Papeto Pizzeria in Redcar and Cleveland

Been going downhill fast since been took over so stopped using altogether now , kept trying but last year been shocking. Couldn't fault it with old owners

Got a seafood special. Prawns were very small, no cockles or mussels, all i could taste was the tomato base. Partner got a nettuno , again really dissapointed, hardly any topping, and cheapest ingredients used. Will stick to Gojis in the future

We ALWAYS use this place and they never let us down but……….Rang our order for delivery for a large hot shot parmo, said it would be 40 mins and it came in 20mins. Can you really cook and deliver a FRESH one to an address10 mins in a car ride away in that short time???? Parmo was cold and lacking ingredients, chicken was about 6mms ‘THIN’ with a vast amount of cheese on top which just made it look bigger. Rang back to question the problem instead of having to post this poor review but got no apology, the manager just argued the toss. Disappointing meal. Very poor customer service.

Not had a bad takeaway yet - it is a bit more expensive than other takeaways but it's definitely worth it.

Not happy with the ingredients on the pizza...they just seem to shot mushrooms on all their pizzas instead of what you actually ordered....special vegetarian.....mushrooms,explosive pizza....mushrooms...its obviously a cheap ingredient......prices are extremely expensive considering they are skimping on the toppings!! Will not be using again....

For a pizza place it's alright. I once had raw chicken in my parmo though!

Ordered thin and crispy base Pizza the Pizza base for far from crispy only crispy slightly around the edge but the base very soggy not a very nice pizza at all which is a shame as my wife had one a couple of weeks ago and she said it was great nice and crispy but after this one we will not be going back as it was not nice at all.

Very good food, cooked lovely and proper nice flavours. Lamb Shish very juicy and succulent. Great timed delivery earlier than expected time also. Only reason for three stars on Value is the simple fact i am a driver for a living local. £10 for an extra large shish and being honest compared to Stockton and Boro a £10 extra large shish comes loaded with chips and 16 pieces of Lamb. Laat nigbt i had 9 pieces of Lamb and a handfull of fries. Was left a little hungry still from £10 worth of kebab. I pay £11 in Stockton and Boro but getting double the food. Constructive Criticism id be happy to pay more for the equivalemt portion size. What paid here would of said its more large, 8 to 9 pound. Still very good and will be ordering again. Just look at price and portion size that's all I can recommend.

Favourite take away in Redcar. On JustEat too and have always delivered earlier than the estimate.

Very poor cheap ingredients, undercooked pizza and got order wrong. Young girl had terrible attitude and owner was worse when I informed them. Not the first time it's happened. Avoid this place!!

Very rude. I phoned 3 times put phone down on me 1st time before I spoke. 2nd time took part of my order then put phone down on me. 3rd time I rang they just said goodbye!!!
