Good McDonald’s but never open ! Always essential maintenance closed ! never any frappes no milkshakes no ice creams and very rarely open at least 4/5 times a month closed every month very poor👎🏻 north Road Darlington always open 👌🏻

I ordered through the mcdoanlds app from the branch at Darlington, UK (Morton park). I ordered at 3:41 pm and it was estimated to be delivered at 4:15 pm. The delivery time kept being pushed back and eventually got delivered at 5:38 pm. This meant I had missed my lunch slot at work and was unable to eat my meal. I tried ringing McDonald 9 times and was unsuccessful everytime. My delivery driver got changed three times and when I rang my third driver to ask what time it would be delivered he hung the phone up and changed the driver again. I then proceeded to ring this driver who would not pass me onto anyone at mcdoanlds. Just to add to this the food was stone cold when it came. I would like a full refund for my order.

Used to be really good but now ridiculously slow service. Priority given to Deliveroo orders over people in restaurant and this morning.... ran out of eggs!!!. However, they didn't tell you they just gave your order with the egg missing!!!. Glad I didn't order an Egg McMuffin!

Horrendous!! Visited at 8pm, 25min wait and delivered to table cold. Special order cheeseburgers with no pickles…… arrived with only sauce and nothing else!!! Guy in the kitchen didn’t know what I meant by ‘everything apart from pickles’. UNBELIEVABLE

Worst service ever. Untrained staff. Rude customer treatment. Staff lied and presented herself as the manager. I went to the store through the drive-thru. For the third time they gave me the wrong order. I went home and gave the store a call. Lucy answered the phone and asked me to drive back to the store to get my order. She didn’t offer any apology saying mistakes can happen. I asked to speak to the manager and she confirmed she is the manager. I drove the way back to the store and returned the wrong order and asked to talk to the manager but another guy came and confirmed he is the manager not Lucy!!! He didn’t offer any apology or courtesy compensation for me driving back again. He hardly said it’s ok sorry!!!!

Fairly empty yet had to wait ten minutes. Then the order was incomplete so she took it all back so the order went cold. She needs to engage her brain and use some common sense!

Literally the worst staff, run McDonald’s I’ve ever witnessed. Been twice through a drive thru, first time waited 20mins, 2nd time got our order wrong. Then ordered on just east, waited nearly 2 hours, phoned the restaurant and got told that they don’t deliver after 12am (why accept the order) not one brain cell between the full staff in that place

So we normally go out for bike rides most sunday, dropped into Darlington for a breakfast after 30 mile on our bikes, seriously you need to realise that waiting 10 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts is shocking. You are clearly prioritising just eats. We will never be dropping in again. And when we got served they was not even sorry for your wait.

Last night we decided to get a snack from Maccies me and my sister were in there over half an hour stood waiting. My sisters order was acurate and came pretty quick but mine was not even MADE I had to go up to the counter and say where is my order and they had not even made it!! I only ordered 3 items Mayo chicken for my mum, Fries for me and a bottle of water. very slow service and my order wasnt even made. Wont be returning for a long time

Drive thru was very very busy took order though couldn’t use code till first window,got food checked in car missing sides told lad didn’t believe me but finally got what i paid for,think they need some older experienced staff in here as mostly young and not interested really,food nice and hot,could be a lot better here.

man was really nice on the drive thru window and was not intimidating, the food was average but what lost McDonalds the points was bay number 2. Bay number 2 to put it frank is beyond miniature, a beetle would struggle to get into this spot and I don't mean the car brand. This car park was not thought out well and led to my partner having to ask a stranger to park the car for us. Not only was this humiliating, it was also very emasculating. Thanks for the food and the ego hit McDonalds.

13th July at 0750! Absolutely rubbish service. Ordered breakfast and made it clear as to what I wanted. Once I got the order back to my hotel is was completely wrong and a much cheaper order I may add. Perhaps better supervision of the staff by a Manager would prevent such issues. Too busy messing about and discussing what trivial adventures they got up to the night before! No I didn’t return it, as it’s fair distance. Complete waste of money, so avoid!

