I always come here with my Nan, she loves the place. If we’re not stopping by for some chips on a brisk evening stroll then we’ll be ordering via the telephone whilst we have our feet up, cuddling, watching Emmerdale. She likes to yell from the rooftops ‘I LOVE NARENOS!’ at 5am every morning which has got her into some trouble in the past for some reason. My Nan loves Narenos, and for that reason, I love Narenos. I probably love my Nan more than I should... ❤️

I’m thinking about starting a petition to change the name of Narenos to Nanenos in memory of my Nan. 👨🏻‍🦯

Food delivered late. Phoned shop and they said it was leaving the shop and would be with me in 5 min but was cold on arrival

Late delivery but was very tasty

I ordered pizza, chips and a garlic sauce. When I opened the order the sauce had been laid flat and had completely covered the box and the entire inside of the bag. Didn’t even attempt to open it and had to bin everything

Apart from the order being an hour late, it was clay cold when it arrived. We ordered thin based pizza and received thick based. The peri peri didn’t exist and the extra chicken ordered in the chix pizza was jon existent, I fact it looked like a margarita pizza Totally disappointing, will never order again! A refund should be issued - mine went into the bin!!

The food wasn’t quite ready for my collection time but due to how busy they were a small delay was fine. Food was brilliant as always

Ordered from here a few times now, about once every other month. Arrives on time or early most of the time. The parmos are amazing, perfectly everytime

Parmo tasted like chemicals not sure if it was cheese or bechemel sauce or maybe prepped on surface with antibacterial spray that had just been used and chicken cooked from frozen so had weird texture. Service was good aling with delivered on time but thats was without doubt the worst parmo I've ever eaten

Great food, arrived hot and delivered really quickly.

Food was lovely as usual however after placing order it took 2 hours to arrive, was due to be an hour but actually took 2. Tried phoning numerous times to find out when it would arrive and when eventually got though didn’t even get any kind of apology. I must say this is not normal for them as we order almost weekly and usually they deliver really quickly just a shame on this occasion.

Delivery on time - with rude driver. Pizza had been dropped, massive dent in pizza box and toppings transferred onto the top of the box and it was freezing!!! Second time I’ve had an issue. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered at 6 for 7 collection, waited outside for 45 minutes. pizza was cold and garlic dip missing when I got home. Won’t be going again.

My order bill was not correct ! I was over charged by over £6 - I rang them directly - and was told “it’s not my problem - we’re really busy”! I simply requested them to check my bill and was then told “We don’t have time to check the bills and add them up “! I was then told “you do know I’m not the manager “! Totally shocked by the way I was treated and spoken to when I was reasonably asking them to simply check the bill ! Not much to ask as paying customer.

Didn’t get any chill sauce but I’m not going to complain. Food was absolutely outstanding..

Yet again the order was wrong... there was chips missing and I’m not convinced the extra portion of mushrooms was on the Parmo.

Order takeaway for key worker who was on call. Order was accepted. Went to collect however order was not there. No reason given for why the order hadn’t been prepared. They then refused to let us make another order. Ignored us whilst we were in shop and continued to serve others. Shocking service. Would have given 0 stars if I could

Waited 2 hours for my food to turn up, after phoning 3 times all I got was “it’s on its way, sorry”. I have a child sat wondering where her food is. When my order eventually turned up, they’ve missed off the chips I’d paid extra for and the food was Luke warm. Definitely would NOT be ordering from them again, my 4 year old could be more organised then them.

Very quick delivery and nice food, not greasy

Food arrived 1.5 hours late and practically cold. Had to call the shop to ask where my order was, I was told it would delivered in twenty mins and they were just cooking it, 45 mins later it turned up and was barely warm. Very disappointed by the customer service, and the time taken to deliver food....will definitely go elsewhere in future

Said order was mixed up, when I told him my order he said again order is mixed up, I told him my order again then he shoved my food into my hand and walked away in a huff like it was my fault they messed up.

Food was 45 mins late . I rang them and they told me another half an hour. They said I could pick it up but I had paid for delivery. They said they would cancel but I have been charged. Absolutely shocking will never order from here again!

Food arrived nearly 30mins after expected delivery time and then a meal was missing. When I rang the shop they said they couldn't send the driver back with our missing food and we could collect it or get a refund. This doesn't help when we have friends round adn one person has no food while we're eating. We collected our missing food and staff were very apologetic. It's just not ideal when youve already waited over an hour and half for food. This is the first time we've ever had a problem. It's always been spot on delivery and food quality.

The mixed kebab and chips wrap is delicious. Although last night's was 15 minutes later than expected it was worth the wait as it was easily one of the best we've had in ages. (Pizza Nareno whoever made our wrap make sure they always make them) I think if anyone's looking for a kebab takeaway this is worth a try as the combination of ingredients used plus garlic sauce which is also one of the best I've ever had is really good.

Garlic bread was over cooked and almost inedible, i bought it for my son who could only eat it if it was a fluffy dough but it was all crispy! Ordered the thin and crispy pizzas but it was more like old dough than a thin and crispy!

Terrible! Avoid! Hot shot wrap was basically a salad wrap full of jalapeños and a very small piece of chicken. Badly wrapped and soggy

Food was 15 minutes late. This is atrocious bearing in mind we are a 2 min drive away and paid £2.50 for delivery. I ordered an additional topping of pineapple on one of the pizzas that wasn’t added. When I queried this with customer services, politely asking them to refund the topping off my order, they refused and suggested I ring the restaurant up myself and ask them to drive to my house to hand over a 60p. I made it clear this was ridiculous and unacceptable but they could not offer anything better. Fed up with the poor service of this app.

The staff at this establishment have a terrible attitude, especially the blonde girl. I used to buy food from here regularly, but never again. Avoid.

During this trying time we order one take away every week to help the local restaurants. This was our first time ordering from Pizza Nareno, the first thing you have to do is pick your delivery time, then place your order. My husband is working so I picked 6pm, just after he gets in. I also said no tomato on the salad as we don’t like it. I received an email to say it would be delivered at approximately 6:30pm which was fine, meant he could get in have a shower and then eat. At 5:20 there was a knock at the door..... our delivery, I said it was too early she said she was just delivering I needed to speak to the restaurant. I rang them, he said let me check your order - oh yes, I’m sorry the staff didn’t see that about the time! I said is that it then.....yes I’m sorry, phone down! So the garlic bread was already cold and the pot of salad (with tomato) was rancid, the tomato had white spores all over it, the cucumber was mushy and slimy and the lettuce was wet and slimy....it went straight in the bin. I’m sorry to say we wish we had given our hard earned money to another restaurant.....first and last time we will place an order with Pizza Nareno :-(

My husband ordered the calzone kiev without sweetcorn and not only did it still come with sweetcorn but was also very watery inside which suggest it was ready made hence the sweetcorn and defrosted. My daughters kida meal also had no chips.

Always spot on food! We order every week. My account had put the wrong address (one that didn't exist) and the poor delivery lady was so nice about it even though she had probably been driving round trying to find it. Thank you for the consistent good service.

Really bad customer service for a village pizza shop will never go again. Very nasty on the phone items missing from the order and when you ring up they pretend they don't know what your talking about. Dont honour discount offers either.

Didn’t put the salad in my wrap and only two pieces of chicken, rang them and they offered me ‘free’ salad (which I’d already paid for) and refused to let me discuss it with the manager, very poor service

Not been here for a while so thought we would give it another go. We ordered food to be collected and used the Just Eat app as it said it would keep us updated in our order. We were told to collect it in 25 mins from order, the food had obviously been sat for a while (they hadn't used the app to say we could have collected it earlier) as when we got it home the kebab and chips were freezing cold we were also missing a bag of chips from the order as so had to stretch the chips from the kebab and burger meals between 3 which wasn't easy!! We didn't have time to go back and complain as we were going out and wanted a quick tea. Our friends had a takeaway from here on Monday and it looked lovely hence why we decided to order from here, very disappointed.

The burger and pizza were ok but the parmo and salads were disgusting. The parmo was completely dry, I don't know what happened to the white sauce. The cucumber was rotting. It disintegrated just as it does in the compost if you try to pick it up. The lettuce had brown edges.

Food was late. But hey ho.. but the chichken served in the wrap was nothing other than racid. It stank and was obviously off. Rest of the family adandoned their meals for obvious reasons. Just eat were usless. Manager of the shop was uncontactable so offered a credit of just £3.00 when the meal cost £24. Will never use this takeaway again and shame on Just Eat...

ordered meal to arrive at 7.30 ... the takeaway came back and advised delivery time would be 7.40.. fine that was ok.... until 6.00 when the takeaway arrived. almost two hours early...... not good. the driver took the meal away Take 2....... takeaway arrived at 7.30 👍 ... only this time not as ordered..... I stated on the order NO CHIPS on the Kebab .... and it came with CHIPS ... great!... i didn't have the energy to call and complain. I've given Narenos a miss for a while due to similar mistakes in the past .... seems they don't learn ....

Everyone commented that the meat was very dry.

Not as hot as normal even though packaging seemed to of sweated due to steam. Delivery took longer than normal but driver polite as always.
