Reverend Green's Drinking Emporium in Darlington

Disappointed. Sunday evening with menus for tapas on the tables which state until 9pm (no days mentioned) sat for 20 minutes deciding what to order to be told at the bar that the kitchen closes at 6pm! Take the menus off the tables or state the days! Apart from that it's nice inside, decent selection of drinks, going to colonel mustards now as starving!

Can't recommend this bar enough. Friendly staff, superb range of gins to try. Bar area is clean and tables are cleared of empty glasses regularly. We made our way to the outdoor bar area with all its patio heaters and dj. Fantastic atmosphere but if you want a more party scene and a dance there is another stairway that leads to Macys. The dj in Macys is fabulous Definitely one of the best bars in Darlington

I'm here right now. We came for a cocktail before our restaurant reservation. We got free tapas with our cocktails, so now we've cancelled our restaurant booking to stay here and eat more tapas. It was delicious! The cocktail list isn't huge but if you ask the barman nicely he'll make whatever you want if he has the ingredients. I think this is my new favourite go to bar in the area. The decor is lovely and quirky also. Highly recommended

Good cocktails and free tapas with every drink! But no choice on what tapas and small portions. Overall a good experience
