We had the Sunday lunch. Prawn cocktail to start followed by the Pork and Beef, cauliflower cheese, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, stuffing and mixed vegetables. The meat was cooked to perfection and every mouthful was a delight!! Wine was great as was the service and ambience. I can't wait to revisit. Finding somewhere which serves great food is hard at the moment and R&R Bistro is up there with the best!!

Only called in for a drink but was pleasantly surprised the place is very small but comfortable, a large selection of beers and wine. After living in Spain for 10 years this is the closest you will get to the authentic Spain. Great staff knowledgeable and friendly will definitely be coming back.

Great tea and coffee and delicious cakes. The food is always top quality, fresh ingredients and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A visit is always a pleasant experience. The 3-course meal deals to take away and cook at home are fantastic. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for details.

We went to R & R Bistro on the off chance to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We expected it to be good going by a few reviews we had read. What a fantastic place! Everything was perfect. The waiting staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was incredible and perfectly cooked to order. We both agreed that we can’t remember enjoying a meal in a Restaurant/Bistro as much before and we consider ourselves as very experienced foodies. We had a lovely chat with the owners and they are lovely. We fully intend on making a trip to R & R Bistro our monthly treat. Thank you all.

Sunday lunch had been recommended to me by a friend . Food was OK but only just warm . The pork was not the best cut and was chewy . A lot of water on the plate from the vegetables which put me off a little as it watered down the gravy .Yorkshire pudding was good ,mashed potato was watery and a bit tasteless, never understand cauliflower cheese on a Sunday lunch but hey ho ,otherwise nice pub ,lovely staff very good atmosphere. Downside was the food I did order a large I must add ,and there were two slices of pork not the I was concerned as I say it wasn't the best

me and my friend came to longacer earlier today ,the drinks were delivered straight away and finding a table was no bother at all as we called in advanced and the person who answered the phone (alfie) reserved us a table which was very convenient . our food was delivered quickly and was very nice, our main waiter (alfie) came and made sure we were all okay with our food and provided a nice welcoming atmosphere, we enjoyed it so much we even ordered a desert each, the waitresses were also very nice and polite. would definitely reccomed, cheap prices, good service and good food 👍

Had a lovely large Sunday lunch, purchased extras and it was all fresh, tasty, cooked well, a good plateful and lots of options to choose from, staff were polite accommodating and attentive, overall a good experience.

Staff are amazing very accommodating and cheapest drinks in the area. Brand new pool table is beautiful. Also dog friendly but respectful of people who don’t want to be around dogs are there is a lot of space and different rooms.

The venue was perfect for my special birthday. A beautiful location, set in historic grounds in a wooded glen with dashing streams. It was a peaceful setting and this allowed me to go round all my guests and chat with them without having to shout to be heard. There were plenty of tables in the function room and outside where there was a lovely seating area ideal for group bookings. Some tables were under cover, though we had perfect weather. There was a great selection of drinks, hot and cold and alcoholic. Water also available with little paper cups. The food was delectable and all of our needs, including vegetarian and gluten free (served on their own side plates), were well catered for. A really good spread with sandwiches, parmos, chips, quiche, dips was served. I really enjoyed the seafood platter. This was followed by the tastiest cakes in town! Perfect with coffee. The staff member serving our group was a delightful man, and all the staff and owner were all very kind and patient with us. There was plenty of parking. The bar was cash only.
