Basiliano Wood Fired Oven Pizzeria in Tower Hamlets

We order 2-3/week, but somehow I ordered bbq wings instead of our usual spicy ones, and… well- not nice but my bad. However, THEN the box with fries was literally, comically 1/2 full. When I called, I was told they’re “saving money”. Okay- good to know, but THEN - To top it off- EVERYTHING was tepid. Pale, limp fries, the boxes soggy from steaming & grease soaked from the “bbq” wings. Just… yuck, & made it clear customer loyalty means nothing. Our dogs give it 5 stars, though.

Absolutely wonderful, simple food but prepared with care

I ordered last night a order value of £21.95, and your driver failed to come to deliver. When I saw in the application the message that it was delivered by hand I rang the store and never answered the phone line, my CCTV front camera never recorded any person coming at 04:00am to deliver anything to the address or approaching my door. Out of order.

One of the pizza was burned , couldn’t be eaten .

After calling the restaurant when l noticed the order was 10 min late, l was told l must have changed my number because they tried to call me. i didn't. The person l spoke with said that because one of the items on the order was off the menu for now, they did not even start preparing the rest either, let alone send it. I was then told the food will be with me within 15 min, that was over 30 min ago.

Delivery was great - actually arrived a little bit early! We've ordered from here a few times and the pizzas are consistently good. There's a decent selection of ingredients and sizes. Considering what you pay in the likes of the big chains, the deals here are a decent price and ingredients better! The only (tiny) snag is that there doesn't appear to be a way to order a half and half pizza, which I quite like! All round good pizza place!

Definitely is one of the best quality pizzas I've ever had, I will certainly order it again, I was not expecting such good dough, but I loved it!

The pizza was ok, garlic bread questionable - was rather dry, flat and crispy. Was the complete opposite of what we thought. Couldn’t eat much of it and wasn’t a great deal of flavour.

Over an hour after estimated time (1.6 hours total when it was meant to be 25-40 mins). Quality of food not great. OK choice if no other options when late night.

The pizza was not pleasant, and an ice cream we ordered was missing. The fries and wings were nice tho. The owner who we called and made a complaint too was very stubborn and called us petty for raising a complaint about a missing ice cream. Even when it was on the bill. He tried to video call us 4 times which is very intrusive

The chicken stripes were decent. The pizza was school dinner pizza in the worst way. No flavour to the sauce, undercooked side dishes. An OK greasy pizza at best.

I gave three stars because it tasted like an already made one you buy from a super market. The ham 👎🏾the mushrooms 🤔 but am so hungry i eat it. The picture ,well that’s someone else’s pizza not this one. Ok but not ok enough to return. I also needed to heat it up. I tipped the delivery guy personally . He’s not responsible. Sorry I can’t had more.

Surprisingly for a pizza specialist, the Chicken and curly fries were really tasty, while unfortunately the pizza was not at all. We ordered the piccante, it had way too many herbs, and some pretty low quality salami, pepperoni and cheese. We tried re-heating it to see if it just needed extra cooking as the food had arrived lukewarm, but the toppings were just of very poor quality and we had to leave it. We have had better own brand supermarket basic pizzas so this was quite disappointing for a first time visit as the rest of the things were good, including the portion sizes, arrival time etc.

terrible...they put Pastrami instead of Parma ham in the pizza and this is unacceptable.

On arrival all food was cold there's no taste with the BBQ chicken wings and pizza it's gone down not ordering from here again. Waste of money so expensive

Pizza came to early driver called once the. Left straight away. Called after 15 min and apparently was too late. Left me starve to death in night time and didn’t want to refund me. This is how people make business nowadays.

Food wasn't as I expected. Low quality meal. I ordered a calzone and lasagne and I couldn't figure out what the small brown cubes of meat were in both the calzone and the lasagne. Will not order again.

I have order few times and will keep ordering. But lately the food have been coming late and mostly arriving cold. You try to get a least part of the money back from the poor service received. The only thing you get as customer service is unsatisfactorymessage "you wouldn't be refunded due being busy then expected. Sorry for the delay"

Excellent food all the time. People that no about pizza no that you can’t beat a wood oven fire pizza. All there food is on point. Highly recommended. I Order from them at least once a week if not more.

The chips were hard and dry, pizza was cold as the delivery was later on arrival just needed to change the app and notify customers how many stops the driver had.

They’re lying about their ingredients. Quattro stagione pizza was disgusting. Besides forgetting the artichokes, the supposed “prosciutto” AND the “pancetta” was replaced by a few sad slices of some sort of seasoned Halal turkey whatever. I don’t care if it’s halal- that’s the usual cheap stuff I expect from pizza places here and it makes sense if that’s your customer base, but you shouldn’t be LYING and pretending you’re using quality ingredients. Naturally, the promised refund never materialised

Second time in a row my order is more than 25 min late. It's been 30 min now and l am still waiting. The quality of the food is not high enough for that kind of wait, l will not be ordering from them again.

The pizza was very dry , caprichoza normally needs to be prepared with whole soft-boiled egg on the middle this egg was boiling hard and put on small pieces everywhere was disgusting ,there was square ham which was like for the dog food taste soo bad .I will not ordering again ,very disappointed.Only the fact that the pizza is thin it's nice . £20 doesn't worth it for it.

Food was horrendous and burnt , the spaghetti taste like metal the lasagna was burnt at the top and was dry . What a shame .

This place was supposed to serve Italian pizza. But the pizza is bad and in Diavola pizza they put beef salami. Result: the pizza tastes very bad and negative effects for the environment.

Restaurant was incredibly rude and unprofessional shouting down the phone when we called for an update 1 hour after the delivery time (which was actually almost 2 hours after ordering). We were consistently lied to and told the order was 5 minutes away and blaming fake traffic (we checked the traffic online and there was none at this time in the morning). I believe they just scam honest customers like this. Please please don’t order from this restaurant. It is clearly a fake business scamming people. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs
