Below average. I bought from here because of a 4.5 star review out of 5, but it wasn’t great. Garlic burger advertised as spicy, it was literally just a burger with garlic sauce in. Nothing else. No salad, nothing to hint a spice, and wasn’t very warm. The portion size of a small kebab is good, a large must be massive. Delivery was longer than stated which isn’t their fault, tea time rush and all that, but yeah; food was average, not as advertised, not very warm, so... Wouldn’t buy again.

I paid £6 for a tub of ice cream which turned out to have been melted and re-frozen. Disgusting ripoff. If they do this with the ice cream then they probably do it with the food too. Binned the pizzas cos we didn't want food poisoning.

Must say probably the best donner parmo iv had and spicy vegy pizza so tasty and delicious recomend food here.

Absolutely discusted at the portion size ordered 2 kids pizza 1 with chips and 1 with kebab and chips got about 8 chips on each and 3 pieces of kebab meat cost us £11 was nice but not enough to feed the kids.

It's a takeaway so not sure about atmosphere, but it's a decent pizzeria.

Got chicken kebab £8ish, £1.50 for tub of garlic sauce. For the price was very small portions. Taste was good but was still hungry after spending nearly a tenner

Used venice for the 1st time tonight, must say i wasn't disappointed. Food was hot, tasty and plentyful. Will be using the next time i forget my bait and flask while at work.

Today the food was very delicious and I got it hot The chicken kebab was amazing thank you

The past 2 times I have ordered the hotshot calzone our house hold has suffered with poorly stomach and diarrhea

I ordered at 7.10pm tonight waited an hour still no order so rang them again to be told i will get my order within 5 to 10 mins. still wating 30 mins after, so rang shop again driver coudnt find address 20 mins ago. I have been using these for years and defo won't be using them again. you need to get a driver that knows the area or satnav!!!! shocking lost another customer

Tasty food and literally the only takeaway out of many in Middlesbrough what have put Paprika on my chips, might sound silly, but it's appreciated lmao.

Really good normally but now they have gone to the cheap strip turkey ham that’s not very nice hopefully they will go back to the better square ham that taste way better on anything that has ham on it. 31/10/2020 will 5 star if they change it back was disappointed with taste of food today.

Ordered 2 chicken wraps asked multiple times if they come with chips On the side and I kept getting told yes they did. Also ordered an extra tub of garlic. Get the food home and open the boxes to two chicken wraps on their own neither came with chips. Tub of garlic was also missing. One of the wraps was fully open and falling apart so couldn’t even eat it properly.

Just ordered 16 inch stuffed crust chips. garlic .chilly. come no stuffed crust, pizza stuck to lid, chips warmed up very disappointed as we use these regular and paid good money.

Pizza was very late in arriving certainly after the 45 minutes time, however the pizza was hot & I would recommend trying one from here better than most of the others in the local area

First time customer it deffinatly won't be my last. Food was excellent. Looking forward to my next visit

Cold, burnt food. Took getting hold of JustEat & 3 visits to the shop to get a refund. Tried bribing me to remove bad review to get refund.

Ordered from here tonight burger was burnt black bun was solid kebab meat was thick and tasted like rubber think the price is way to expensive and charged £2 delivery for down the road won’t be going back what a let down

Ordered from here tonight, was cold order was wrong chips like rocks salad was practically none existent and was missing items phoned up basically told me I was wring oh and charged £2 delivery to just round the corner save your money people it’s shocking kebab meat from a previous order was hard greasy and gritty too

try it twice.. food was disgusting...wouldnt let a dog eat from there.. stay away.. would give it zero rating if possible

Service in shop was good. the food well the parmos although if looked lovely it was very very bland. chips where very nice. but overall very let down by the meal.

Pizza has hardly no cheese on it, I also orderd Diet Coke they gave me full fat Coke also I orderd a London pizza and got about 6 chips with it and it is suppost to come with garlic had no garlic sauce on and I orderd a chilli sauce and was half full ? disgraceful messed up on all of the order definetly won't be ordering from here again !

I had a hotshot parmo and the beschamel sauce tasted of custard, it was awful, sorry for poor review, sent an email but no response.

Great takeaway best food in Normanby by far!

Its a shame 0 stars isnt an option, the food arrived half an hour late freezing cold. Which then resulted in calling the pizza shop and requesting either the food fresh and hot within 20 minutes or a refund. They said the earliest they can get the food to us is in 50 minutes. The guy on the phone told us his manager refused a refund, when i asked to speak to the manager 30 seconds later he was apparently out on deliveries. Overall just terrible service on behalf of the managers, have previously had food from them before and it was gorgeous but i think this experience has ruined all previous experiences.

Polite staff , clean and amazing food , what else can you want !
