero Madrás sin Coriander era terriblemente caliente. Como en ardientes profundidades del infierno caliente. Yo tenía el mismo plato dos veces previamente y en muchos otros lugares antes y no era de ninguna manera incluso tan caliente. El pescado mi compañero ordenados era sosa y la porción demasiado pequeñas. Mis amigos Madrás en realidad estaba mucho menos picante que la mía pero serias carencias en el departamento de sabor. Así que, en general, fue una decepción y totalmente no vale la pena el dinero.Es una pena, ya que el dueño parece un hombre encantador. Mi consejo sería que si estás tranquilo no dejes que sus normas drop, prueba aún más difícil para impresionar a cada cliente que no dan su lugar una prueba.Y hacen del hotel un lugar mucho más acogedor desde fuera.un millón y algunas bonitas inglés postre opciones sería sin duda una ventaja.

Had to indicate a rating but would have given 0 if I could. Not only was this the WORST all day breakfast I have had, it was probably the WORST cafe meal I have ever had. Service was TOO quick as broughtbto me within 2 minutes of paying. beans looked like they had been sat on the plate congealing waiting to be used, the eggs were COLD and all the ingredients tasted like they were the cheapest they could get. Never again!!

Your typical run-of-the-mill Subway. Everything was offered. Great cookies. Lack of actual bacon, instead fake turkey bacon.

Never, ever visit here, disgusting food and overpriced. Owner is horrible and speaks to her staff like something she stepped on.

Arrived at a very quiet KFC at lunch time, 12:00. Ordered on screen, 2 simple gravy boxes. We waited patiently for around 15 minutes before asking how long our food would be. It looked like our order had disappeared off the screen and been forgotten about! No apologies from the staff, we were then told 'we are just waiting on chicken' (at KFC at lunchtime) 10 minutes later our food was handed over again with no apologies. I then asked for some bbq sauce to be told they only have the pots to buy for 50p each, my slightly angry reply of 'we've just waited 25 minutes for our food' lead to the sauce being given to us!

We have used this place for years, but last three times the pizzas have been awful. Kept going back in the hope that it was just a one off, but unfortunately not. Hardly any toppings or cheese and the garlic bread was raw. Don’t understand why it’s gone so downhill, used to be great. Prices have gone up too…..

I got a sharer platter. It was fantastic. First time getting an order from Yo. Will order again another time.

Have tried to find alternative way to address the issue I've just had with food delivered from the whitebirk store. Ordered a 6PC bucket with hot wings, popcorn, fries, beans and gravy. The 6PC of chicken tasted disgusting and we couldn't eat it. Can only describe the taste/smell of that of a wet dog! I've tried to raise the issue directly but unfortunately the website doesn't allow you to do this. I don't usually make bad reviews and I'm aware that doing it on TripAdvisor isn't the best way but until KFC allows you to directly contact them I'm afraid I have to. Was ordered through JustEat but can't fault them as it was delivered on time and still hot so the fault is with KFC whitebirk.

I ordered crispy beef and rice absolutely not edible. The “beef” is not there what ever they are serving is not a protein and is translucent. Wouldn’t give this food to a homeless
