Domino's Pizza - Skelton in Redcar and Cleveland

Speedy fast service from start to delivery and piping hot when arrived with a very pleasant delivery lad.

Nice clean environment, pizzas were absolutely stunning. And the staff went out of their way to get me the best deal of the day. Enjoyed lunch by sitting in as a family. Tables and chairs all clean as well as the toilet available. Will definitely be back here. Fed 4 for £18 piping hot pizza it was perfect

Ordered a pizza which arrived cold. I even got an automated email from Dominoes saying “sorry we were late with our delivery, we have let you down”! Filled out the complaint online customer form immediately & after about 10 emails backwards & forwards, response was that because I hadn’t rang the store they weren’t prepared to do anything! I advised them this was not their policy & it states on Dominoes Customer service that you can either ring the store or fill out the enquiry form. They ignored my comments, so I then rang & spoke to Dominoes Customer Services. They agreed with me that a complaint could be submitted either way & would escalate it for me. It’s now a week after escalating my complaint (even though they are supposed to respond within 5 days) & I’m still no further forward. The Manager at Skelton is an absolute waste of time, how he expects a customer to eat a cold pizza & not take responsibility for this I do not know! A not very happy customer at all! Definitely would not recommend the Skelton store.

Waiting for over 2 hours? Rang then up in the end and they apoĺogise and said he would put a few extras in? took another 40mins? With no extras.

On Saturday 16th December 2023 I ordered a small pizza and paid £8.99 for it online . I also arranged for me to collect from the skelton store. I had ordered a Mighty Meaty. I found the pizza to be dry and hardly any base tomato. It was dry and skimpy with the meat. Not your usual tasty pizzas I have had in the past. A total disappointment.

Spacious dining room inside unlike any other dominos. Prompt service provided by the friendly staff despite the large order placed with little time left before they closed.

Always prefere dominoes to other pizza shop delicious and less greasy!!👍😄 Only shame is getting potato wedges they were lovely but 16 small ( at least there cooked now)Wedges exactly for £5!! Not really worth the 36p each All round still love our weekly treat 😍

A bit dead inside but much cleaner and more presentable than any other domino's I have ever been to (mainly London). This is also the 1st one that I have seen with tables and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your pizza after it's been cooked

Took along time for food to come pizza was good chicken was scrap and with the new price increases an delivery charge its just not worth the money no more

Food arrived late, to make matters worse after I’d eaten some of the food I got bad stomach ache, I was up throughout the night with sickness, put me off dominos completely.

Lovely pizza and staff very friendly..we were the only ones in eating at the time.

Update: Gave them another try as they had a birthday deal on their largest pizzas. Totally different experience. Pizza was so good that I did not even get the opportunity to photograph it 😂 Topping all the way to the crust, looked good, perfect spread, ideal temperature, tasted exemplary. We don't pizza often, but when we do we like to enjoy it. Top job 👍 Very disappointing, we were really looking forward to a great pizza feast. Great staff, and the premises is clean and welcoming. These outstanding areas earned the 2 star rating. It is unfortunate that there's nothing the great staff can do about the damaging policies and practices. Our two pizzas, for sale at £20.00 each, had more crust than pizza, and very light on the toppings. Look closely at the pictures and note that the crust, though stained red, has no cheese, no toppings, and only staining within about 7cm of the edge. Barely worth the drive, let alone the price. Shame, we were really looking forward to them. I don't think we will be going there again as a result of this £40.00 joke 😔

I will never ever order from here or any Domino's again. I ordered because my son wanted to order from there, an hour we sat waiting to get a message they'd cancelled it because they couldn't make our order, an hour!! I probably wouldn't have been so mad if at all, if they'd said straight away, but working in the food industry for years and priding myself in providing a good service, I pretty much expect the same. Think you need to train your staff properly!!!

Absolutely terrible service , waited 50 mins for a 7” pizza , 15 of which I was sat watching my order on the hot plate just to make a point, while the staff lingered around not doing a lot. When I went and asked for my order that was on the plate they then only gave me half of it. Previous times I have waited an hour for a medium pizza , and on another occasion I went into the store , paid and ordered at the counter, and after waiting around 45 mins , I went to check on my order to find it hadn’t even been put through the system. The staff don’t even have a care in the world about the terrible service they provide, try hiring people that are at least half switched on. Won’t be returning

I've had some awful experiences with deliveries recently and this was a very welcome exception. Nice young man, delivery early and exactly what I ordered. Thankyou! If you can pass this on to the driver it would be great

To be honest I try one or two times domino's pizza but very disappointed

It is really good however at times it can be very expensive taking from £9.99 - £14.99 For one pizza

Thanks Domino's Skelton for probably the most depressing pizza I've ever seen! Messed up the original order, offered a replacement with free cookies. They didn't bother with the cookies and this was my replacement pizza. Outstanding 🤦

Place an order over the phone for a pick up. Arrived and watched my order go cold behind the counter while the receptionist type person stayed on the phone for 10mins not even acknowledging my presence. Eventually a cook came forward as he must have seen my frustration and handed me my order. Terrible customer service.

Sorry .. not sorry.. sat for a half hour waiting inside dominoes for our order .. deliveries were fast and furious though ... got it home eventually only to find it was stone cold .. bloody disappointed .. will not be going again anytime soon 🤔😯

Placed my order at 18:30 to arrive at 21:30. For me then having to call them to ask if the order has gone through. To be told I won’t receive it until around ten o’clock if not later. Baring in mind they have had three whole hours to make the order! Absolutely shocking service.

Took longer than it should have to bring our food as they put all there effort into takeaways not people who go in to order or eat in. either way you're left waiting.

Ordered my husband the double decadence base, and turnt up not very good, at all, not much filling, ordered the nachos and they were all burnt and not worth eating. Also went to get 2 bottles of coke and went to pay and they said they don't except cash, shocking considering the price u pay. Will not be ordering again

Strange taste, strange pizza topping protector. Expensive prices.
