Horrible! A su llegada apareció un encantador restaurante indio con personal amable. Estaba desesperada por el baño, así que me dirigí directamente a los baños y tan pronto como entré en el de las mujeres parecía que nunca habían visto un paño de limpieza o lejía. Miré en el baño del medio que parecía sucio alrededor del asiento... eso fue un no. Fui al baño de la esquina donde vi motas negras alrededor de la cisterna en el piso. Con una inspección más cercana, evidentemente fueron excrementos de ratón. Vivo en una granja, sé cómo son los excrementos de ratón. Había mucho en varios rincones de los baños femeninos, entendería un ratón pero el desastre era claramente de muchos. Dejé los baños inmediatamente sin usarlos. Nuestro amigo le dijo a un miembro del personal, después de que escuchamos gritos cerca de los baños, así que le pedí a otro amigo que viniera a echar un vistazo porque no comería en un lugar que tiene baños sucios. Cuando volvimos a los baños, un miembro del personal había estado “limpiando” los baños femeninos, pero todo parecía que habían hecho era rociar ambientador. Así que le mostré al personal dónde estaban los excrementos y me dijo que soy un mentiroso y que es parte del piso. El piso es crema, los excrementos son pequeños, negros y solo en esquinas. Nos fuimos después de terminar las bebidas ya pedidas. Además, la trona que me regalaron para mi bebé no se limpió, había migajas y suciedad en ella y la alfombra entre el comedor y los baños parecía que nunca había visto un hoover. Me disgusta que un establecimiento como este pueda mostrar una calificación de higiene de 5 * en la ventana cuando tienen ocupantes ilegales peludos y una clara falta de limpieza.

Best Indian takeaway in Darlington

Used to be my favourite Indian take-out in Darlington but Balti had sour background taste and spicing very weak. Rice very dry and not hot so I can't believe cooked fresh.

Pilau Rice was cold, dry and hard, not enjoyable at all. We Didn't enjoy any of it tbh, tasted like last nights food warmed up to be honest.

I did not enjoy my take away as it was cold . I called the restaurant and I was not received on a polite manner. The male individual spoke over me and made me out to be a lair . . which I am not . . He did not listen to me at all and he was quite rude . If I was the manager I would reprimanded him on customer service polices.. I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again .

Great delivery time and the starters were lovely, however the tikka masala and rice was incredibly salty and this made it really unenjoyable.

Second time I’ve ordered from here and it was just as good as the first one! Delivery states between 20mins - 40mins and it delivered right on time, food hot and tastes great 👍

Late probably due to it being Valentines day. Not bothered though. Food always delicious and worth the wait however long it takes.

The food was mostly delicious and still mostly hot. The lamb melted in my mouth. Unfortunately the naan bread was lukewarm and soggy. The bhajis were not as good as they have been on previous orders, a little burnt and hard. I’ll still come back as I believe this to be the best Indian in Darlo, put it down to either a busy or off night.

Curry was too sweet. Not a single free poppadom with a £20 order.

Another Sunday saved by the bengal lads. Rapid, hot and delicious. Will order again.

This place is usually our go to indian, ordered a takeaway tonight was hugely disappointed with the food tonight. Rang to let them know i was unhappy and see if they maybe had new chef ( so if it was a one off i would maybe return) however after the phone call of me thinking they may apologise and offer maybe a free naan or something on my next visit, i was told by the manger/ owner after he had laughed at my description of why the food wasn’t its usual taste, he said maybe next time just don’t order from us. How Rude, the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

food was amazing as always, alittle pricey but don't think I've ever had a good cheap curry so can't complain. that said, this time it looks it seems the brown bag ripped and they popped it in a plastic bag... wouldn't have been bad if some of the curry didn't split out and make a mess of the bag. other than that it was great, it isn't going to stop my next order... hopefully soon.

First time we used this service, good experience , really nice food.

I enjoyed this takeawa - mostly. The onion bhajis are phenomenal! They’re impressively large, wonderfully chunky, crispy on the outside, lush on the inside and deliver a beautifully balanced flavour. Unlike many others, they're not overly greasy, and the spices and texture truly shine. Each bite is a testament to how a proper bhaji should taste – utterly delicious. The mint sauce is equally delightful – fresh, creamy, and minty, complementing the starters perfectly. A let down was the chops. While the marinades on the chops were exceptional – rich, authentic, and packed with depth – the execution fell short. Sadly, they were overcooked, leaving them tough and slightly chewy, which was a shame. The popadoms were perfectly crisp, and the garlic chilli chicken bursts with flavour, with just the right level of heat, and it was well cooked, so the chicken wasn't overly dry. The peshwari naan was another highlight, beautifully sweet with a lovely, soft texture. Reasonable prices. I would try them again, but wouldn't reorder the chops.

First time I’ve ordered from yous and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

DIsappointing - okay starters & garlic bread. However, the lamb madras is a disaster - emulsified sauce, showing that water had been added and utterly devoid of any spices, except heat. I even had to add tomato paste to try to at least get the correct colour and add a bit of taste! Can't recommend this dish, although others may be better.

Ordered for 6:30 arrived at 7:15ish. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Free plain Naan bread was okay. Just a shame about the delivery times being so late.

The Tandoori chicken was dry, overcooked and old. The king prawn madras was watery flavourless as was the Sage Aloo Altogether wasted evening meal for £30

Poor curry :( only had 3 small pieces of chicken in it.. Naan breads also arrived freezing cold.. Disappointing

Really nice food, 2 mixed starters, 2 curry’s, 3 sides and 3 drinks for €37, and the chicken Bhuna beautiful , can’t go wrong for less than €40. Great service too

Main was really nice, Shish Kebab Starter was pretty dry and not very warm. No poppadoms and onion salad in delivery bag, slightly disappointed as always a great meal from here. hopefully just a one off! Delivery driver really friendly too!