This was my tea... do they not thermostat food so that it’s up to required temperature Why oh why have you served me warm food was like a cattle market guy shouting out food orders at the top of his voice like everyone was hard of hearing what an idiot. Disgusting 🤢

What can I say I come to try the new Italian chicken burger all I can say if you love rocket salad and don’t plan on living much longer this is the burger for you the ends of the chicken were that crispy i chocked it’s a 0 from me I’m going go to bingley mega chippy next time

They took my money on justeat and then it turned out their drivers were on strike!! 2 hours later and no food! Probably never!

I have visited this McDonald's a few times and they are really disappointing. One time the food was dry and another time I asked for an extra dip because I knew they would forget the one that came with the meal - and they forgot that dip as well! It's not rocket science!

It's only because this has happened a few times now that I've decided to post. Why say you're open 24hrs when you're clearly not. Finished work at midnight to call in on way home to find drive through shut and also the main door despite staff being in. I'm sure if the staff weren't being paid during the close downs they maybe a little more interested in working

Went here for breakfast. The restaurant was closed temporarily. They said they weren’t serving breakfast and wouldn’t let anybody in,although the restaurant was full of staff and they seemed to be busy working. It was unclear why it was closed. A couple of police officers...

The most useless set of people possible! How hard is it to make sure the entire order is packed up before sending/giving. Mortan park Darlington ruin the credibility of McDonald’s and need tearing down

Since covid the new measures in all mcdonald's are roughly the say but in this one your made to feel like you've never been outside before and like being spoken to like a child, would recommend going though the driver tho

Food was cold, we didn't get given any milk sugar or stirrers for hot drinks and weren't allowed in the premises to get any, staff refused to give us any even though I had just purchased and had receipt.

Drive thru took ages as very busy today but once i ordered food payment and order was quick,food nice and hot and good friendly service,maybe an idea if very busy drive thru have a employee take orders outside on pad as Middlesbrough branch do.

Went to the drive-thru this afternoon,we understand that mcdonalds are busy,this afternoon they were not,fries were cold,limp,just not edible really,big mac was only slightly better,had better mcd's.

two big macs, fries, two cold drinks , paid for our meal up front. sat down, food was brought over to us, food was hot, care had been taken with the prep of the meal. well done to all

As a Mum of a toddler, I find myself spending a lot of time at McDonalds due to her love of chicken nuggets :) And I can say, I've never had a bad meal here.

A good stop for a quick breakfast. Easy parking and the staff were quick and professional. The coffee always seems to be good now at McDonalds and a lot cheaper than the coffee chains.

Service shocking staff rude to say the least and that was the shift leader told to check order when I got home if it wasn't right to telephone which I did to be told come down to get my refund for them overcharging,she was too busy to deal with my complaint and put the phone down when I rang back later same shift manager told me she did put the phone down because I wasn't listening to her some staff training needed from shift leader down to guys serving on drive through.had my order been checked when I asked in the first place this could have been avoided,never again will I use this place or have to endure the unprofessional Lucy

Called in last weekend. Clean and tidy restaurant. Didn't choose to sit in as I wanted to get home.I was served by a very polite young girl and service was quick considering it was busy, as was the drive through. I ordered a big tasty meal with mozzarella dippers. The food was piping hot and still hot when i got home.

we called here on our way to the airport for our return home overseas, we waited 15 minutes before any of the staff even looked at us. There was more staff doing not much and looking completely useless. I was asked to use the automated menu ordering service but as i explained i didn't want to, much to the disgust of the young girl who was trying to tell me they prefer customers to use. then made a huge sigh as if we were inconveniencing her.So i ordered and told it would be brough out to our table, so after another 15 minutes our food arrived yippeeeeee not the food was cold, the table hadn't been wiped down and the order was wrong. Not happy family shocking service, service with a smile NOT!

Visit regular enough to leave a review and say staff are extremely friendly and food is always fresh and tasty. Never had a bad experience.

