The best restaurants in Wandsworth London

Place looked busy and i decided to give it a try. Unfortunately the food here is pretty Gizmo I mean it’s not good and not worth even with a discount. Service was ok but the food is a real let down. It’s not authentic Asian nor western Style Asian but rather kind of Indian / Pakistani influenced Asian.

We recently had our Bounce Party with Bertie & Boo for my 3 year old, and I cannot emphasise enough how brilliant the team were. They say 'all you need to worry about is bringing a cake' and that really was the case. As soon as we arrived, the 2 party hosts were welcoming and reassuring, so warm and friendly but also relaxed which instantly relaxed me! Even small things, like cutting up the cake and remembering to serve the dairy free one I'd told them about - it's ALL taken care of. I also commend Bertie (the entertainer) - he had a fantastic rapport with the kids while adding in a bit of humour for the parents so they were paying attention too. All in all, my son had a blast!

Nice food, nice service. I nice location in a very nice part of London. If you can eat outdoors, that will be a plus. My club sandwich was super tall and quite special to look at. It tasted good but not overwhelmingly so.

The whole 3 course meal was delicious. Table service was excellent and Marco was a fantastic waiter. Would highly recommend!

Hemos querido probar este auténtico restaurante italiano / romano del barrio y ahora por fin. Después de 12 días en el hospital ansiaba una buena cocina casera, así que la pasta de ragu era perfecta, carnosa y fácil de digerir. Mi esposa tomó la pizza de anchoa, que ella pensó que era la mejor pizza que ha tomado en más de 60 años. El servicio era eficiente, y una mesa fuera en el sol era perfecto

Escondido un poco lejos de Tooting Tube, Ricks es un lugar especial. Tranquilo, acogedor y lleno de ambiente. La comida es deliciosa y cocinada con habilidad y cuidado. También es de gran valor. Fui con 5 amigos y todos disfrutaron de su comida. La comida se cocina fresca con un ambiente mediterráneo.

The restaurant has stopped functioning. Sells Pizzas and only if you walk in and ask where the restaurant called Curry Leaves is, they’d say this is the restaurant and offer to make something. Totally disinterested. No place to sit except some broken chairs. Will then say it’s only takeaway. Most interesting, they took a booking online for dine-in 😅

Mi esposa y yo reservamos este restaurante la noche antes de ir a Londres para un jueves por la noche, y estoy muy contento de que lo hicimos. Auténtico restaurante indio diseñado para parecer un vagón de ferrocarril indio, y era un diseño estéticamente atractivo. Todo el personal estaba ocupado, pero muy amable y atento con un flujo interminable de clientes sentados, así como comida para llevar y entregas de JustEat. Compartimos Punjabi Samosa Chaat (increíble! ) y algunos poppadoms para empezar (nunca había sembrado poppadoms antes). Seguido de un curry House Black Daal y un curry Railway Chicken Curry, además de una generosa porción de arroz pilau y un encantador chile ajo naan. En general, la comida era sublime. El personal era genial. Los precios para Londres creo que eran muy justos. Realmente siento que podríamos haber cambiado nuestros platos por cualquier otra cosa en el menú, y todavía sentía exactamente lo mismo. Si alguna vez estuve en Putney de nuevo, no dudaría en volver!

Fantastic pret - plenty of seating as being in such a busy major London hospital this pret is always super busy with staff and visitors. Enjoyed a drink here, did have to wipe the table down as crumbs and milk all over it and no where else to sit but otherwise no problems. Only criticism is it’s a bit tricky to find not very well sign posted through the hospital feels like it’s the best kept secret at St George’s.

Amazing restaurant. The manager on duty was very professional and helpful. Fantastic pasta, tagliatelle ragu. Highly recommended.

Visito a mi hija y su familia en Wandsworth una vez al año durante los últimos seis años. Este pequeño lugar está a una cuadra y media de su casa. En mi visita de abril de 2019 parecía que el restaurante había cerrado y cerró su puerta.

Great service and excellent pizza! Love that you can split the pizza 3 ways and try different toppings and bases. Really good value

No estoy contento con la mala higiene en nuestras dos últimas visitas (febrero y abril de 2025). Las mesas y los cubiertos eran pegajosos, y los vasos de pinta tenían un olor horrible a huevo (claramente un problema de lavavajillas sucio). La comida es la misma que antes. La elección de una sola rodaja que se limita a solo pepperoni es un poco molesto. Pero es una cocina pequeña. Así que es comprensible. No volveré a visitarlo pronto. Tendremos que comprobar las revisiones primero si alguna vez decidimos volver.
