Worst experience I have ever had . Staff was really rude so that I dint even like to order food from there. The staff should know atleast how to behave with a customer. Will never visit again.

We order 2-3/week, but somehow I ordered bbq wings instead of our usual spicy ones, and… well- not nice but my bad. However, THEN the box with fries was literally, comically 1/2 full. When I called, I was told they’re “saving money”. Okay- good to know, but THEN - To top it off- EVERYTHING was tepid. Pale, limp fries, the boxes soggy from steaming & grease soaked from the “bbq” wings. Just… yuck, & made it clear customer loyalty means nothing. Our dogs give it 5 stars, though.

so Disappointed we booked the restaurant for Christmas dinner and phoned to confirm the booking on Sunday the 1/12/2019 only to be told quite rudely that they have cancelled Christmas dinner when I asked why no one had bothered to inform me of this I was told quite abruptly sorry nothing we can do I explained that this was not acceptable as I could not book anywhere else at this short notice and was told to get lost absolutely appalling attitude towards would be customers

We ordered Indonesian Nasi Goreng and Indonesian Mee Goreng. But the food was 100% chinese. Not even close to what I tasted in Indonesia

I placed an order on Friday 01:35AM a 12-inch pepperoni deluxe with 6 BBQ wings. The pizza arrived stone cold not only that I was disgusted how could they deliver burnt BBQ wings? The burnt smell took over my pizza couldn’t manage to eat it, I only had two slices. I wrote to JUST EAT explaining the issue, the response I get back was I've checked the order details to see what I can do for you. Since you paid for the order in cash, and the payment was made directly to the [restaurant/store], it's not possible for me to process a refund. In this situation, the best thing to do is contact the restaurant to ask for a refund, as they hold the funds. I hope this helps. I then contacted the restaurant explaining what I’ve been told by JUST EAT spoke to the manager/Jay absolutely rude not even an apology for selling me a burnt bbq wings and a missing item from my order, no manners whatsoever zero professionalism. Refused to give me a refund or another order free of charge….

I have bought Domino's 13 inch Vegi Supreme Pizza on Saturday 05/10/2024 at 06:38pm in the store 8 W India Dock Road, London E14 8JA. The customer service assistant served in the till was very friendly but none of the kitchen staffs was wearing gloves who were making pizza and we have found a long hair in the pizza we bought and it a matter of great concern in terms of standards of hygiene and it caused deepest disappointment to us !

I ordered 2 15 inch pizzas , thick crust, over the phone, when arrived to pick on time, they haven’t even made my pizza yet, it gets worse. So, I had to wait for the pizza to get made, when it was 25 mins later, the worker dropped it on the floor while handing it to me, his mistake, the owner was not in at the time, so I had wait another 15 mins for it to get made again, that’s when the owner came in and realised what happened and both of them started arguing in Afghan lingo. After getting my pizza for the 2nd time, this time it was not dropped, I went home and opened the box, it was 12inch pizza, thin crust, not what I had ordered originally. They made a mistake and ripped me off as a result of it. This is not the first time they have made blunders like this, once before one guy asked me to pay when i had already paid to another guy. That have no structure, no professionalism.
