Poor worst food Iv ever had 🤮 undercooked chicken parmo chips were terrible I wouldn’t ever order from this pizza shop ever again and would highly recommend to try somewhere else much better places than this all went in the bin waste of money

Fantastic find for a family meal. Everything was perfect and the price very reasonable. The staff clearly care about their customers. Great experience had by all.

There’s some poor reviews of this place. All I can say is that we returned back to Darlington (about 2330) and used this place as a late night snack. We got a 10” pizza, 10” garlic bread, a portion of kebab meat, 2 portions of chips a portion of salad and 2 garlic dips for £12. The pizza and garlic bread were hot and tasty, the chips were fine, my son enjoyed the kebab meat and the staff were friendly. So all in all I thought it was good value for money

I’ve previously left good reviews for godfathers as the Parmos are really lovely and well cooked - how we like them - and the coleslaw is great too. We haven’t ordered for a couple of months. This time we had it delivered - late - and the chips were half the amount than they used to be and stone cold. Sauces were only half filled, salad very dry and not much coleslaw. I’d have gave a 0 if it wasn’t for the fact that the parmo itself was still quite warm and the chilli sauce was still nice.

Ordered food for our son’s birthday. It Was lovely. Plenty of it for the money. We loved the red thai curry and the honey chilli chicken. We will definitely be back.

Called in one morning about 8 15 am to find a lot of dirty tables and dirty floor. Actually took food out as it wasn't a clean place to eat. As I waited for food Diane appeared and I realised it isn't a clean environment when she's on duty. Thumbs down

Very poor service and rip-off price Called in for coffee whilst awaiting train. I asked if they could do oatmilk rather than milk which they said yes. Once the coffee was prepared they then charged me £0.70 more than the advertised price. When questioned why the charge was £4.09 the surly member of staff said it was what they have to charge for the oatmilk. Needless to say this will be my last visit to any pumpkin cafe franchise.
