Very very bland food. Nothing like the sister venue cafe fleur (which is amazing) Luke warm coffee, and dishes with no flavour. When the waiter asked how the food was I gave him feedback, not expecting nor wanting anything in return, he came back defensive a full 15 minutes later explaining all the reasons HE didn’t think the food was bland. Why did you ask how the meal was if you’re not willing to accept the customers feedback. One to avoid.

Great experience. Really nice atmosphere and quick service along with great food. Staff was so friendly and the manager on shift Saahad was welcoming and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back

The hotel is exquisite – a tranquil location yet conveniently close to transport. The breakfast team were exceptionally kind, and the reception staff (especially Margarita, the blonde gentleman, and the young brunette lady) were courteous and efficient. My first London trip has left me smitten – I’ll certainly return. Thank you, obrigado, gracias!

Absolutely appalling and horrific treatment received today by this company regarding disabled accessibility ultimately resulting in blatant disability discrimination. When trying to resolve reasonable adjustments regarding a visit, ‘Equalities Act 2010’ the staff decided the appropriate way to respond was to deny accommodations by refusing access and putting the phone down on me. Truly astonishing! The point was you didn’t understand that reasonable accommodation is related to it being reasonable to the disabled person not to you. As you don’t know the needs of the individual you have to listen, not dictate, and accommodate. You refused to be understand and be reasonable. When this was explained to you and then repeated, you felt putting the phone down was the correct solution. You are arrogant and you broke the law, simple!

Magnificent North African restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and professional and the food was just wonderful. I can confirm it’s a true traditional North African restaurant.

I went to eat with my friends last wednesday and at the door we received such a really warm welcome in. The food it is very tasty and Fresh. Service outstanding and i really recommend to try the special seabream where the senior Waiter will fillet for you at the side of your table. 10 out of 10 We will come back, thank you Bucci.

Delicious Butter chicken, probably the best I've ever had. Also there onion bhajis are also FAB! My husband had something much spicier... Haha, also delicious. Thank you.

The Sunday roast is the best in the area - especially when paired with a Bloody Mary when feeling a bit hungover. The new manager, Brad, and his partner, Sarah, are really friendly and welcoming people. The pub is less than a five minute walk from Battersea Park - stunning!

Very nice pub with better than your average pub food and fair prices, we had 3 pizzas which came fast and were good, the only downside was the music a bit loud, it was a bit hard to discuss but other than that nice place!

Beautiful day. Most people at work so we were really relaxed. Good food.

We held a first birthday party at the Balham location. The team were great from booking through the party. It was a very easy process and the team took care of everything on the day (lots of little touches that really helped things go smoothly). Our daughter and her friends really enjoyed the entertainment.

Nice food, nice service. I nice location in a very nice part of London. If you can eat outdoors, that will be a plus. My club sandwich was super tall and quite special to look at. It tasted good but not overwhelmingly so.
