Wasn't going to bad review you but seems though your guy asked me when returning bad food why I've ate half the pizza. Here is why, because my family of 4 took a slice each at the same time starting to eat when realising the chicken on it was chewy and brown. (basically cheap bad cuts of chicken) so we all spat out and didn't continue to eat. The mixed kebab, well the Donna kebab was stale and hard. Chicken worse quality I've tasted as brown colour inside and the steak peices well I didn't touch because they just looked dry and stale. I rang to ask for a refund but they said to contact just eat so I said if happily drive to get a replacement then. They happily done the replacement but before leaving the shop a rude man said I was the first customer to complain and dirty looked me (not by the look of your star rating I'm not 😂) instead of apologising that you gave me stale poor quality food that I wouldn't risk eating as I'm pregnant so have a bit more customer care about you, because you have just lost a customer!!

New York Pizza is the best, arrived piping hot, Margareta pizza for my fussy daughter she ate it all. Delivery was on time.

Mixed kebab not as succulent as previous orders and the chips overly seasoned, seafood pizza 10/10.

Delivery was on time Donna wrsp okay but mixed wrap was shocking might as well just ate a wrap with a little donner and sheesh and more pita bread than anything normally a good take away shop as well I’m well shocked what they sent out

Pizzas are beautiful and garlic is unreal, I just wish the chips would be cooked a little longer I find most times some are still hard like undercooked and makes me gutted as I love the chips 😢

Food came pretty quick but the food itself wasn’t very warm at all

I placed an order about 5ish for a delivery at 9.30pm once I was in from work. I’ve never done it for so much later before so was stressed it might get forgotten. I rang at 9.25 just to make sure and they were fully on top of it, delivered at 9.35 piping hot and delicious! I was super impressed and will definitely be doing this again! Stress free dining at its finest!! Haha thank you Venice!!

Ordered a few time from here and most the time delivery is fine, but the last few time it has been late but this last time was the worst ordered are food at 6.30 on a Wednesday night and it didn’t arrive till 8.40 will not be using these again now all we got was the driver saying sorry it’s late.

Although the food was lovely as usual half the toppings where missing off the pizza.

Totally addicted to the parmo wraps from here, absolutely amazing - tastes delicous, packed nice and tight so doesn't fall out everywhere unlike wraps from other takeaways. Venice don't let your standards drop!!

Best Parmo I have had in a while and the coleslaw was to die for. Only think was the popcorn chicken was nice but a few of them were chewy.

Below average. I bought from here because of a 4.5 star review out of 5, but it wasn’t great. Garlic burger advertised as spicy, it was literally just a burger with garlic sauce in. Nothing else. No salad, nothing to hint a spice, and wasn’t very warm. The portion size of a small kebab is good, a large must be massive. Delivery was longer than stated which isn’t their fault, tea time rush and all that, but yeah; food was average, not as advertised, not very warm, so... Wouldn’t buy again.

Kebab box was a let down, 10 inch garlic bread and what I can only discribe as a miniature portion of mixed meat, no where near worth the £12 charge, very disappointing as the food tasted very nice

Arrived very cold to the point the cheese was so hard and bread crumbs fell if the Parmo and the delivery driver didn’t have any change the found £2 in car so in the end coat £28 absolutely waste of money guttered

The food was hot and delivery was quick however the quality could have been better, Parmo was thin and bread crumbs not cooked evenly, some burnt edges. Definitely had better from here before..

I paid £6 for a tub of ice cream which turned out to have been melted and re-frozen. Disgusting ripoff. If they do this with the ice cream then they probably do it with the food too. Binned the pizzas cos we didn't want food poisoning.

I was devastated I chose onions and chicken and it had mushrooms on it and I’m illergic so was wasted and wasted money 🤦🏽‍♀️

Absolutely discusted at the portion size ordered 2 kids pizza 1 with chips and 1 with kebab and chips got about 8 chips on each and 3 pieces of kebab meat cost us £11 was nice but not enough to feed the kids.

We waited for 2hours and 40 minutes for our food. My grandchildren where crying as they where so hungry . It was out for deliver for 25mins. We made numerous calls too which I heard the lady laughing with the driver. I will not be ordering again 😡

Kebab sound cheesy chips was laughable

Absolutely disgusting freezing cold donner was burnt n I have pictures to prove was rock hard!!

Had to call restaurant to see where food was, no apology for being late. Portion size of spaghetti bolognaise was nearly half the usual size, parmesan was smaller than usual. All in all not the best we’ve had from them.

We got a donner half a parmo which was the same size as a kids parmo. Barley any chips came with the food considering we spent a lot of money.

Food come very fast but the quality was poor. Tasted like frozen bases warmed up with very bland toppings even though it was supposedly an explosive pizza. When a pizza comes that fast it’s hard to believe it can be quality.

The dessert had a weird taste never eaten it .

The past 2 times I have ordered the hotshot calzone our house hold has suffered with poorly stomach and diarrhea

I ordered at 7.10pm tonight waited an hour still no order so rang them again to be told i will get my order within 5 to 10 mins. still wating 30 mins after, so rang shop again driver coudnt find address 20 mins ago. I have been using these for years and defo won't be using them again. you need to get a driver that knows the area or satnav!!!! shocking lost another customer

Tasty food and literally the only takeaway out of many in Middlesbrough what have put Paprika on my chips, might sound silly, but it's appreciated lmao.

Really good normally but now they have gone to the cheap strip turkey ham that’s not very nice hopefully they will go back to the better square ham that taste way better on anything that has ham on it. 31/10/2020 will 5 star if they change it back was disappointed with taste of food today.

Ordered 2 chicken wraps asked multiple times if they come with chips On the side and I kept getting told yes they did. Also ordered an extra tub of garlic. Get the food home and open the boxes to two chicken wraps on their own neither came with chips. Tub of garlic was also missing. One of the wraps was fully open and falling apart so couldn’t even eat it properly.

Just ordered 16 inch stuffed crust chips. garlic .chilly. come no stuffed crust, pizza stuck to lid, chips warmed up very disappointed as we use these regular and paid good money.
