Le Basil in Redcar and Cleveland

Food came prompt, ordered a full chicken parmo pepperoni and large garlic. Food came fairly quick around half hour later but god was it absolutely awful gutted as well as this is our go too!! The chips were burnt scraps awful! But the Parmo wow the chicken was warm not hot the cheese melted in most places and the rest not the Béchamel sauce was clumpy in places where it just hadn’t been in long enough a total waste of money and uneatable food.. tried to phone a couple of times to phone not answered will avoid.

Nice food would highly recommend Parmore at the best and tomato bread is lush clean place wag gloves and her highly recommend again

Very nice pizza shop , cozy, huge portions - not only that, but also very tasty. Very friendly staff. Good prices and the food was very good.

Love the food from this place however, been told once I ordered far to early for delivery and now just been told I can't ask for specific delivery time?? Looks like I'll have to find another takeaway who can meet my needs as a customer.

It's a take out. They do some very nice food, but sometimes miss the sauces off the order which can be a pain. The food on rare occasions can be a bit hit and miss. But in the whole it's my usual 'go to' when I'm at work on Wilton. Overall its sound. Check your order though. They also have their own sauce called le basil sauce. Which I'm told is a combo of garlic and chilli. So if you typically order a chilli and garlic with a parmo. Get a large le basil sauce. It's sound AF.

Always order from le bazil never have any problems with the food its always nice but just wish they would learn to cut a pizza properly and equally some slices so thin then the next slice 1/4 of the pizza his not hard just makes it easier to share lol

I would give its less than a star I could. Not sure what has happened to this place, but if you want Diarrhea for a week get the Chicken Kebab. I laughed at my father when he said dont go there I was really poorly after my last visit. Safe to say I wont do that again.

Lovely parmo but I have noticed a cheeky price hike sort it out or I'm off back to pavs you been warned 🙄😔

Always great food, the tomato garlic bread is scrumptious. My husband likes the parmos too. Delivery’s always arrive in time (and hot), collections are always ready on time too, & staff are always polite.

Absolutely disgusting ordered 2 kids parmo salad and garlic, cheesy garlic bread and pizza and chips It was freezing and incomplete but not according to them they blamed the weather for it being cold. Got no chips with the pizza got no salad and garlic with the parmo when ringing the shop they said we got everything we orderedbut that was not the case .we rang again and they were rude .we got about 10 chis with the armo and no they said its a kids parmo

Average pizza shop not much else to say like the rest it is hit and miss but average at best

I ordered a parmo hotshot and special mixed kebab the other day and it was one of the best takeaways I've ever tasted I will defferntly use there service again 100%.

Not like it usto be, all the toppings always fall off the pizza.

Pepperoni parmo and doner meat special pizza. My parmo was absolutely gorgeous pepperoni topping slightly crisp just how I like it . Hubbies doner meat pizza was devoured ,well done ,If every parmo was like this I wouldn't go anywhere else ,top marks!!

Ordered online been waiting 1hrs 15 mins I ring them and they don't pick up at all do not recommend what so ever!

Ordered a mixed kabab it was delivered and when it come the smell was unreal . I rang to complain and he laughed at me and hung up . Iv used them for years never again It was clearly off .

Ordered food everything fine with time of delivery driver brings our food to the door only to be told after he receives payment that we are not to order from them again as we are to far out il spend my money elsewhere in future it’s only marton 🙄

Waited 3 hours for a takeaway, rang numerous times, told 15 minutes, never arrived. Tried to call and cancel , noone answered. The food isn't good enough to warrant this wait. Poor service, average food. Won't be ordering again

Food ok when arrives but last few times took over two hours to deliver. No mention of this when ordering and even delivery driver apologetic saying too many orders taken. Not bothered about customers just wanting money. Wont order from here again as happened numerous times now and dont answer when called.

Wow pizza meat and chips horrendus when u spend over 15 pound and the only thing u enjoy is the tomato from the salad and the chilli wow will never use the place again SHOCKING stick the money

Shittish pizza shop in the region , waited 2 hours for 2 burgers, rang 1 hour after ordering sed would be 15mins, 45 mins later rang and they kept putin phone down when ringing would highly recommend NOT to order from,

Awful service have not ordered from here for a while as the last few times order has either taken a while to come or not turned up at all so ordered again and waited over 2 hours shocking service and tried to cancel and they put the phone down NEVER AGAIN would have got 0 star if possible

Great food & great prices, they always seem to be busy so that should explain alot of their quality

If I could give you 0 stars I would I am appalled at the customer service Iv experience tonight I ordered food for the kids over 2 hours ago and still no sign even though I was told it would be within the hour. I have also tried ringing multiple times to ask about my order to which Iv been met by an ‘engaged’ tone or sat with the phone ringing for over 5 minuted at a time with no one answering it. Utterly dissapointed with the service and won’t be using your service again.

Sorted out a problem with my order very quickly. Top marks. Food was great too.

First time ordering from this takeaway. Waited over a hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered which i find poor as a new customer. However will the food was tasty

Absolutely unbelievable.. best takeaway in Middlesbrough!!!!! The food is so nice and always warm when it arrives and the chips are never soggy like other takeaways just amazing!

La Basel is a verry ignorant pitza shop my daughter got a pitza and there was a blonde hair in it she phoned to complain he sent someone to pick up the pitza but argued Over over giving her a refund in the end she got a refund but no appolagy l wouldn't order From here again Oo
