Wrong order & chips squashed all over the pizza refused to take responsibility Horrendous customer service

First time using here as came recommended, we had a problem with our order and this was sorted within 10 minutes, excellent customer service!

Very nice freash quick and great size portions

Never ever have I had to put a donner kebab together myself. My husband ordered a mixed Kebab and received only chicken. Will not be returning!

Often use roosters take away always spot on last night they got my order wrong no sauce on pizza I phoned up and they brought a new pizza within 15 minutes quality service

Paramo was vile tasted off and chips and cheese well they was horrible aswell soggy chips wouldn't recommend at all.

Just come up from Midlands for a short break and where looking for a take away we stumbled on this take away decided to go in and glad we did fantastic staff excellent food and plenty of it not at all expensive after ordering the owner told us about a speciality only made in this part off the country (chicken Parmos) sound very nice and will be going back later in the week to give it a try

Amazing food, incredibly tasty. Also first class customer care. I usually get the box deal, this time I ordered quarter pounder, 7" pizza and small parmo. The quarter pounder was unbelievably tasty, pizza cooked to perfection and the parmo was as amazing as ever. I've been ordering from here on the Food Hub app for over a year now, I very much doubt I would ever order from anywhere else.

Delivery driver very nice man, good communication. Chicken cooked amazing however, a lot less salt next would be grand. Chips I’ve had better but, edible. Overall solid meal just too salty.

Great parmo and Southern fried chicken

Found a hair had a hair in my parmo, shop not bothered.

Had 2 meals from here recently, first was an excellent kebab, tried again with pizza, also great. Deffo going to continue to use in the future.

Just had a delivery, came super quick! Food was great and the portion sizes are massive, we ordered for 2 ppl and have enough food left over to feed a small country 😂

First time I've ordered and most definitely won't be the last. Ordered meal deal 5. Delivery time was only 25mins max. It came piping hot and all beautifully presented. The parmo was absolutely delicious, the best I've eaten, lots of bachamel sauce just how I like it. The bolognase pizza was so tasty. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Awful Wouldn't even give this one star but couldn't give it any less. Horrible food, disgusting. Used to be chicken hut and food was nice now it's Roosters and the quality of food is terrible.

Ordered the 3 piece chicken and chips and a chicken burger..... What a disgrace, the chicken smelt funny and the crispy coating was a greasy soggy mess in the bottom of the tray. The chips were also laced in grease. The burger had half the crispy coating missing and was drenched in coleslaw making it look like a right sloppy mess. Im not sure what's gone on at this place but the original chicken hut was far superior. The chicken was better than KFC. Until higher standards are met i certainly won't be going back there again!

Got a mixed kebab and chicken kebab, never tasted chicken like it, didn’t taste right and showed this morning when we were both ill with bad stomachs
