Really friendly little place that serves Bumbu rum & nice draft ales. Anyone who likes sweet rum try bumbu rum & full sugar coke it's 😋

Always good, the fish was particularly excellent today.

I had lunch there last Sunday. patatas bravas were loaded with chili and pretty inedible as too hot, the meat balls were still pink inside and extremely salty, the salad on the menu was not available. someone ordered something else which did not arrive. all in all a pretty dismal experience.

Really lovely food and friendly staff. Mozzarella sticks were great and chips were nice and crispy, pizzas were gorgeous too. There’s a review that says they have a 0* food hygiene rating but this has now changed and it’s 5*. They’re on just eat but we usually order on their app and collect ourselves as they’re round the corner. Thanks guys :) we’ll be back

I don't live in the area anymore but over the past 10 or so years I've made it a habit of popping in when I'm visiting home, the food is that nice. As mentioned the food is amazing, really good portion sizes, beats all others in Whitley bay. The staff are always lovely and the lady who works the counter is great to chat with whilst you wait for your order.
