Whoever answers the phone should be more polite and helpful,,, after all we are customers . Phoned once but after the unpolite answer I changed my mind . Will stick to where I always go . Couldn't find 0 so will put 1 star

Disappointed. Sunday evening with menus for tapas on the tables which state until 9pm (no days mentioned) sat for 20 minutes deciding what to order to be told at the bar that the kitchen closes at 6pm! Take the menus off the tables or state the days! Apart from that it's nice inside, decent selection of drinks, going to colonel mustards now as starving!

El servicio fue impactante. Tardó más de una hora en llegar la comida. Mientras tanto, ningún personal nos revisó o preguntó si necesitábamos más bebidas (lo que hicimos). Tuve que subir y preguntar dónde estaba la comida. Cuando se trajo, nos dijeron "esto tarda más en hacerse que las hamburguesas". Las patatas fritas estaban frías y la carne de res de la parte superior era tibia. La carne de los tacos estaba fría a lo largo de los bordes, como si hubiera estado sentada durante siglos. Otras parejas a nuestro alrededor enviaron comida de vuelta y parecían molestos por cuánto tiempo estaban esperando. Entregas para llevar todo el tiempo donde el personal estaba saliendo de la puerta para golpear cerrado muy fuerte. No es un buen ambiente o experiencia.