A friend and I called in a few days ago, it was a cold night and it was quite late, there wasnt many places open. I tried the grand big mac which was lovely, however, the chips were stone cold, we only drove down the road and by time I got home there were cold, the burger was ok as were the mozzarella dippers, makes me wonder if the chips were hot when they were given to me at the drive through

Morton park McDonalds is absolutely rediculous, the food is thrown together and is usually cold, there is absolutely no organisation at all either inside the restaurant or the drive thru. It took 20 minutes from me placing an order to paying for that order then a further 5 minutes to actually get my food which was cold and looked as if it had been thrown across the carpark. There was no apology for the waiting time, the staff actually had no idea what was going on, the place is an absolute joke! I would highly recommend some training and some organisation be put in place, i am sure that the other 15 cars waiting in the queue who waited exactly the same time as myself feel exactly the same. Shame as the other darlington restaurants are fab and so well run. I visit here at least once a week as i work near by and everytime i visit its as appalling as the last, i will not be returning. Utter tripe!!

This Mcdonalds is great for nipping in from work for a lunch time treat - never get held up, always friendly

We visited for a late lunch following a 3 hour drive. The place is clean and modern and well kept. The computer order system is very easy to use. The food was allocated to a seating area and was promptly delivered to our table.

Even though we called at lunchtime the order was ready extremely quickly but having visited quite a few McDonalds why do we always find staff that act as if they would rather be elsewhere, a smile and a friendly approach goes a long way - take note MacDonalds and perhaps give more training to your staff on customer interaction !

I don't make a habit of calling in to MacDonald's but have done when I've had a few youngsters with me or I've been caught short and I'm hungry. The place is typical and reasonable but I wish they would sanitise the monitors the kids use a little more, I was there for a while and lots of groups used them and they were covered in paw prints even after ten minutes, food and service what you'd expect!

They have the advance ordering system in place which saves a bit of time resulting in the service being quite good. The food was the same as all McDonalds OK. Coffee was nice

Called into on way back from hols before home and had lunch ,ordered own food off touch screen all came quick with friendly service,food lovely and nothing to much trouble for staff especially staff on shop floor who were busy helping customers and keeping place tidy.was full with mostly customers who work nearby but found a comfy seat,was very busy but it wasn't bedlam it was organised and fun not like some others I've been to recently.

Llamado en esta noche después de un alargado en coche de Cumbria. El servicio fue muy rápido. Tuvimos un gran pollo sabroso y una envoltura de ajo con patatas fritas y refrescos y McFlurries. Todos eran buenos y mucho mejor que nuestra experiencia anterior de ministerio en otra ciudad. El personal era muy agradable. Restaurante está limpio y ordenado.

Ha sido dos veces. La comida no está mal si les dan la orden de derecho. Una vez me dieron un plátano batido de chocolate en vez de una. La próxima vez pedimos 4 comidas y sólo nos dieron 3 chips. También las bolsas antes de salir sería lo haré o ir a Burger King!

Clean Resturant with fast efficient service. McDonalds breakfasts are a must after a night out. Shame they don't serve them all day!

This is a very clean and tidy restaurant with helpful staff. The food is McD's standard fayre and good value for money. There is plenty of free parking around this restaurant.

El restaurante estaba limpio y había un montón de cómodos asientos. El personal era muy eficiente que sirve y, aunque la comida no estaba preparada al instante fue traído a nuestra mesa por un amable empleado.

Mc Donalds en Morton Park está bien, pero a veces no tienen la orden bastante justo por ejemplo mi novia había pedido una cerezas y la chica ponen poco helado en salsa y sólo un poco, luego le pregunté a añadir algunos más pone en una pequeña con una gota de salsa. Otra vez una mujer era maleducado y nos reímos con el hecho que pregunté por 20 nuggets y amablemente le pregunté a añadir otros 4 ya que sólo tenía 16 nuggets. Pero aparte de eso, no hay nada malo que puedo decir sobre este hotel.
